The Knowledge-Based Society in $21^{st}$ century requires innovation in colleges' roles and characteristics. The recent colleges stress researches on industry and school in industrialized society; they try to improve the quality of higher education and to have responsibility of instructing vocational education. However, professors do not have enough opportunities to consider about teaching methods. Thus, during the class, they often fail to demonstrate their actual experience. This is because they have not gained enough chances to improve professionalism of lecture. Therefore, colleges have to provide more opportunities to professors to improve their abilities of teaching. This paper proposes mentoring programs, portfolio, and micro-teaching for improvement of lecture.

The purpose of this study was to develop a Industrial Professional Practice(IPP) at university education as a way of innovation strategy in order to effectively respond industrial needs in dynamic environment. A Industrial Professional Practice model was developed by using a structured on the job training model and had a 7 steps which were "planning Industrial Professional Practice, selecting enterprises and students, matching enterprises and students, job analysis, design and development program, implementation, evaluation and feedback. Based on the Industrial Professional Practice model, the directions for the future studies was discussed.

This study started with the question of 'What innovative task should elementary and secondary school clothing life education perform in accordance with the changes in the future educational environment?' It is time to prepare for a major shift in the educational paradigm that improves the quality of life for all everyone, based on social innovations such as the 4th industrial revolution and the transition to the post-corona era. This study examined the literature for the characteristics of changes in the future educational environment from an educational perspective, and examined the curriculum focusing on the clothing life with the porpose of presenting the direction for the clothing life education. In order to carry out this study, various literature including previous studies related to clothing life education and the national curriculum from the first curriculum to the 2015 revision were analyzed. In conclusion, the direction of the clothing life education curriculum according to the changes in the future educational environment is proposed as follows: First, nurturing convergence education experts that can combine human emotion, environment, and clothing life culture to artificial intelligence(AI); second, developing a clothing life education curriculum that links software competency and practical problem-solving competency; and lastly, implementing fashion maker education using artificial intelligence(AI) and value-oriented clothing life education. In the future, it is expected that the direction of teaching/learning methods and evaluation in clothing life education curriculum is proposed, and that this educational discussion process will help establish the identity of clothing life education in school education.

Artificial intelligence(AI) is spurring advancements in EdTech, the merger of technology and education. This includes the creation of effective learning materials and personalized student experiences. Our study focuses on developing a programming education software that employs state-of-the-art generative AI. Our software also includes prompts optimized for programming code analysis, which are based on the well-known ChatGPT API. Furthermore, the necessary functions for acquiring programming skills were created with a user interface and developed as a question-and-answer template function based on an AI chatbot. The objective of this study is to guide the development of educational programmes that make use of generative AI.

The purpose of this study was to develop curriculum framework for entrepreneurship development for adolescents. In order to achieve this goal, we studied and developed entrepreneurship semantics, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education contents. This study was developed through Delphi survey. The results of this study were as follows. First, the meaning of entrepreneurship is Innovative mind-set to create true value by experience into life in order to pursue 'self full-filling life' as the organizer of life. Second, the nature of entrepreneurship education for youth is that entrepreneurship education aims to find and solve new problems through self-management to young people who will lead the future, and to create dynamic challenges and creative changes to create innovative values. Leadership skills, challenging spirit, and ability to solve practical problems'. Third, we developed a general goal for youth and elementary, middle and high school goal for entrepreneurship education. Fourth, as a domain of entrepreneurship education, we have developed 'core discovery', 'entrepreneurial skills', 'becoming an entrepreneur' and developed key themes. Based on the results of this study, we developed a systematic entrepreneurship education linkage and educational condition creation for young people outside schools; entrepreneurship program application and educational condition development according to the operation of the free-learning semester system; the strengthening of business start-up support for youth in late adolescence, the establishment of measures to utilize related institutions in local communities and others.

While online research is in full swing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Education announced a plan to gradually switch face-to-face classes along with 'recovery of daily life'. As such, there is a need for an agreement that appropriately considers the position of promoting face-to-face classes, the position of studying online classes, and the position of students taking classes. Therefore, this paper intends to examine the teaching method of Coexist with COVID-19 centered on the student's position as the host of the class. It is expected that this study will be able to suggest directions for innovative teaching methods that reflect the considerations of teachers' teaching methods and analyze the needs of learners who are consumers.

In response to changes in Fourth Industrial Revolution in recent years, the field of education has focused on development of the human resources in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI: Artificial Intelligence) and industrial robot. Due to particular interest in these areas, the importance of developing integrated human resources equipped with artificial intelligence technology is emphasized in higher education and vocational competence development. In regards to rapid changing environment, this study created a program "Fostering personalized AI integrated human resource" and established an operational model correspond to latest personalized education trend. The established operational model was conducted twice using Delphi survey with experts in AI and innovative education in order to verify the suitability of program's basic structure, training process, and the sub-components of the operational strategy. The final training model was applied to the online vocational training platform (STEP) and a plan was proposed to establish a personalized training model to foster an AI integrated competent individual.

In this paper, we suggest the roles of IPP (Industry Professional Practice) professor that are necessary for efficient and systematic operation and management of IPP system, which has been implemented by KOREATECH recently under the goal of nurturing industry-oriented talents with practical skills, based on the analysis of actual operational practices of advanced overseas universities and the IPP experiences for 2 years. The roles of IPP professor are largely divided into the following three: IPP manager; student career counselor; educator of IPP educational program. During the initial stage of IPP system, the role of IPP manager is most significant. However, as the system is systematically managed and operated, the role of IPP manager gradually decreases, and the role of career counselor becomes more important. Since IPP system is an educational program that gives credits, IPP professor should also perform the role of educator, including designing experiential learning curriculum and evaluation on educational goal accomplishment.

The purpose of the study was to examine the case of Regional Learning Network and present the implications for Consortium training Programs for small and middle-sized corporations in Korea. I found a following findings in Alesund regional learning network. First, companies participated regional learning network on their own initiative. Second, companies developed their innovation competency and had a chance to implement change management programs in order to cope with dynamic environment. Third, regional learning network was designed based on organization learning theory which make it possible to create, experiment and share the common knowledge for paticipating companies. Based on the these findings, implications for Consortium training Programs for small and middle-sized corporations in Korea was presented.

고도로 발전되는 현대과학은 시대의 흐름에 따라 우리의 생활문화를 급격히 변화시키고 있다. 물질의 풍요는 주위환경의 여건을 변화시키지만 인간의 지식 및 관리능력이이에 따르지 못하면 생활의 진정한 향상과 혁신은 실천될 수가 없다. 본 연찬회의 목적은 대학교육이 지역사회 개발에 직접적인 관련과 도움이 되기 위해 시행된 일련의 교도행사이다. 생활과학연찬회는 1978 년 11월 7일부터 9일까지 3일간 각 시도군의 생활지도사를 대상으로 의생활분야, 식생활분야, 주생활분야, 아동학분야의 강의와 실습을 통하여, 지역사회의 생활개선 지도방향을 교육 실시하였다. 금번에 가정대학이 실시한 연찬회 참여자들의 반응 및 의견을 종합해 볼 때 상당히 만족할 만한 것으로 나타났다. 그런 궁극적으로 생활과학의 보급은 더 넓은 범위와 지방민에까지 전달되어야만 더욱 효과적인 프로그램이 될 수 있다고 하겠다. 그렇게 되기 위해서는 우선 세분화되고 필요로 하는 교육내용에 관한 연구와 실제 응용할수 있는 기술 및 지식의 보급이 시급하다 하겠다. 특별히 지방인들이 과거보다 더 요구하는 영역은 주생활분야와 아동학분야이다. 또한 지도자들이 훈련을 받을 때 사용한 교재나 교구를 지방에 갖고 갈수 있게 다양하고 보다 자세한 자료의 개발 및 보급이 뒤따라야하겠다. 결과적으로 이번 연찬회는 성공적이었고 앞으로 위에서 제언된 몇 가지를 감안하여 정기적인 Program이 계속되어야하겠다.
