A Study on Application of MC Design Standardization Standard and Current Status in Ga-Yang Modular Housing (가양 모듈러 실증단지의 MC설계표준화 기준 적용 및 실태조사 연구)

  • The modular apartment has been completed for the first time in Korea through the national research and development (R&D) project in December 2017, and 30 households moved in. Although conditions such as technicality and constructability have to be satisfied to adopt and spread the modular apartments in the future, economic feasibility is the most important factor among the conditions. The economic feasibility of modular apartments can be compared with that of existing reinforced concrete (RC) structure apartments. It is highly important to reduce the construction cost through standardization above all. The standardization refers to establishment of national design standards and principles, and it is important for manufacturers and building companies to comply with those standards and principles. The modular construction (MC) skill in Korea is at an early adoption stage and the MC market is not widely expanded yet. Thus, the application of the MC design, which is the basis of the standardization, has not been widely accepted. However, related R&D projects are now performing mainly by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport to promote modular apartments in recent years and the design standardization standard (draft) is now prepared to be notified as a result of the steady research. Furthermore, pilot complexes for demonstration purpose are under construction, starting from public rental apartments. Thus, MC method-applied public rental houses will be spread in near future. This study aims to investigate the current design status in the Ga-Yang Housing as a pilot modular complex to produce and supply more economical and efficient modular houses, and analyze the problems by comparing the design standardization standards with pre-notified design standardization standards and summarize the modifications between them thereby presenting foundational data for establishment of the design standardization in the modular business industry.

Influence of Operation Conditions on the Performance of PEM Water Electrolysis (운전조건이 PEM 수전해 셀의 성능에 미치는 영향)

  • Green Hydrogen demonstration complex is under conduction in Jeju island which is rich in renewable energy resources and will produces green hydrogen using a water electrolysis systems. In order to check durability of long-term operation, AST(accelerated stress test) was applied and the power pattern based on Jeju Island's wind power was applied. After 800 hours of repeated application of low current and high current, the performance of the PEM water electrolysis cell was reduced by up to 10% and by about 5.5% in operating conditions. As the result of impedance analysis, it can be seen that the electrode polarization resistance greatly increased than ohmic polarization resistance. In addition, when the durability evaluation was conducted by applying the wind power pattern of Jeju Island, the performance of the PEM water electrolysis cell showed up to 1.6% and a decrease of less than 1% in operating conditions. As a result of the impedance, it can be seen that the change of ohmic resistance and electrode polarization resistance is small.

Scour depth analysis of foundation structure of southwestern sea offshore wind power demonstration complex (서남해 해상풍력 실증단지 기초구조물의 세굴심 분석)

  • In order to understand water depth distribution in the waters of the southwestern sea offshore wind power demonstration complex, field observations were conducted using a multi-beam echosounder from before construction (2018.2) to operation (2022.8). After data processing and correction of the observed depth, cross-sectional analysis was performed to calculate the maximum water depth value, and time phase analysis was performed using the maximum water depth value. The maximum water depth change rate over time tended to gradually decrease, and there was little difference in the rate of change before the construction of the wind turbine foundation structure, and the rate of change was rapid when the foundation structure was under construction. As a result of time phase analysis, the rate of change of the first (2018.02) and the second (2018.05) showed a rate between -6.27 and -4.13, on average, as the rate of change before the construction of the offshore wind farm, and there was no difference between the first and second rates. The third (2018.11) rate of change was -4.25 to -1.82, and the fourth (2019.04) rate of change was -2.34 to -1.22, and the rate of change increased rapidly after the third time. The fifth (2019.07) rate of change was -2.11 to -1.31, the sixth (2021.05) rate of change was -2.09 to -1.28, and the seventh (2022.08) was -2.11 to -1.22 rate of change, and after the rate of change reached some extent, the change was analyzed in an insufficient graph.

Analysis on Weight Proportion of Eco-friendly Elements for the Development of Low-Carbon Green City : Case of Eco-Environment Certified Apartment Housing Complexes in the Metropolitan Newtown (저탄소 녹색도시 조성을 위한 친환경 요소의 비중도 분석: 수도권 신도시내 친환경 인증 아파트단지 사례)

  • The paper affirms the weight proportion concept as an element, which could be empirically analyzed quantitatively through the developmental expansion of qualitative empirical analysis on taxonomy that is required for the construction Low-Carbon Green Cities and their eco-friendly elements, such as a pleasant residential environment The weight proportion concept is proposed as a new measure to identify eco-friendly elements and as an objective assessment indicators. To perform an empirical analysis, surveys were first given to the residents of Metropolitan Newtown (50 persons) and outside experts (50 persons) for the total of 100 persons. Second, the paper surveyed 74 sites of Eco-Environmental Certified Apartment Housing Complexes. Upon analysis of eco-friendly elements by their type and total weight, the largest weight proportion was expressed in the interior and eco-environmental elements, carbon-decrease types, and carbon-absorption types. The results of this paper confirm recent positive sentiments and preference toward a variety of future-oriented and sustainable eco-friendly elements like the eco-housing and new renewable energy, In addition, the paper affirmed the new housing trend towards constructing eco-friendly elements, such as carbon-decrease and carbon-absorption, that induce long-term investments, despite their need for higher investments.

A Study on the Factors Affecting Land Prices Caused by the Development of Industrial Complex (산업단지 개발에 따른 지가형성요인에 관한 연구)

  • Since officially assessed land price system was introduced, it has functioned as the criterion for establishing and implementing real estate policies. However, there is a controversial issue about the adequacy of the officially assessed land price system. The problem is that it is difficult to establish a statistical model due to too many land characteristics. Also, local economy, macroeconomic environments and development plans are not reflected in the land price evaluation model. Considering longitudinal and cross-sectional variables, a two-way error component panel model was used in this study. This analysis model includes variables reflecting land characteristics, macroeconomic volatility, and development project. The Paju LCD Industrial Complex was selected as a analysis area and an empirical analysis was performed. According to the analysis, the number of significant land characteristic variables were 14(31%) under 5% significance level. Macroeconomic volatility has had an influence on the land price and year variable reflecting development project has consistently been significant since the industrial complex was designated. Therefore, this study suggests that the land price evaluation model should be improved by simplifying land characteristic variables and including macroeconomic and regional economic variables.

A Study on Perception of Shippers about the Service Quality of Logistics Center in Port Distripark (항만배후단지 물류센터 서비스품질에 대한 화주 인식 연구)

  • In a situation where there is excessive competition among logistics centers due to the low price of logistics centers for attracting freight volume, the conditions provided by the logistics centers are similar. Therefore, in order to determine the logistics center, we want to find out what kind of differentiated service the shippers desire, as well as what level of service they want in addition to al ow price. There are currently no studies about the service quality of logistics centers. The components of the service quality of the logistics center were extracted by applying them to the logistics center based on the existing service quality theory. Factor analysis revealed five dimensions of service quality: tangibility, reliability, empathy, assurance, and know-how. It was found that service quality had a statistically significant influence on customer satisfaction, from the investigation of the causal effect relationship. In addition, 'Know-How' among these factors has more influence on customer satisfaction, so it is important to accumulate differentiated 'Know-How' only in logistics centers.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study on the third party logistics service enforcement of inland container depot at Pusan area. The main results of this paper are as follows: First, the inland container depot related to location selecting factor researches analyzed and korean TPL market reviewed. Second, the TPL service function reinforcement method and investments are mentioned. In detail the 9 factors are as follows: competitive high position and improvements of harbor back complex, ICD goods enterprise investment strategies, the harbor back which is inexpensive only the rent, taxes benefit and incentive, site security and base facility expansion, the goods service provision which is flexible, connection plan construction of goods enterprise, the incentive strategic establishment which is discriminated, the marketing activity which is long-term. and lastly the ICD and TPL Policy are needed that government and logistic enterprise's cooperation gains competitive advantage.

  • 현재 우리나라는 2013년 제주 스마트그리드 실증단지사업을 완료한 이후, 현재 AMI 및 ESS 보급사업을 진행 중이고 더불어 주요 7~8개 도시에 대한 스마트그리드 시티 사업도 준비 중에 있다. 스마트그리드 인프라의 본격적인 확산과 더불어 가장 우려되는 사안 중의 하나가 사이버 보안 이슈이며, 이는 기존의 주요 전력망 보안정책이 폐쇄망 운영을 골자로 하고 있다는 점에서 볼 때 상충되는 측면이 있다. 스마트그리드의 중심이 기존의 대형 전력망 중심에서 스마트 홈 기반 중심으로 옮겨가면서, 전력망은 외부 네트워크와의 연결성이 강화되고 있으며 통신 분야에서 진행되어 오던 사물통신(Internet of Things: IoT) 개념과 결합하면서 그 개방성의 진행이 가속화되고 있다. 따라서 기존의 폐쇄망 정책만으로는 보안성을 확보하는데 명확한 한계가 존재하며 시대적 조류에도 부합하지 않기 때문에, 새로운 패러다임이 필요한 때라고 판단된다. 그 대안 중의 하나로 개방 네트워크로 인해 증가하는 연결성을 보안 위협의 루트가 아닌 보안성을 강화하기 위한 환경으로 활용하는 것이다. 촘촘히 연결된 네트워크를 통해 각 개체가 서로를 상호 모니터링 함으로써 전체 시스템이 오염되는 것을 막을 수 있다. IoT의 도입을 통해 기기 간에는 사회적 연결성이 강화될 것이며, 이러한 연결성과 그 안에 숨겨진 맥락을 통해 이상 여부를 사전에 감지해낼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 그러한 사회적 관계성에 근거하여 AMI 네트워크에서의 이상 징후를 감지하기 위한 기본적 방법론을 제안하고자 한다.

A Study on the Structural Relationship among Enjoyment Factors, Leisure Satisfaction, and Psychological Well-being in Golf Participants (골프 참여자의 재미 요인, 여가 만족, 심리적 웰빙 간의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the structural relationship among golf participants' enjoyment factors, leisure satisfaction, and psychological well-being. Three hundred twenty-two surveys were used as the final data, and the results using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 program are as follows. First, enjoyment factors of golf participants all effected positively on leisure satisfaction. Second, only interest displayed a positive relationship with self-realization. Third, leisure satisfaction increased self-realization, but did not have a statistically significant effect on hedonic well-being in this study.

Study on Stability Analysis for Systematic Impact Assessment at the Cooperation of Land in Offshore Wind Power Generation Demonstration Complex (해상풍력 실증 단지 육지 연계시 계통 영향 평가를 위한 안정도 해석에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, it is the result of analysis of the stability by power system analysis about the influence on the power system when the southwest - offshore wind power demonstration complex is constructed to 60MW and it is linked with the onshore power system. Considering the position of the wind turbine actually installed and the length of the cooperating line, we modeled the wind generators, offshore substation and the turbine step-up transformer. Changes of voltage when internal and external faults occurred is analyzed and the reactive power demand according to the amount of electricity generation is derived. And also phase angle stability and frequency is observed through a transient analysis. This paper clarify that there is no problem in the system when only offshore wind power is linked with the grid and try to present the reactive power amount necessary for maintaining the voltage of the point of cooperation appropriately.
