The importance of early project planning is broadly recognized for construction projects. From the planning step, If extensive historical data related with the project is applied effectively, It can be major resource for estimating cost and project scope. However, The accumulation, analysis, and application of historical data is not sufficient in Korea. So useful information of construction project has disappeared. In order to solve the problems, Project Historical Data Management Systems is need to be developed. The purpose of this study is to analyze current problems and to find the method to utilize historical data in similar project.

Actual construction data of completed projects can be utilized for the economic, time benefit of improving the efficiency on planning, designing, estimating and managing tasks in succeeding projects. But the lack of the system which accumulates and manages the actual data with standardized type, it has not performed well and stayed on early stage. It is required not only specific plan for the utilization of actual data but a construction information management system which collects and processes far-reaching data with standardized from based on facility. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a construction information management system for Apartment housing ,which stored data along project feature database, actual cost database and actual database based on the Web. This effort can make an offer the clearness of dull construction market and the base of construction intelligence

현대 사회가 점점 복잡한 정보화 사회로 변해감에 따라 개인의 자료 또한 기존의 방법으로는 효율적인 관리가 어렵게 되었다. 이러한 상황속에서 연구소 및 대학 연구원들의 늘어나는 연구실적을 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 연구원들의 연구실적을 컴퓨터에 저장하여 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 연구실적관리시스템(RAMS : Research Accomplishment Management System)을 설계, 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 연구실적을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 각 연구실적에 관한 원시자료만을 입력시킨 후 이를 이용하여 원하는 내용의 연구실적을 조회하고, 각 연구실적별 내용을 원하는 양식에 맞게 출력을 할 수 있게 해주었으며 또한 개인별 실적관리 뿐만 아니라 소규모 집단(연구소)에서의 개인별 관리를 용이하게 하기 위하여 개인화일을 코드화해서 관리해주는 기능을 가지도록 하였다.

The object of this research is to develop a computerized algorithm of cost estimation method to forecast the total construction cost in the bidding stage by the historical and elemental work cost data. Traditional cost models to prepare Bill of Quantities in the korea construction industry since 1970 are not helpful to forecast the project total cost in the bidding stage because the BOQ is always constant data according to the design factors of a particular project. On the contrary, statistical models can provide cost quicker and more reliable than traditional ones if the collected cost data are sufficient enough to analyze the trends of the variables. The estimation system considers non-deterministic methods which referred to as the 'Monte Carlo simulation. The method interprets cost data to generate a probabilistic distribution for total costs from the deficient elemental experience cost distribution.

정보통신공사의 공사비 산정은 그동안 원가계산 방식으로 이루어져 왔으나, 최근 들어 건설 및 전기분야에서와 같이 실적공사비를 활용할 수 있도록 제도 시행을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 실적공사비를 적용하기 위해서는 과거 공사비 실적자료를 현가화 할 수 있는 지수의 개발이 전제되어야 함에도, 그동안 정보통신공사는 한국건설기술연구원의 통신공사비지수(기타 특수건설의 최하위지수)나 한국은행의 생산지물가지수를 이용할 수밖에 없는 한계를 지니고 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실적적산 데이터를 기반으로 정보통신공사의 특성을 고려한 정보통신공사비지수를 제시하고자 한다. 개발된 지수는 실적공사비 자료의 현가화 뿐 아니라, 물가변동에 따른 계약단가 조정(Escalation), 정보통신분야의 거시적인 동향을 파악할 수 있는 주요 지표로 정보통신공사의 사업비산정 및 관련 분야의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

97년 항공우주분야의 수출실적은 전년도 대비 133% 증가율을 보였으며 수입은 전년대비 43% 감소하였다. 그러나 수출증가는 중고기 수출 및 항공기 매각에 따른 기형적인 증가이며 수입도 환율상승 및 국내경기침체로 이한 여객기 도입의 위축으로 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 본고의 항공우주산업 수출입 실적 및 전망은 KOTIS자료를 기초로 작성한 것으로 우리 협회에서 매년 발간하고 항공우주산업통계의 자료 조사방법과는 상이하여 수치에 오차가 있음을 밝힌다.

Commercial buildings are the mostly common ones to be constructed along with residential buildings. After economic inflation, So-called 'IMF era', construction market has been running low because of stagnancy of business activities and cost escalation, Thus the construction industry needs a study of higher productivity by means of using information infrastructure. To deliver a database of commercial buildings construction record, their major management has carried out analysis for database components, in an attempt to meet users' needs. The scheme study of application presented cost and resource in construction lifecycle.
