Discrete Data Analysis of the Re-employment Pattern (실업자의 재취업형태에 관한 연구: 생존표분석과 이산시간분석)

  • This paper empirically examines the reemployment pattern (full-time versus part-time reemployment) using pooling 6 year data of Korean Labor and Income Panel Study (KLIPS, 1998-2003). A discrete data analysis (multi-nominal logistic regression) is adopted to identify variables predicting reemployment pattern. Among those who lose full-time or part-time job in previous year, women and older people are found to have both longer unemployment durations and lower probabilities of full-time reemployment (versus either each of part-time reemployment or unemployment) than men and younger people. Therefore, the future labor market policy should be more associated with the one for reducing these gender and age differences in worker characteristics.

  • The main objective of this study was found to be empirically seeing whether on-site training for students in the field of education and various programs in the field of SMEs michyeotneun any impact on production duties. Results of sub-areas of education and training educational experience, training motivation, training, experience, demographic characteristics and performance of education and training, and because there is a close correlation as sub-areas of business productivity, industrial welfare, governance, education, the period of increased productivity by properly adjusting the sub-variables of education and training it can maximize the educational experience of the work. This study provides the policy implications and implications for the future so that the unemployed(including unemployed youth) re-employment training and on-site training is satisfactory to shine and develop more good quality programs.

Survival Analysis on Employment Rate and Employment Retention Rate of Unemployed Vocational Trainees (실업자 직업훈련생의 취업률과 고용유지율에 관한 생존분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the actual employment rate and job retention rate after completion of the training program the unemployed. Survival analysis was conducted by utilizing employment insurance status and subscription data over two years of 840 patients who finally completed a training course from 889 patients in response to survey about the training service quality in 2012. The finding of the study were as follows. First, the highest employment rate (36.8%) after the completion time was within three months, a period more than 50% of the trainees were employed within six months. While employment continued to occur even with the lapse of one year and two years after the completion point, the employment rate over time was found to decrease gradually. Second, the factors affecting employment rate after completing training, appeared teaching competency(-) among training service quality and potential employability(+), which low awareness of teaching capacity and high awareness potential employability increased the possibility of their employment. Third, the highest periods (each 22.0%, 22.3%) of employment loss rate were within three months and within three to six months, and more than 50% of the trainees have lost their unemployment insurance were less than 8.8 months. Fourth, the factors affecting job retention rates after employment, appeared relationship between teachers and students(+), a fellow student relationships(+) among training service quality and training satisfaction(+), which high awareness of teacher-student relationships, fellow student relationships and training satisfaction increased the possibility of their maintaining employment.

  • 경기활성화와 IT인프라 개선을 위해 마련한 '디지털 국력 강화대책'으로 추진중인 지식정보자원관리사업이 본격 착수된다. 정보통신부는 지난 2월 1일 올해 664억원을 투입, 과학기술.역사.교육학술분야 등의 자료 3천만건을 DB로 구축하고, 2600여명의 청년실업자에게 일자리를 제공하는 것 등을 내용으로 하는 '2005년도 지식정보자원관리사업 과제'를 확정.발표했다.

  • 본 논문은 우리나라 청소년들의 경제교육을 좀더 효과적이며 내실 있는 교육방법을 찾는 데에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 세계적 무한경쟁시대(無限競爭時代)에 주역이 되어야 할 우리나라 청소년들에게 어릴 때부터 체계적인 경제 지식과 마인드를 심어줌으로써 미래지향적이고 세계주도적인 인재로 성장할 수 있는 기틀을 잡아주고, 어떻게 교육하는 것이 가장 효과적이며 내실 있는 방법인가를 고찰하였다. 현재 우리나라 초 중 고에서의 경제교육에 관한 현황을 살펴보고, 실태조사를 바탕으로 경제교육의 방향과 활성화에 시사점을 두었으며, 특히 디지털 매스미디어를 중심으로 한 교육방법을 살펴보았다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 디지털 시대의 청소년 경제교육 방향을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청년실업자의 활용이라는 측면에서 청소년경제교육을 직접 지도할 수 있는 전문가를 양성하여야 한다. 정년실업자를 청소년 경제교육에 관한 skill 교육을 통해 전문경제교육자로 양성한 후 현장에 투입하여 활용하는 방안이다. 현재 학교교육에서의 경제교육을 전문적으로 도와줄 수 있는 전문가의 부재를 청년실업자를 바탕으로 정책적, 민간기관의 지원을 바탕으로 자격증을 취득한 전문경제교육자를 현장에서 활용하는 것이다. 둘째, 청소년들의 환경에서 가장 큰 영향력을 행사하는 디지털 매스미디어를 경제교육의 도구로 활용하는 웹 활용교육(WBI)이 되어야 한다. 디지털을 이용한 경제교육의 매력은 매스미디어에 대한 청소년들의 거부감이 없다는데 있다. 그리고 웹 활용 교육(WBI)과 프로그램 개발을 통하여 인터넷과 홈페이지 그리고 다양한 경제교육과 학교 수업에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다.식품으로서 사료의 위생적인 생산을 가져올 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 서비스에 대한 인지된 유용성과 UI의 편의성은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 정보 품질, 서비스 연계성, 흥미 성, 시스템 품질은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보 품질과 시스템 품질의 결과는 유의 수준에서 크게 넘어가지 않는 결과가 나와 반드시 영향을 미치지 못하는 것은 아니라고 조사되었다. 본 연구는 검색 서비스라는 특정 서비스에 대해서 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 이는 학문적인 측면에서 기존의 통합적인 웹사이트 평가에 대한 연구의 확장을 가능케 하였고, 개인사용자 측면에서는 좀더 좋은 정보를 제공하는 검색 서비스에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있는 계기가 되었다고 할 수 있다. did not showed any characterized sign of acute or subacute liver damage or intestine lesion.   • In this study, HRD-NET (http://hrd.go.kr), a vocational and training integrated computer network operated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, is used to confirm whether job training information required by job seekers is being provided smoothly The question bulletin board was extracted using 'R' program which is optimized for big data technique. Therefore, the effectiveness, appropriateness, visualization, frequency analysis and association analysis of the vocational training system were conducted through this, The results of the study are as follows. First, the issue of vocational training card, video viewing, certificate issue, registration error, Second, management and processing procedures of learning cards for tomorrow 's learning cards are complicated and difficult. In addition, it was analyzed that the training cost system and the refund structure differentiated according to the training occupation, the process, and the training institution in the course of the training. Based on this paper, we will study not only the training system of the Ministry of Employment and Labor but also the improvement of the various training computer system of the government department through the analysis of big data.

  • This study was aimed at the development of a standard model for vocational training course for the unemployed based on entrepreneurial skill system. The model reviewed the definition of skill-related concepts and skill system through the set-up of skill system in the first place, and developed job capacity system by coming up with the direction and the method in the development of the model for the job capacity system and training courses. Skill boundaries, core capacities, performances, capacity units and levels, and unit criteria were derived from it. And, training courses were composed and the structure was built in accordance with skill capacity system on the basis of it. As the result, the training model which drew to the development model of training courses, the structure of training courses and the model of training curriculum was finally developed.

  • The Individual Training Account System(ITAS) is a new vocational training system for the unemployed in Korea. This paper analysis ITAS based on the theoretical framework of contracting-out public services. The results show that ITAS has problems of targeting and mismatch with the training needs of the industry. Also the possibility of the moral hazard problems of training institutions and trainees can be increased in ITAS. The unstability of training market may deteriorate the quality of the vocational training under ITAS. In order to solve these problems, there should be consulting services on the job finding and vocational training before issuing the training account so that trainees can take guided training courses according to industrial needs for vocational training. Government has to develop a more efficient monitoring and evaluation system on the vocational training institutions and to restructure the private training market based on the evaluation.
