Effects of Cognitive Age on Consumer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention by Silvers' Lifestyle in the Hairdressing Shop (미용실에서 실버소비자들의 라이프스타일 유형에 따라 주관적 연령이 소비자만족 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of cognitive age, service quality, and consumer satisfaction on repurchase intention according to silvers' lifestyle types in the hairdressing shop. Data were obtained from 853 women in the 50's and 60's who living in Busan. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, cluster analysis and path analysis using SPSS WIN 12.0 and LISREL 8.53. The results of the study were as follows: First. silver consumers were classified by the lifestyle into the Active self-fidelitist, Economy family-oriented, and Passive-stagnant. Service quality of hairdressing shop were consisted of Personal Service, Facilities Service, Skill Service, and Policy Service. Second, according to silvers' lifestyle types, repurchasing intention was differently influenced by cognitive age, perceived store service quality, and consumer satisfaction when hairdressing services. Hairdressers were the most important variable for silver consumers' satisfaction, which influenced the repurchase intention of hairdressing services.

A Study on the Formative Characteristics of Design in the Brand for Silver Generation (실버세대를 위한 브랜드에 나타난 디자인의 조형적 특성 연구)

  • The Purpose of the study was to examine the formative characteristics of silver fashion design by analyzing the silhouettes, colors, patterns, textures, and details in the brands for silver generation in Korea. Photographs of silver generation women's brands were collected to be analyzed with a focus on formative characteristics using SPSS packages. The result revealed the common formative characteristics of madam-brands and designer boutique brands-they both use semi-fitted silhouette with lighter colors for upper garment, and darker shades for lower garment. When it come to textile, upper garment was mainly made with hard and soft textile. In patterns, plain, flower print, and asymmetrical patterns were used for upper garment, and plain patterns for lower garment. Despite the gap in price, there were few differences in madam-brands and designer boutique brands with partial differences in the kinds of patterns, the proportion of patterns, the details such as zip-ups and buttons, beads, laces, and ruffles, and the use of different textiles for each brand. In conclusion, it is important to develop design that helps cover the body shapes of silver generation customers while highlighting the unique design of each brand for the development of the silver fashion.

  • Generally, electrical circuits are fabricated as Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and mounted on the casing of the product. Additionally, this requires many other parts and some labor for assembly. Recently, molding technology has increasingly been applied to embed simple circuits in plastic casing. The technology is called a Molded Interconnected Device (MID). By using this technology, PCB fabrication can be replaced by molding, and much of the corresponding assembly process for PCBs can be eliminated if the circuit is simple enough for molding. Furthermore, as the improvement of conductive materials and printing technologies of simple electric circuits can be printed directly on the casing part, this also reduces the complexity of the product design and production cost. Therefore, this paper introduces a new MID fabrication process using direct 3D printing technology. Additionally, it is applied to an automotive part of a cruise control switch. The methodology and design are shown.

  • 본 논문에서는 IOT 서비스와 접목하여 사회적 약자를 보호할 수 있는 시스템에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 최근 사회적 약자(영유아, 노인, 환자 등) 대상의 보호시설 내부에서 폭행 사건이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 안전해야 할 보호시설(보육시설 및 요양원, 실버타운)에서 발생하는 문제로 인해 보호자들은 기관을 신뢰할 수 없게 되었고 이는 매출감소 및 이미지 악화 등의 연쇄적인 사회적 문제로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 감소시키고자 방범용 CCTV, 녹음 어플리케이션의 사용이 해결책으로서 제시되고 있지만, 폐쇄적인 시스템 구조로 인해 기록의 은폐 및 추가적인 병리 현상 발생의 가능성이 염려 되어 근본적인 문제 해결이 어렵다고 판단되었다. 그래서 보호시설 내부에 비콘과 영상장비를 설치하고 웨어러블과 같은 모바일 디바이스를 활용하여 보호자가 피보호자(사회적 약자)의 위치를 실시간으로 파악하고 상태를 볼 수 있도록 하는 휴먼케어시스템의 개발을 제안하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 급변하는 국내 게임 산업의 변화를 살펴보면 소수의 인원으로 짧은 시간에 개발이 가능하고 휴대가 간편하며 리스크가 적은 스마트폰 게임 시장의 확장이 두드러지고 있다. 반면에 온라인 게임시장은 무분별한 규제 및 메이져급 게임회사의 중, 소 게임 회사 인수합병으로 인해서 게임 업계는 위축되는 현상으로 가고 있다. 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 및 플랫폼 환경의 빠른 변화로 인해서 게임 개발에 또 다른 영향을 주고 있는데 클라우드 서비스로 인해서 이동형 게임을 더욱 가속화 시킬 수 있게 되었고, On-Live같은 미들웨어 기술의 성장 속도를 보면 고 하이 퀄리티 게임을 이제는 무선 인터넷망을 통해서 손쉽게 즐길 수 있는 방향으로 진화하고 있다고 본다. 이러한 변화에 발맞춰서 게임 개발 환경 및 구축 형태도 진화 시켜야 한다고 보는데 기술적으로는 클라우드 서비스와 미들웨어 쪽에 맞춰서 개발해야 하고, 역기능 부분의 개선책으로 순기능 부분의 기능성 게임은 앞으로 개발 가능성이 매우 높으며 그 중 실버세대와 교육용 게임 시장이 대세로 될 것이다. 즉 이러한 트렌드 분석을 통해서 국내 게임의 발전 방향에 대해서 단점을 극복하고 장점을 부각시켜야 한다.

The Effect of Self-efficacy and Appearance Interest on Appearance Management and Clothing Purchase Behavior of New Silver Generation (뉴 실버세대의 자기효능감과 외모관심이 외모관리행동과 의복구매 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self-efficacy and appearance interest on appearance management and clothing purchase behavior of new silver generation. The research method was a survey method using a questionnaire. The subjects were 300 new silver woman(aged from 50 to 64) living in the large city. Statistical analysis methods were factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. The self-efficacy factor divided into three categories including self-control efficacy, social self-efficacy and physical self-efficacy. And appearance interests were divided into four categories including weight control interest, outfit management interest, interest in clothing and disinterest in appearance. Self-efficacy had significant effect on various appearance interests. Especially physical self-efficacy was the important factor which could describe the appearance interests more effectively. Self-efficacy and appearance interests had significant effect on appearance management and clothing purchase behavior. Social self-efficacy could describe more appearance management behavior, while on the other side self-control efficacy could describe the clothing purchase behavior more effectively.

Robust Design of Cellular Phone with Requirements Analysis for Silver Generation (실버세대 요구분석을 통한 휴대전화 강건 최적 설계)

  • This paper presents a design methodology for developing a new cellular phone configuration. A case study is performed using robust design process to satisfy predicted needs from new customers under the requirement analysis process. Diagrams and selection matrices are drawn by using several useful system engineering methods. This paper presents the optimal LCD panel size of cellular phone. A structural analysis has been carried out to compare the deformation of LCD panel thickness at specific conditions by using ANSYS application tool. This entire design result can support the configuration and quality improvements for a new product for new customers.

  • In this study, characteristics of silver ink-jet printing were investigated under various substrate treatments such as substrate heating, hydrophobic coating, and ultraviolet(UV)/ozone soaking. Fluorocarbon(FC) film was spin-coated on the polyimide (PI) film substrate to obtain a hydrophobic surface. Although hydrophobicity of the FC film could reduce the diameter of the printed droplets, the singlet images printed on the FC film surface showed irregularities in the pattern size and the position of the printed droplet along with droplet merging phenomenon. The proposed UV/ozone soaking of the FC film improved the uniformity of the pattern size and the droplet position after printing and substrate heating was very effective way in preventing droplet merging. By heating of the substrate after UV/ozone soaking of the coated FC film, silver conductive lines of 78-116 ${\mu}m$ line were successfully printed at low substrate temperatures of $40^{\circ}C$.

  • LTCC 후막공정에서 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 스크린 프린팅 방법은 낮은 정밀도와 100um 이하의 선폭을 구현하는 데 한계를 보이고 있다. 이에 따라서 보다 미세한 라인을 형성 할 수 있는 반도체 미세라인 공정기술을 후막 공정에 응용한 후막 리소그라피 기술 (thick-film lithography technology)이 전자부품의 소형화에 대한 방안으로 연구 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 후막 리소그라피 기술에 사용되는 감광성 Silver 페이스트에 영향을 미치는 각기 다른 크기와 형상의 Silver 파우더들과 인쇄 후 표면의 roughness 개선을 위한 여러 종류의 첨가제들을 첨가하여 최적의 조성을 연구 하였으며, 그린시트와 페이스트의 매칭성을 해결하기 위해서 Tg가 다른 글라스 파우더를 첨가하였다. 또한 전면 인쇄 한 후에 건조, 노광, 현상, 적층, 소성 과정을 걸치는 후막 리소그라피 기술을 이용하여 소성 후 20um이하의 선폭을 가지는 내장형 패턴 구현하였으며 투과엑스레이와 O/S 테스트 통하여 우수한 특성을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze silver consumers' life style, and whether silver consumers ’ life style have an effect on purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention of the health functional foods. To this end, a survey was conducted from May 28 to June 20 in 2007, among silver consumer aged in over 50s, on their purchase experience of the health functional foods. The survey was conducted with 326 subjects, and the statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. According to the result of this study, First, the silver consumers' life style factors were determined to be health and leisure pursuit, material pursuit, family pursuit, and outgoing challenge pursuit. And purchase satisfaction factors of the health functional foods were determined to be taking after dosage and service, function and purchase, appearance of health functional foods. Second, silver consumers' family pursuit life style and outgoing challenge life style had an effect on taking and service satisfaction, appearance and products satisfaction of the health functional foods. Third, purchase satisfaction had an effect on repurchase intention of the health functional foods. Therefore, this study is significant in that it clarifies the relation of silver consumers' life style and purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention of the health functional foods.
