Workplace learning is actually vastly underutilized as of yet even though it is necessary preparation course for the skilled broadcasting people. This paper pays attentions to the workplace learning that carried out by the college students as a class activity to find the way to get a desirable result for the job training. Data obtained from the focus group discussion comprised of 14 college students majoring broadcasting. Based on the results of the discussion, it finds that students faced detailed broadcasting environments let them adjust to and realize the position and role of contents providers who are struggling to survive competitive period. The students experienced informal learning reached to the tacit knowledge - including interview skill, camera and editing details, news framing, and interpersonal relationships - through a various routes such as mistakes, feedbacks, competitions and imitations while they practiced in the workplace. From these findings, this paper can conclude that the lecturers who are leading job training courses need to be concerned and utilize workplace learning actively.

현재의 기업 정보시스템의 골격을 정의한 설계도라고 할 수 있는 데이터 모델은 정밀하게 작성되어야 한다. 데이터 모델의 핵심요소로는 엔터티, 속성, 관계가 있으며, 이 중에서도 속성은 실질적인 정보를 담는 가장 기본적인 단위라 할 수 있으므로 모든 정보의 근원이라 할 수 있을 것이다. 그래서 속성들을 제대로 도출하지 못하면 데이터 모델 전체가 무의미하게 될 수 있다. 기존의 속성을 도출하는 방법은 설계자의 경험에 많이 의존하고 실질적인 절차가 존재하지 않아 실무경험이 없는 초보자가 도출하기에는 너무나 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이를 해결하는데 도움이 될 수 있도록 본 논문에서는 데이터 모델 설계의 한 과정으로서, 선행연구에서 제시한 업무중심 엔터티 도출 방법을 이용하여 엔터티가 완전히 도출되어 있다고 가정하고 미리 도출되어 있는 엔터티를 바탕으로 속성을 도출하는 절차를 제안한다. 그리고 데이터 모델링 경험이 많이 없는 학부생 및 대학원생을 대상으로 본 논문에서 제안한 절차를 적용하도록 하였다. 기존에 속성을 도출하는 방법이 실질적으로 존재하지 않기 때문에 학생들이 도출한 속성과 전문 IT 컨설턴트로 멘토가 도출한 모법 답안 간의 유사도검사를 하였다. 최종 유사도 검사를 통하여 전문 IT 컨설턴트인 멘토가 도출한 모법 답안에 상당히 근접하게 속성을 도출할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 절차를 활용한다면 데이터모델링에 실무경험이 없는 초보자나 미숙련자가 적용하여도 속성을 도출할 수 있음을 보였다. 제안 절차에서 도출된 결과를 이용하여 데이터 모델 설계의 이후 과정인 관계도출 과정을 진행할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Nursing students do a variety of learning at the practice field during clinical practice. They can recognize the importance and effectiveness of nursing leader. The purpose of this study was to categorize the types by analyzing what are important aspects of nursing leader's role to make effective practice environment nursing students experienced from training course. This research was used Q methodology to understand how nursing students recognize deeply. Participants were involved 30 nursing students who have experienced nursing practices. Q samples included 36 statements gathered from interviews with students who experienced clinical practices and literatures regarding types of nursing leader's role. Furthermore, major factors were analyzed and categorized by using QUANL PC program. As a result of research, there are 4 types of nursing leader's role. The first type is "Maintaining justice and level-headed", the second type is "Creating environment for motivation", the third is "Respecting character and growing capacity up" and the fourth is "Relationship center through confidence". Through the research process, this study is about to make evidences by understanding role of nursing leader for effective environment of practice field.

This study designed to know subjective structure about clinical experience of adaptation of new nursing staffs in a general hospital and using Q-methodology. Using Q-methodology, 40 new nursing staffs sorted working a general hospital through personal interview. The statement positions on the sorting continuum were scored from +4(representing the highest level of agreement) through 0(at the neutral position on the continuum) through to -4(representing the highest level of disagreement). Factor analysis of the data was undertaken using PC QUANL program to determine if any patterns were discernible. The five types extracted all had eigenvalues greater than 1.0 and explained 62.38% of the variation in responses.: (1) New workload type, (2) Interest and responsibility type, (3) Improve the situation type, (4) Lack of knowledge and technology type, and (5) Excessive workload type. The significant differences found in the subjective structure of clinical experience of adaptation of new nursing staffs in ad general hospital. The findings of this study could contribute to the development of an effective programmes of education and personnel clinical practice strategies.

본 연구는 마케팅의 네 가지 경험적 접근방법, 즉 정보탐색적 접근, 브랜드 컨셉으로서의 경험, 즐거움의 경험, 총체적 경험 등의 내용을 살펴보고 이들의 기여와 문제점 및 한계를 살펴보았다. 또한, 감성적 경험과 소비 시점의 경험에 관해서도 논의하였다. 경험적 접근방법은 새로운 마케팅 수단으로 충분한 잠재력을 가지고 있으며 인지적 접근, 브랜드의 기능적 혜택을 강조하는 기존 마케팅 방식과는 상당한 차이가 있다. 하지만, 경험적 접근방법 앞으로 해결해야 할 많은 과제가 남아 있으며, 일부 실무적인 서적들이 주장한 바 와 같이 인지적, 기능적 마케팅 방식을 대체하는 것은 아니라고 할 수 있다. 기존 전통적인 마케팅 방식에 대하여 보완적 역할을 수행할 수 있으며, 제한적인 조건에서만 적합한 방식으로 평가할 수 있다.

최근 대학의 진로지도는 재학생들에게 산업 현장에서의 경험을 제공함으로써 학교에서 배운 전공지식을 기업현장에 적용하여 전공과 관련된 실무경험을 축적하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 대학에서의 현장실습은 더욱 강화되고 있는 추세이며 이를 통해 학생들이 습득하는 산업현장에 관한 경험, 정보와 아이디어가 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 졸업 후 고용획득 뿐만 아니라 창업의 동기로 작용하기도 하는지 확인하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 이에 따른 행동을 이끌어 내기 위한 동기적 측면에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이와 함께 능동적이고 계획적으로 진로를 선택해 나가는 자기주도적 경력태도와 기업가정신에 따라 현장실습경험이 고용가능성과 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석할 것이다. 본 연구에서 예상되는 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 현장실습 경험은 대학생이 인식한 고용가능성에 유의한 영향을 미치며 창업의도에도 직접적으로 영향을 줄 것이다. 둘째, 대학생의 자기주도적 경력태도는 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째. 대학생의 기업가정신은 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다.
