최근 주택성능등급표시제, 친환경건축물인증제도 등 실내공기질에 관련한 제도가 생겨나고 공동주택 거주자 또한 실내공기 질에 대한 인식을 새롭게 하고 있다. 이러한 시대적 흐름에 발맞추어 최근 신축되거나 리모델링 되는 공동주택에는 친환경 실내마감재료가 적용되고 있다. 하지만, 친환경 실내 마감재료는 일반재료에 비해 그 가격이 고가이며, 분양가 상승을 야기한다. 또한 친환경 마감재료 적용으로 인한 분양가 상승은 거주자로 하여금 경제적 부담을 가중시키게 된다. 따라서 실내 마감공법 별로 적용되는 모든 주재료 및 부 재료에 대해서 친환경성과 경제성을 복합적으로 고려할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 노후 공동주택 리모델링 마감공사 시 환경적인 요인, 경제적인 요인을 복합적으로 고려하여 효율적인 실내 마감재료를 선정하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

최근 국내 건축경기 불황에 대한 방안으로 리모델링 시장이 신규 유망시장으로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 리모델링 공사를 추진하는데 있어, 도면의 부재나 도면 정보의 부족 등으로 시공에 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 역설계 기술을 이용한 도면화 기술에 대한 활발한 연구가 진행 중이지만, 현장에서는 역설계 기술의 정확도와 도면화 시간에 대한 정보부족으로 역설계 기술의 사용을 주저하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실험을 통해 역설계 과정 중 3차원 형상 정보를 획득하는데 있어서 포인트 데이터 정밀도에 따른 측정시간과 오차를 분석하여 최적의 포인트 데이터 획득 정밀도를 제안하고자 한다.

The building remodeling is providing a lot of solutions - structural, aesthetic, environmental, and energy performance improvement - in improving buildings performance and environment. The remodelings influences on our society are resource conservation, environmental conservation, expansion of construction market, and creation of new employment. The three principal remodeler groups involved in this building remodeling are general construction contractors, interior architecture contractors, and ESCO (Energy Service Company). Having a representative character, this study classifies remodeling methods into five types: structural remodeling, spatial remodeling, exterior remodeling, environment-friendly remodeling, and ecological remodeling.

The Purpose of this study is to Provide a basic data for Projects of residential bathroom remodeling according to contemporary life style. The subjects of this investigation are collected through questionnaire from adult resident who live in Seoul Korea. Four hundred ten cases are collected, and frequencies, percentile, crosstabs, and factor analysis and varianc analysis using Spss-win program analyze adequate cases in necessary condition. In this study, residents demographic informations, bathroom preferences, types, sizes, cost construction period, instruments needs, behaviors and facilities seperation are included. By statistics treatment, the significance of the data is analyzed.

국토교통부(장관 서승환)는 수직증축 리모델링 허용 등을 포함한 '공동주택 리모델링 제도개선 방안'(6.5 발표)의 후속조치로 노후 공동주택 거주 주민이 부담 가능한 범위에서 불편사례를 선택적으로 개선할 수 있도록 '맞춤형 리모델링' 활성화를 위한 연구용역을 마무리하고, 조만간 가이드라인을 제작 발표할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 가이드라인에는 주차장 부족, 배관 노후화 등 노후 공동주택 거주 주민들의 주요 불편사항(급 배수관 노후화, 주차장 부족, 난방효율 저하, 승강기 부족 등)을 효과적으로 해소할 수 있도록 단지 동 세대 내에서 각각 시행할 수 있는 총 39가지의 리모델링 아이템에 대한 소개와 공사비 등의 정보가 포함될 예정이다. 먼저, 단지내 리모델링에는 데크 지하주차장 신설, 녹지 보육시설 및 헬스장 등 확충, 노후상가 철거 후 별동 증축 등이 포함되며, 아파트 개별 동 내에서는 급 배수관/전기 통신/소방 등 노후 설비 교체, 승강기 신설, 코어증축(복도${\rightarrow}$계단식 변경) 등이, 세대 내에는 문 창호 및 내장재 교체, 단열 기밀 등 에너지 성능 향상, 실내공간 재배치 등이 포함된다. 특히, 아이템별 이주기간을 재실형과 이주형으로 구분하여 주민 선택의 폭을 한층 더 넓힐 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to grasp actual condition of remodeling elements by specialists' in-depth interviews. The interview has been conducted to interior designer who have a wide experience of apartment remodeling. In-depth interview is a kind of qualitative method in which attention to reply of responses with open-access between interviewer and respondents. According to the results, remodeling elements were generally the renovation of balcony into the livingroom or children room, removal a doorsill, installation of storage furniture, change of lighting fixtures in the all rooms and change equipments of bathroom. Finishing materials were usual used normal wallpaper and normal or low emitting adhesive on ceiling and wall, tempered-flooring on floor, and ceramic tiles on bottom and wall of bath and entrance.

In greeting the 21st century, the Importance of Building Remodeling has increased more than ever. And it has become necessary to consider Economic efficiency in Building Remodeling. This Study is intended to investigate needing of Remodeling sections for the Building Owner and Remodeling Constructor. And it has become necessary to consider Economic Efficiency in Building Remodeling for Needer and Supplier. In this context, this study is focused on the "Evaluation element of Economic Efficiency in Building Remodeling". The Survey of office Building Constructor and Building owner shows that importance of Remodeling. Through this study, the flow of construction information is elevated reaching the level in advanced nation.

본 연구는 교육품질에 직·간접적인 영향을 미치는 다양한 환경요소 중 음환경에 대한 내용을 W대학 인문대 소공연장의 리모델링 사례를 통해 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상인 W대학 인문관의 소공연장은 강의전용 공간으로 리모델링하기에 앞서 적당한 울림이 필요한 공연장과 상대적으로 음성의 명료성이 중요한 강의실의 음향성능 차이를 인지하고 강의전용 공간에 적합한 실내 음환경을 조성하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 리모델링 전 음향성능 측정, 음향 시뮬레이션을 통한 마감재료 변경안 제시, 리모델링 후 음향성능 측정의 단계를 거쳐 리모델링에 따른 강의전용공간의 음향성능 개선안의 사례를 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 과정은 추후 마감재 변경을 통한 강의전용 공간 등 교육공간에 적합한 실내 음향성능 확보의 사례로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
