최근 실내건축 분야의 실무 현장이나 대학의 실내건축 교육은 3차원 스케치 소프트웨어를 활용한 공간계획능력을 필수적으로 요구하고 있지만, 현재 특성화 고등학교에서의 교육은 수작업성 실기수업과 2D CAD 중심으로 구성되어 산업계의 변화에 적절하게 대응하지 못하고 있으며, 학생들의 공간계획 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 3차원 스케치 소프트웨어 기반 수업 프로그램이 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 특성화 고등학교 NCS 기반 실내디자인 과목의 '주거공간 계획하기' 단원에서 3차원 스케치 소프트웨어를 활용한 수업 프로그램을 개발하고, 특성화고 수업에 적용하여 학생들의 학업성취도에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 이 연구에서 개발한 3차원 스케치 소프트웨어 기반 수업 프로그램은 PDIE 모형 절차에 따라 준비, 개발, 실행, 평가의 4단계를 거쳐 개발되었으며, 실험설계 모형은 이질집단 사후검사설계를 사용하였다. 실험 처치는 건설 분야 특성화 고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 실시하였고, 총 9차시의 실내디자인 교과 수업에 적용하였다. 실험 처치 후에는 인지적, 정의적, 심동적 영역에 대한 학업성취도 검사를 실시하였으며, 독립표본 t-검정을 통해 개발된 수업 프로그램에 대한 효과를 분석하였다. 이 연구에서 개발된 3차원 스케치 프로그램을 활용한 수업 프로그램은 인지적, 정의적, 심동적 영역 모두에서 기존의 수작업성 실기 수업보다 학생들의 학업성취도를 향상시키는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

인테리어 패널은 실내 벽체의 마감 디자인에 많이 활용되고 있으며 패널들의 배치로 형성되는 다양한 패턴은 장식적 효과뿐만 아니라 정보전달의 역할도 한다. 설계자가 원하는 디자인에 따라 패널을 배치하는 것은 반복되는 작업을 요구하는데 본 연구는 패널배치 과정의 체계화를 통해 자동화를 지원하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인테리어 패널의 활용 특징을 고려하여 패턴표현에 관한 이론적 고찰을 진행하고 이를 바탕으로 비트맵 이미지 픽셀과 인테리어 패널의 형태 변화를 이용한 세 가지 패널배치 패턴 표현 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 제안한 방법의 실제 적용 가능성 검증을 위해 제안한 세 가지 방법 중 비트맵 이미지 픽셀과 인테리어 패널의 유형속성을 이용한 패턴표현 방법을 적용하여 BIM기반 설계를 지원하는 인테리어 패널 자동배치 도구를 구현 하였다. 이는 물량정보나 패널 배치순서와 같은 시공단계에 활용 가능한 정보의 자동생성도 지원하여 설계자 및 시공자의 작업효율 향상에 도움이 된다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안한 인테리어 패널 자동배치 패턴표현 방법은 바닥 타일과 같은 기본단위의 반복을 요구로 하는 다양한 장식객체의 배치에도 활용 가능할 것으로 기대 된다.

최근 정보통신 기술 및 로봇 기술이 기존 제품에 접목된 지능형제품들이 개발되고 있다. 사용자에게 보다 수용 가능한 지능형제품을 개발하기 위해, 다양한 인터랙션 방식 또는 지능화 부분을 고려한 지능형제품디자인방법들이 소개되고 있다. 그러나 지능형제품은 모체제품이라고 불리는 기존 제품을 기반으로 하므로, 제품 속성 관점에서의 효과적인 지능형제품디자인방법에 대한 탐색이 필요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 제품 속성에 따른 지능형제품 유형이 소비자 수용도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 유아용 실내화를 사례로 하여, 쾌락적 지능형제품과 실용적 지능형제품을 비교하는 실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과, 제품선호도에 대해 피험자는 실용적 지능형 유아용 실내화를 쾌락적 지능형 유아용 실내화보다 긍정적으로 평가하고, 보다 높은 구매의사와 지불의사 금액을 나타냈다. 이는 유아용 실내화가 유아용 제품이라는 점에서 쾌락적 가치가 요구될 수도 있으나, 층간 소음이라는 사회적 문제와 관련된 제품이므로 실용적 가치가 보다 중요한 가치로 인식된 것으로 해석된다.

Recently, as people are interested in the quality of life and well-being trend, the consumer's demand on a healthy residence is rapidly increasing. To offer heathy residential environment to consumers, it is necessary to investigate the quality of design regardings health. The purposes of this study are to arrange the elements of interior design for the healthy apartment and to present the essential points of design to make a proposal for the newly built healthy apartment. It is believed that the accumulated data will be the basic information to develop more healthy apartment in the future. Questionnaire was delivered and analyzed. Also, checklist were checked by visiting model house. Through the comparison and analysis between consumer's demand and the condition of the model house, this research suggests what the healthy apartment should be replenish. The result of this study are as following. In spite of the demand of improvement on sanitation, health diagnosis program, thermal comfort, sound comfort were high but the evaluation of the present apartments shows not that high. Consumer's demands like above are reflected on latest apartments but those are not reached enough to the consumer's demand.

본 연구에서는 인간의 감성에 반응하는 디지털 벽면을 통하여 색채 감성 반응에 대한 연구를 목표로 한다 사용자의 감성 반응에 대한 연구 단계로는 첫째, 감성 어휘에 따른 반응을 조사한다. 둘째, 감성어휘에 따라 색채 배색의 데이터를 형성한다. 셋째, 자동적으로 가상공간에서 사용자의 감성어휘에 따라 색채감성공간을 연구한다. 건축공간의 물리적 특성의 한계에서 유동적인 감성반응 환경의 요구를 충족시키는 데에는 많은 한계점이 따른다. 그래서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 디지털 환경을 이용한 가상공간에서 실행하였다. 이는 실제공간에서의 시행착오를 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 빠른 시간 내에 인간의 반응을 연구할 수 있다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 감성반응의 실내배색에 의해 실내공간에서의 디지털 벽면의 디자인을 가상공간에서 개발하여 거주자의 감성 반응을 평가하는 것을 연구 목적으로 두었다. 이와 같은 거주자의 감성반응형 환경 디자인은 미래의 디자인의 패러다임이 될 것이다.

This study examined the indoor exercise environment use and needs of older adults. The target population was seniors aged 60 years and older living in a newly developed apartment complex. Variables include demographic and housing characteristics, status of exercise, and indoor exercise environmental evaluation and needs. A total of 102 data items were analyzed using frequency, t-test and ANOVA. Noteworthy results are as below. First, community centers and community welfare centers were the most desirable exercise environments because of affordability, exercise programs/spaces. Such exercise environments should be developed in more locations for increasing numbers of seniors. Second, indoor exercise environments need to be improved based on seniors' physical capabilities and environmental behavior. Third, supportive spaces such as restrooms, shower rooms, locker rooms should be carefully designed. Fourth, seniors wanted to have walking trails and indoor swimming pools, the most desirable exercise spaces, within ten to 15 minutes walking distance.

This study examined the various functions of public libraries, as well as user satisfaction and needs. We targeted 6 public libraries in the Seoul and Gyunggi area. After 280 library users were surveyed, the collected data were analyzed with an SPSS for Win 14.0 statistics program, where we used frequency, percentage, mean, T-test, One-way ANOVA, and Duncan's test. The major findings were as follows: 1) Half of the users used educational functional space, mainly in the 10-20 age group, who used it for educational purposes as a student or to prepare for getting a job. 2) There were gaps between the furniture arrangement and user preference since most libraries used a rigid system while users preferred a more flexible arrangement. 3) Space by space, public library satisfaction levels differed according to the users' gender and age. Satisfaction of the digital information room scored high, especially for users in their forties. Since public library users are diverse and require various functions, library interiors should be planned accordingly in terms of furniture arrangement and interior design. In particular, there was a gap between satisfaction by age groups, so libraries must account for community needs by considering the age group demographics of their surrounding areas.

현대 건축은 시공 기술과 재료생산 및 개발의 발전을 바탕으로 점차적으로 투명성을 띄게 되었다. 이러한 건축적 투명성은 재료나 기술적인 발전도 많은 영향이 있었으나 그 보다 사용자들의 공간적 인지와 요구에 맞춰 생성되었다고 볼 수 있다 본 논문은 도미니크 페로의 프로젝트를 바탕으로 건축 공간적 투명성의 근본적 요소들을 분석하여 프로젝트에 나타난 공간적 구획과 인지에 대해 알아보았다. 도미니크 페로는 투명성을 건축적 구축방법 및 표현방법으로 사용하는 것으로 나타났고, 건축물이 하나의 고립된 물체로 보기 보다는 대지와 건축물의 구분이 불분명하여 공간적인 경험이 건축물과 대지의 경험을 넘나들게 만들어 진 것을 볼 수 있다. 실내공간의 투명성은 공간 구획에서 표현이 되었는데, 도미니크 페로의 대부분의 프로젝트에는 매우 간단하고 개방된 구획을 추구한 것을 미뤄 볼 때 실내 공간구획과 외부와의 밀접한 관계를 동시에 설계한 것을 알 수 있었다. 공간적으로나 표피적인 투명도가 높은 공간의 사용하는 사용자의 생활패턴이나 공간적 인지에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았을 때, 개방된 공간이나 공간적 노출에 의식하지 않고 자연스럽게 적응하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 현대건축 공간에 나타나는 투명성은 물리적인 영향보다는 사용자의 공간인식과 시각적 인지에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 판명되었다.

모든 인간은 빛과 함께 할 때, 보다 편안함을 느낄 수 있으며, 안정된 마음으로 아름다움과 행복을 추구하려는 본능을 가지게 된다. 더구나 태양빛의 스펙트럼 특성과 하루의 빛의 리듬, 계절적인 빛의 변화에 모든 동식물들은 다양한 생리적 반응을 일으키도록 되어 있는 만큼 색온도의 심적인 효과를 조명계획에 의도적으로 사용하는 것은 공간을 한층 더 쾌적하게 만드는 수단이 될 수 있다. 이런 이유로 현대인들이 가장 많은 시간을 보내는 실내 공간에서 감성조명이 필요하다. 이미 조명은 빛을 발하는 단순 기능에서 벗어나 생활과 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 하나의 예술문화로 자리매김했다. 감성조명은 이러한 시대 요구에 부응하고, Well-Being을 추구하는 현대인들에게 꼭 필요한 기술이다.

Korean living culture raised the users' needs for sub-kitchen. In the traditional Korean house, there was large space related to kitchen area for preparing food and stock big and bulky housing stuffs. As apartment housing became dominant as Korean dwelling, sub-kitchen has been planed in the balcony that is not included in the sales area. In this study, the case of the apartment housing in Esiapolis, Daegu was analyzed. To plan the user-oriented sub-kitchen, the consumer research was carried out. Consumers needed a pantry, more storage near the kitchen, and wanted to place washing machine and washing stand in a sub-kitchen. Sub-kitchens were planed to meet those consumers' needs. Through this case study and former studies analysis, sub-kitchen's function unit was derived: wash, storage, auxiliary work. By combining each function unit, sub-kitchen was classified into 3 types, wash & auxiliary work, wash & storage, and wash & storage & auxiliary work. For each sub-kitchen type, components of function units, available layouts, and minimum size were recommended.
