본 연구는 발가락 벌림 보조기(toe spreader)가 긴장성 발가락 굽힘 반사(Tonic Toe Flexion Reflex: TTFR)가 있는 양하지 뇌성마비 아동의 보행에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 12명의 TTFR이 있는 양하지 뇌성마비 아동을 대상으로 같은 날에 맨발과 발가락 벌림 보조기를 착용한 상태에서 보행분석을 실시하였다. 시간 거리 보행변수로 활보장(step length), 보장(step length), 보폭(step width), 발가락 외전각도(toe out angle), 활보시간(stride), 입각기(stance phase), 유각기(swing phase), 분속수(cadence), 보행속도(speed)를 측정하였다. 발가락 벌림 보조기 착용 시 시간 거리 보행변수는 통계적으로는 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>.05). 양하지 뇌성마비 아동에서 TTFR을 억제하기 위한 발가락 벌림 보조기의 즉시적인 효과는 유의하지 않다고 볼 수 있으며, 추후연구로 장기간 일상생활에서의 지속적인 착용을 통한 연구가 필요하다고 본다.

목적: 본 연구는 Navarro 정밀모형안을 이용하고 임상데이터를 적용시킨 새로운 노안 모형안을 전산모사하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 방법: 40세, 50세, 60세 남성을 대상으로 선행연구로부터 광학적 매개변수에 관한 임상데이터를 수집하고, ZEMAX 광학프로그램을 이용하여 노안 정밀모형안을 설계하였다. 결과: 설계된 노안 정밀모형안들의 노안 진행 과정과 특징들이 선행연구들의 임상데이터들과 잘 일치하였다. 결론: Navarro 모형안을 기반으로 하여 임상자료와 상응하는 노안 정밀모형안을 새롭게 설계할 수 있었다.

Purpose : Intravascular Laser Irradiation on Blood(ILlB) therapy has been usedto various circulatory diseases recently. In this study, we sought to find out the effects of ILIB on hyperlipidemia . Material and Methods : In this study of 163 patients with hyperlipidemia , we observed change of total cholesterol and triglyceride in serum after ILIB therapy. Results and Conclusion : In patients with hyperlipidemia , total cholesterol mean values decreased from $240.04{\pm}56.23$mg/dL to $214.90{\pm}45.84$mg/dL and triglyceride mean values decreased from $304.98{\pm}134.37$mg/dL to $244.05{\pm}120.46$mg/dL, after ILIB thetapy. We evaluated that ILIB therapy reduced total cholesterol and triglyceride (p<0.001) in patients with hyperlipidemia and IUB therapy is more effective to patients with hyperlipidemia than normal(p<0.001).

Purpose: This study was conducted, on the basis of the Theory of Planned Behavior to analyze factors influencing on undergraduate students' sexual behavior and to provide basic guidelines for the intervention of promoting sex education in school. Method: The participants of this study consisted of 284 under-graduate students at 3 colleges and 3 universities in Seoul. SPSS 10.0 win program was used and descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression and logistic regression were used to evaluate the influencing factors on undergraduate students' sexual behavior. Results: The results of this study can be summarized as follows; For undergraduate students, perceived behavioral control, and attitude of sexual behavior could explain 43% of the variance in intention of sexual behavior. However, subjective norm didn't influence sexual behavioral intention. For undergraduate students, perceived behavioral control, sexual behavioral intention were factors influencing sexual behavior, and these factors could explain 43% of the variance in sexual behavior. Conclusion: In conclusion, the interventive sex education that is upright and healthy will be needed to strengthen perceived behavioral control and sexual behavioral intention as influencing factors on sexual behavior in adolescent and young adults.

디즈니 스튜디오가 제2차 세계대전 중 미국 정부를 위해 여러 편의 프로파간다 애니메이션을 제작했다는 사실은 디즈니 스튜디오의 위상에 비해 대중에게 널리 알려져 있지 않다. 본 논문에서 중점적으로 다루고 있는 <총통의 얼굴>은 디즈니 스튜디오의 의미작용과 미학의 특징을 총체적으로 담아내고 있다. 그리고 이 작품은 캐릭터의 전형화와 작품 속 공간의 회화적 형상화를 통해 관객에게 작품의 함축적인 주제와 신화를 효과적으로 전달하고 있다. 그것은 프로파간다의 장르적 목적에 부합하는 것으로써 작품의 주제와 메시지를 안정적인 의미작용을 통해 전달하고자 했던 디즈니 스튜디오의 애니메이션 전략으로부터 비롯되었다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 <총통의 얼굴>에 대한 기호학적 연구는 실험적 시도와 노력을 통해 정립해 온 디즈니 애니메이션 고유의 표현과 소통의 특징을 살펴보는 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the presence of ipsilesional movement deficit, with segmental performance in each proximal or distal upper extremity. The visuoperceptual complex task of the ipsilesional upper extremity was investigated in patients with unilateral brain damage and a control group of healthy sex-age-matched controls. Tracking movements were tested in the proximal and distal upper extremities. Movements were measured by the accuracy index, which was normalized to each subject's own range of motion and took into account any differences between subjects in the excursion of the tracking target. The findings revealed that stroke patients experienced difficulties with tracking movement of both proximal and distal segments in the upper extremities on the so-called "non-affected side", irrespectively of the extent of patient's age, time since onset, or severity of contralateral upper extremity. Therefore, the unilateral brain damage affected ipsilateral motor function of the proximal and distal upper limbs in the performance of complex motor tasks, requiring central processing and the higher order cognitive function in the integrity of both hemispheres.

최근 주요 선진국을 중심으로 환경규제가 전면적으로 확대되어가고 있다. 특히 작년 발효된 REACH(Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) 제도의 경우 우리나라의 주요 수출품이 모두 규제 대상 물품이 될 수 있기 때문에 환경규제에 대한 대응이 미흡할 경우 수출중심의 우리나라 경제에 결정적인 타격이 예상 된다. 그러므로 본고에서는 산업경쟁력 유지 및 지속가능성의 확보를 위한 기반을 마련하고자 REACH에 대한 전반적인 이해와 더불어 최근 REACH의 준비 및 현황에 대해 조사하였으며, 현재 기업 및 정부대응의 문제점을 짚어보고 REACH 관련 전문가들의 수렴된 의견을 통해 정책을 제언하고자 하였다.

Si(100)/Ta(50 )/NiFe(60 )/FeMn(250 )/NiFe(70 )/Al$_2$O$_3$/NiFe(150 )/Ta(50 )구조를 가진 자기터널접합의 자기저항비 향상에 관해서 연구하였다. 자성층과 절연층 사이 계면에 CoFe을 삽입하여 5.75%에서 13.7%까지 향상시켰다. 그리고 절연층은 16 의 Al을 순수한 산소 및 산소/아르곤 혼합 분위기에서 프라즈마 산화법으로 형성하였다. 순수한 산소 분위기에서는 최적 산화시간 30초에서 13.7%의 자기저항비를 얻었지만,산소/아르곤의 혼합기체를 사용하면 최적 산화시간 40초에서 15.3%의 자기저항비를 얻었다.

This study was to examine the effects of economic, social, psychological, and marital resources on the relationship between retirement related stress and life satisfaction among the retired husbands and their wives. Economic resources included actual income, the amount of reduced income after retirement, and perceived adequacy of income, while social resources consisted of the supports from children, relatives, friends and neighbors. Psychological resources constituted sense of mastery and marital resource was measured by the emotional supports from the spouse. Data from 178 couples in Seoul revealed that retirees and their spouse perceived retirement as a very stressful extent, with husbands viewing their retirement as more stressful than their wives. The retirement related stress was found to be the most significant predictor on the life satisfaction of the couples. For retired husbands, life satisfaction was closely associated to sense of mastery and supports from children and relatives. The health status, perceived adequacy of income, sense of mastery, and supports from children and relatives were related to life satisfaction for wives. Therefore, the effects of personal resources on life satisfaction were smarter than that of retirement related stress for both retired husbands and their wives. Along with discussions, implications for retirement education and suggestions for future study are provided.

고고학과 미술역사의 범주에서 공예품, 회화, 건축의 조각이나 부조에서 보이는 인물, 신화, 종교적이거나 역사적사건, 문양과 장식등에 묘사된 모든 것들을 이미지화 하여 분석하고 시대의 풍습과 문화 양식까지 규정 한다. 이러한 이미지자료들이 노화 나 훼손, 또는 노출이 부족하게 촬영된 경우 색조의 분포가 고르지 않아 분석이 어려운 경우가 많다. 전문적인 사진의 색조 보정에 사용되는 Levels과 Curves는 그래프와 수치 값의 미세한 조절로서 결과 값을 산출하는 탁월한 기능이 있다. 색조가 훼손된 고고학적 이미지자료에 이 기술을 적용하여 그 방법을 모색하고 이 분야의 기초적인 응용기술로서의 유용성을 살펴보았다.
