  • 본 논문에서는 삼수원신안강모형(三水源新安江模型)으로 한국 위천유역에 대하여 홍수예보를 모의하였다. 결과 신안강모형(新安江模型)은 위천유역의 홍수를 비교적 정확하게 모의하였고 평균 모형 효율성 계수는 0.93이나 되었으므로 홍수예보를 적용하는데 적합하다. 신안강모형(新安江模型)은 습윤 반습윤지구의 축만유출(蓄滿流出)의 모형으로서 초기 토양함수량이 풍부한 흥수에 대해서는 정확도가 매우 높다. 그러므로 홍수예보를 하는데 있어서 신안강모형(新安江模型)이 광범한 실용가치가 있다고 예상된다.

First record of Calanthe aristulifera (Orchidaceae) in Korea (신안새우난초(난초과): 한반도 미기록종)

  • Here, we report a previously unrecorded species, Sin-an-sae-u-nan-cho (Calanthe aristulifera Rchb. f.). It was discovered on Heuksan Island in Jeollanam-do. Its natural habitat was a subtropical forest. The species can easily be characterized by the simple trichomes on the back of its leaves and spur. This species is important because new horticultural races of Calanthe can be developed by cross-breeding with other species of Calanthe.

The Value of Ecosystem Services based on Land Use in Shinangun, Jeonnam, Korea (전남 신안군의 토지이용에 따른 생태계서비스 가치와 지속가능한 활용방안)

  • More than half of all the tidal flats and islands in South Korea are located in Jeonnam. Shinangun accounts for a large amount of these tidal flats and island. This study assessed the value of ecosystem services for 14 administrative units (2 'eup' and 12 'myeon') that have around 1,000 islands in Shinangun, using the method described by Costanza et al. (1997). The assessment involved examining the land use types in Shinangun in relation to ecosystem services value. The finding showed that the tidal flat areas had the highest value of ecosystem services in most of the islands of Shinangun, in particular in Aphae-eup and Jido-eup. The study illustrates how quantitative analysis of land use patterns can help local governments like Shinangun to formulate policy for conservation and sustainaable use of ecosystem services. Especially, tidal flat areas are unique and fragile ecosystem, so it is very importat to make strategies for sustainable development in bioculturally diverse areas. Some suggestions regarding landscape planning in Shinangun are provided.

Physicochemical Properties of Shinan Seomcho(Spinacia olerecea L.) (신안 섬초(시금치)의 이화학적 특성)

  • This study was to investigate physicochemical properties of Shinan seomcho growing in Jeollanamdo. The samples used were Shinan seomcho(Josaeng, Mansaeng varieties), Pohangcho(Josaeng, Mansaeng varieties), Namhaecho (Josaeng, Mansaeng varieties) and greenhouse spinach(Josaeng varieties). The results were as follows ; The thickness of spinach leaves were contained in order of Shinan seomcho > Pohangcho > Namhaecho > greenhouse spinach, and the hardness of those were contained in order of Pohangcho > Namhaecho > Shinan seomcho > greenhouse spinach. In Hunter's color value, L, a, b value in greenhouse spinach was lower than those of the others. Among the spinach varieties, Josaeng-jong(3.39~5.38 mg%) had the highest level of total dietary fiber contents than that of Mansaeng-jong(2.94~3.91 mg%). By regional groups, total dietary fiber were contained in order of Pohangcho > Namhaecho > Shinan seomcho > greenhouse spinach. The free sugar contents in the sample group, Shinan seomcho(4 varieties), Pohangcho(1 variety) and Namhaecho(2 varieties) were higher than those of other spinach varieties. The total sugar contents in the sample group, Shinan seomcho(3 varieties), Pohangcho(1 variety) and Namhaecho(2 varieties) were higher than those of other spinach varieties. Total flavonoid contents of Shinan seomcho(Josaeng-jong) and Namhaecho(Josaeng-jong) were lower than 130 mg%, but the other spinach had more than 130 mg% of total flavonoid contents. Germanium contents were detected in the following order ; Shinan seomcho(47.46 ${\mu}g$/kg) > Namhaecho(30.13 ${\mu}g$/kg) > Pohangcho(26.39 ${\mu}g$/kg) > greenhouse spinach(25.32 ${\mu}g$/kg).

Research on the Effectiveness of Protecting Utility Model with China's Patent Evaluation Report (실용신안 권리보호에 대한 중국 특허권평가보고서제도의 유효성 연구)

  • China's utility model as a supplement to the invention patent, has short application duration, fast authorized speed, and has the same exclusive rights with patents, so companies can quickly dominate the market. But the utility model does not need to carry out substantive examination, so has lower stability, high frequency of invalid to accepted, so compare with the invention patent, difficult to be protected. In order to actively encourage the small and medium-sized enterprises to promote their inventions, and protect domestic patents, China established a protection policy of patent evaluation report for the utility model rights, especially the patent evaluation report can be used as evidence in a patent infringement trial, to provide judicial remedies for utility model patentee and the party of patent disputes. Many experts believe that the establishment of patent evaluation report system can improve the stability of the utility model patent right, and when the defendant request for invalidation of the patent right in the defense period, if there is no novelty, creativity lost or no other reason has not led to the stability of patent right given in a patent evaluation report of the utility model patents, the court may not suspend the trial, without having to wait for the Patent Reexamination Board makes the patent invalid declaration decisions, can improve the efficiency of the judicial process, accelerate the patentee's time. However, in practical patent infringement, the patent evaluation report system and invalidation system are in conflict. In this paper, through the analysis of the current China utility model system and compared with the South Korean utility model system, review the role and character of the patent evaluation report system, and through the actual cases of the utility model patent infringement litigation, analysis possible variates from the decision of patent evaluation report, to find out the reason of the patent evaluation report system being in conflict with the invalidation system, and research on the effectiveness for protecting Utility Model with China's Patent Evaluation Report.
