At this study, one of the electrical problems, arc characteristics according to loss of contact between a pantograph and a catenary, was analyzed. A characteristic of arc current is disappeared in a short period of time. Nevertheless, it has large current same as a surge, so that it has EMI/EMC problems. In the case of the electrical railway system, there is oscillation and de-wiring. The are current is generated by these problems. The result of this study can be used as a facility design to prevent a surge and needs to prove through actual field data in the main circuit of an electric train for a precise analysis about effect of are.

모바일 단말기의 보급과 무선 네트워크 기술의 발달로 단문 메시지 전달 서비스, 멀티미디어 메시지 전달 서비스는 이미 우리에게 친숙한 서비스다. 그러나 Mark Weiser가 강조했던 기술과 서비스에 의한 사용자의 편의보다는 오히려 불편과 방해가 점점 늘어나고 있다. 적절하지 않은 시간과 장소에서의 원하지 않는 메시지가 스팸 메시지만큼이나 사람을 불편하게 만들고 있기 때문이다. 제안하는 서비스는 기존 메시지 전달 서비스에 'Location' 요소를 추가한 메시지 전달 서비스로서, 사용자 편의 중심의 메시지 전달서비스를 가능하게 해준다. 수신자, 위치, 시간에 기반을 둔 메시지 송수신과 사용자 피드백에 의한 위치목록 구성 등을 특징으로 가지고 있다.

산업자동화 분야에는 특수목적 마이크로콘트롤러인 PLC가 널리 사용된다. PLC 프로그램 분석과 검증을 위한 연구에서 우선적으로 해야 할 일은 PLC 프로그래밍 언어의 의미구조를 정형적으로 제시하는 것이다. 본 논문은 PLC 프로그래밍에 널리 사용하는 LD 언어의 의미구조를 정의한다. LD 언어는 그래픽 언어이기 때문에 먼저 텍스트 언어 Symbolic LD로 구문구조를 정형화한 다음에, Symbolic LD에 대한 의미구조를 정의할 수가 있다. 본 논문은 Symbolic LD의 의미구조를 자연 의미구조 기법으로 정의하고, 증명 보조기 Coq을 이용하여 정형화하였다.

A de-wiring trolley wire usually makes the electrical system complex and may have an adverse effect on the electrical system inside the train. It is important to analyze the effect on trains in de-wiring trolley wire. we accomplished an equivalent model of the electric train system. We used PSCAD/EMTDC, an electromagnetic transient program. The result of this study can be used as a facility design to use a power conversion system filter and needs to prove through actual field data in the main circuit of an electric train for a precise analysis about effect of de-wiring.

산업자동화, 임베디드시스템, 지능형 빌딩, 유비쿼터스 환경 구축 등의 다양한 분야에 활용되는 PLC나 모션제어기를 위한 표준안은 IEC 61131-3이다. 이 표준안은 제어기를 위한 프로그래밍 환경과 언어의 문법구조를 정의하고 있으나, 도식적으로 표현되는 LD 프로그램의 저장 형식이 제시되지 않아서 관련 소프트웨어마다 서로 다른 저장 형식을 사용한다. PLCopen 그룹에서 배포한 표준 저장 형식 XML 스키마를 사용하면 데이터의 교환과 연동 언어들의 호환이 가능하다. 본 논문은 표준 XML 스키마를 기반하는 LD 그래픽편집기를 구현한다. 구현 형태는 Eclipse 플러그인으로서, Eclipse 도구인 EMF와 GEF를 이용하였다.

The purpose of multiple alarm processing is to give the operator the correct information and perception of the malfunction present in the plant. In this thesis, an APS(Alarm Processing System) is studied for fossil power plants. This APS is based on a cause-consequence trees in the knowledge representation aspect for alarm and plant and adapts alarm filtering methods using fired time information in the decision aspect. Through the cause-consequence trees and filtering methods, the Alarm Processing System finds the cause alarm among the fired multiple alarms and calculates the cause degree which represents the possibility of a fault occurring in the instruments of the plant with the information of fired alarm. The knowledge base is built via interviews and questionaries with the expert operators on the Seoul power plant unit 4. Finally, the validity of the studied APS is shown via simulations.

본 연구에서는 Floating Electrode와 Flexible Electrode를 사용한 심전도 측정결과의 비교연구를 진행하였다. 일반적으로 심전도 측정시 사용되고 있는 Floating Electrode를 이용하여 심전도 측정을 할 경우 비교적 안정적인 데이터를 얻기 용이하다는 장점이 있지만, 여러 개의 전극을 몸에 붙이는 번거로움과 피실험자의 불쾌감 등 단점도 있다. 반면, 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법은 Flexible Electrode를 침대 혹은 의자와 설치하여 무구속적인 측정 방법을 통하여 사용자의 편이를 향상시키고 불편함을 최소화를 목표로 한다. 신호검출의 가능성은 확인하였으며, 향후 검출된 데이터를 이용하여 일상생활을 하면서 건강상태를 모니터링 할 수 있는 헬스 케어 응용 서비스로의 연구를 진행하고자 한다.

This problem analyzed in this paper is to specify a schedule for thesis committee allowing maximum committee members' preference over thesis topics and meeting time-slots while satisfying other related scheduling requirements such as prohibiting simultaneous assignment of a committee member to more than one committee at a time. Two mathematical programming applroaches are presented to solve the thesis committee scheduling problem in a professional graduate school. They include LP-based branch-and-bound approach with network subproblems. Characterization of the problem is analyzed to develop an efficient solution algorithm. Implementation and computational experiments are also performed for real size problems on an IBM PC/AT to show the relative performance of the propsoed approaches along with an ordinary ILP solution approach.

신호처리원과 그 방식은 네트웍 구성시 매우 중요하다. 따라서 대단위단지에서 많이 적용되고 있는 자동화재탐지설비의 화재수신기 네트웍과 통신네트웍에 접속시와 수신기에서 발생하는 통신 데이터를 일반 통신네트윅에 접속하여 발생하는 데이터전송시 문제점에 대하여 고찰한 것이다. 경보설비의 구성에서 중계기와 수신기간의 통신 형태를 측정하여 보편화된 통신방식을 사용하였다는 것을 알 수 있었으며 수신기에서 통신네트윅간의 연결은 수신기의 Ethernet 통신모듈을 통한 프로토콜 형태를 확인하였다.

The Natural Resource Conservation Service Curve Number(NRCS-CN) method is one of the widely used methods for computation of runoff from a basin. However, NRCS-CN method has weak point in that the spatial land use distribution characteristics are ignored by using area weighted CN value. This study developed a program which can estimate runoff by considering spatial distribution of CN and flow accumulation at the outlet of the watershed by appling Moglen's method. Comparisons between the results from NRCS-CN method and this study showed good agreement with measured data of experimental watersheds. The developed program predicted lower runoff than the conventional NRCS-CN method. As a conclusion, this study proposes a new design direction which can simulate real runoff phenomena. And the developed program could be applied into runoff minimization design for a basin development.
