The Effect of the Next Generation's Recognition of Traditional Food on the Popularization of Foodservice Industry (전통음식에 대한 신세대의 인지도가 대중화에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims at inquiring into new generations' recognition of traditional foods to present the alternatives and suggestions of simplification, popularization and processed food for popularizing the foods suited to them. The findings on survey showed that they had a preference for development of simple food-oriented menu suited to new generation's way of thinking, under the maintenance of flavor and nutrition so that they can simply eat traditional foods through the simplification of cooking and the development of processed food. The result of this study showed significant influences that the first result is the knowledge on the cooking method in simplification, the second result is the knowledge on the flavor and nutrition in popularization of traditional food, and the third is the knowledge on the cooking method, the flavor and nutrition in the processed food.

  • 초고출력 레이저와 비선형광학에 대한 고찰이다. 초단펄스를 발생하는 광 스위치의 역사, 비선형광학결정에 의한 파라메트릭증폭, 하전입자를 가속하는 상대론광학, 레이저확대법칙의 역사적 전환, 초고출력 레이저에 의한 고에너지물리학 등에 대해서 기술하고 있다. 이것들을 통해 보면 광 강도가 강하게 됨에 따라 최초는 선형응답에서 시작하는 상호작용에서 비선형효과가 발생하고, 그리고 비선형광학이 발전하면 오히려 비선형광학에서 만들어지는 선형상호작용, 예를 들면 상대론광학과 초상대론광학 등에 의해 종래, 비선형에서 소프트한 상태 중에 질서 된 관계가 만들어지듯이 선형${\rightarrow}$비선형${\rightarrow}$선형${\rightarrow}$비선형${\rightarrow}$선형을 반복하는 것을 알 수 있다. 본고는 전기통신대학 레이저신세대연구센터 우에다 켄이치 연구원이 월간 광기술 컨텍트 2012년 5월에 기고한 내용으로서 그린광학의 유정훈 팀장이 번역에 도움을 주었다.

  • The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the information sources according to the benefit segmentations of New kids' jeans wearing. The subject consisted of 392 adolescents in Seoul and Honsung area. For analysis of data, confirming factor analysis, correlations, stepwise regression analysis were applied. The results were as follow ; 1. The benefit segmentation dimensions of New kids' jeans wearing were brand royalty, personality, fashionality, and utility pursuit. 2. According to the correlations between the benefit segmentation and the information sources, brand royalty was positive correlation with all information sources. Similary, both personality and fashionality were positive correlation with market initiated and neutral information. The other hand. only utility was negative correlation with neutral information. 3. In influences of the information sources according to the benefit segmentations, market initiated information is high valued in personality, fashionality, utility, and brand royalty. Neutral information is high valued in fashionality.

  • The purpose of this empirical study is to examine the effect of leisure facilities preferences and leisure activities of new-generation married women on their life satisfaction. The samples was composed of 195 married women under 35 years. old, selected by age and local distribution. The major findings of this study re as follows. The new-generation wives preferred culture.intellectual arts facilities to sport facilities to sport facilities and participated in home-oriented activities. The more new-generation married women participated in active leisure, the higher level they showed in life satisfaction. There is no significant affect of leisure facilities preference on life satisfaction. The finding of this study provide implications regarding the policies on leisure facilities and leisure education programs to enhance the quality of life of the new-generation wives, such as establishing community leisure facilities which can help the mother as well as young children enjoy their leisure activities with less expense, and managing continuing education programs in which the new-generation wives easily participate with their families.

A study on the economy consciousness and behavior of living resources of young housewives (신세대 주부의 생활자원 절약의식과 절약행동에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between young housewives’economy consciousness and economy behavior. The data used in this study were taken from 429 housewives between 20's and 35's who have at least one child with their spouse in Seoul The results of this study were as follows : First, the general trend of the economy consciousness and behavior in living resources was that the level of consciousness is more higher than the level of behavior. Second, the degree of employed wives' economy behavior was more passive than that of house wives’behavior. Third, housewives’economy consciousness and behavior showed a significant difference in their education level, family income and number of children. Fourth, from the Regression Analysis, the Model was accounting for 45% of the variance. Influential variables on housewives’economy consciousness and behavior were self esteem, the inside and outside control, perception of the adequacy of resources. Fifth, out of sub- variables about housewives’economy consciousness and behavior, energy resources was relatively at the high level.

  • The objectives of this study are to identify life style of X-generations in seoul, and to examine housing preference of X-generations. Data was collected through self-administered questionnaires for this study and the cases of four hundred and sixty one were analyzed. The major findings are as follows:There were four major types of X-generations want to reside in 102-135㎡ (30-40pyung) housing size. They want the specific space for leisure, working, interest, computer, sports, dressing, etc. They prefer L-DK type, kitchen furniture of a island shaped work center. X-generations consider facilities of apartment very important. They want to have automatic and high quality facilities. Housing preference differed significantly according to the socio-demographic variables and the types of life style of X-generations.

Caregiver Burden and Rewards in New Generation and Middle-aged Couples (신세대와 중년기 부부의 노부모 부양에 따른 부담감 및 보상감 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the caregiver burden and rewards in new generation and middle-aged couples. Data were collected from 207 new generation couples and 196 middle-aged couples who had either of older parents and lived in Seoul. Major findings are as fallows; 1. The burden were constituted with restriction of privacy physical burden strain psychological burden economic cost and guilt. The rewards were constituted with recognition pride maturity improving relationship and assistance of household and childcare. 2. The caregiver burden of new generation and middle-aged wives were hgiher than husbands. Hwever the caregiver rewards of new generation and middle-aged husbands were higher than wives. 3. The caregiver burden of middle-aged husbands were higher than new generation husbands bur there was no significant difference between new generation and middle-aged wives. 4. The caregiver rewards of middle-aged wives were higher than new generation wives but there was no significant difference between new generation and middle-aged husbands.

  • 중국의 저임금 시대가 저물고 있다. 올 들어 법정 최저임금이 평균20%나 급등한 가운데 임금 인상을 요구하는 파업도 잇따르고 있어 '세계공장'의 지위가 흔들리지 않을까라는 우려가 고조되고 있다. 이번 최저임금 인상률이 유난히 커 보인 것은 2009년의 미반영분까지 반영했기 때문이다. 중국의 임금 수준은 베트남, 인도 등 신흥국가와의 격차가 점차 벌어지고 있지만 아직 멕시코 등 일부 개발도상국의 절반 수준이어서 경제발전수준과 임금간의 괴리가 있다. 중국정부는 임금 인상을 경제구조전환, 양극화 해소 및 사회불안 요인을 선제적으로 차단하기 위한 다목적 카드로 삼고 있다. 중국 근로자들의 권익의식 제고 및 신세대 농민공들의 부상으로 노동분쟁의 발생가능성도 배제할 수 없다. 일부 저임 제조업 공장이 밀집한 지역을 중심으로 노동력 부족 현장이 주기적으로 나타날 기능성이 높다. 중국정부가 2015년까지 평균 임금을 현재의 두 배로 올린다는 목표를 세운 만큼 향후 임금 상승세가 더욱 거세질 전망이다. 생산성을 초월해 임금상승이 이뤄지면 기업의 부담을 가중시키고 이로 인해 산업간의 양극화가 더욱 심해질 수 있다. 그러나 인건비 이외에 양호한 물류 인프라와 제조업 클러스터, 제도적 환경, 특히 거대한 내수시장의 잠재력은 중국이 생산지로서 갖고 있는 남다른 매력이다. 인건비 상승의 충격을 이겨낼 수 있는 고부가가치화와 전략적 전환이 필요하다.

The Influence of Home management Consciousness and Behavior on Family Life Satisfaction and Quality of Life Among New Generation Housewives (신세대주부의 가정경영의식.행동이 가정생활만족도와 삶의 질에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was designed to examine the quality of life among new generation housewives. Selected variables were home management consciousness and home management behavior, and satisfaction with family life. Path analysis was used to test the causal model of quality of life. The data for this study were collected from 834 housewives, and analyzed employing SPSS $PC^+$ statistical package. Major findings were as follows: 1. The satisfaction with family life was the strongest predictor of the quality of life. 2. Home management behavior had both direct and indirect effect via satisfaction with family life on the quality of life. 3. Home management consciousness had indirect effect through home management behavior and satisfaction with family life on the quality of life. Implications were discussed.

The New-Generation Housewives' Value Consciousness and Management Behavior on the Family Life (신세대 주부의 가정생활에 대한 가치의식 및 관리행동)

  • The puropse of the study is to investigate value consciousness and management behavior of the new-generation housewives' on the family life, that is to say, household work, time management, money management, human-relationship, reducing environ-mertal pollution. To achieve this purposes, reviewing literatures and emporical research have been conducted. The sample of this study was selected from the married women living in Seoul. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows. The mean score of new-generation housewives' value consciousness on the family life was relatively high(3,94 out of 5). The mean score of value consciousness on reducing environmental pollution was the highest, and that on household work was the lowest. The mean score of new-generation housewives' management behavior on the family life was a little high(3.47 out of 5). The mean score of management behavior on reducing environmental pollution was the highest, and that on money management was the lowest. The new-generation urban housewives' have responded positively concerning the relationship between value consciousness and management behavior on the family life.
