This study speculated on a continuous issue of North Korean defectors and strategies to improve North Korean human rights. North Korean defectors have immigrated to South Korea continuously since the late 1990s. Their immigration was motivated by low financial status in the harsh marching period of North Korea until the mid-1990s. However, the defection motives changed like this: planned defection, family-based group defection and future-oriented defection. The North Korean defectors had had severe human rights abuses as illegal immigrants in the blind spots of human rights of China and the third nations until they were admitted to South Korea after defection. Although South Korea tried to help them consistently both in public and private ways, it was not satisfactory. Therefore, the government and private sectors should pay more consistent attention to the human rights issue. As the National Assembly passed the North Korean Human Rights Act on March 2016, the government should recognize the issue of North Korean defectors as that of universal value and a national issue, and cooperate each other nationally and internationally in diverse ways.

This study focused on the wedding ceremony. It was considered as important social text containing cultural codes of Korean society related gender system. Using the concepts of 'Myths', introduced by Barthes, this study analysed every procedure of wedding ceremony prevailed contemporary Korea. Romantic Love, creation of the ideology system of Western bourgeois and peculiar Confucian ideas about gender structure in Korean patriarchy system are both important frames determined wedding culture in Korea society. Thus this study divided wedding ceremony into displaying sphere and non-displaying sphere. Then, displaying sphere was framed by myth of romantic love, but non-displaying sphere was framed by traditional Confucian ideas. And, the transformation of contemporary wedding ceremony has the nature of kitsch, related the radical change of Korean class structure, also it worked as myth reveled up the unequality of present gender system.

As cell phone and PDA have been in common use recently, there is a growing tendency to utilize the mobile terminals for M-Commerce. The information security and the receipt of e-trade are very important to support reliable digital transactions in wireless environment as in wired environment. Even though some work such as WML digital signature and WPKI has been studied for M-Commerce, there are several problems on the aspects of the functional limitation of the mobile terminals and the unsecure data transformation of WAP gateway. In this study we have designed and implemented a prototype system of issuing and verifying the electronic receipt that guarantees authentication, data integrity and non-repudiation for secure mobile e-commerce. Moreover, we have enhanced the system performance by letting the trusted independent server verify and manage the electronic receipt.

Humanity has tended pursuing beauty. Pearls has been loved by many people for thousands of years as a symbol of wealth and status. Today, Artificial pearl were made using organic pigment due to bright colors and easy coating process. But the new coating technique is required due to low durability, weather resistance and difficulty of luxurious luster expression. This study, nitrocellulose and urethane were used as binder and inorganic pigment were used to expression of colors. Experimental variable of artificial pearl with nitrocellulose and solvent ratio, urethane and curing agent ratio, the amount of pearl number of coating, drying temperature and time, and coating technology was developed. The coated artificial pearl was evaluated with color-difference meter, ultraviolet ray resistance, promotion weathering. Urethane was better than nitrocellulose when compared with weather resistance, acid-alkalinity resistance.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between job stress and mental health of caretakers by SCL-90-R. This study are to offer basic information for patients the quality of service interventions. The sample for the study consisted of 247 caretakers who work in Busan. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Caretakers' mental health and job stress was not serious level. 2) There was an important factor in job stress, which was suitable pay. 3) Caretakers' job stress was positively related to mental health. There is a statistical correlation between the relationship with mental health and job stress. 4) Caretakers' mental health was affected by job stress level. Therefore, We need training and program that focuses on management job stress in caretakers.

The purpose of this study is to select the talented and competent personal caregiver personnel through a professional and rational inspection system, and to provide safer personal care services to the public so that the people who are eligible for service can lead a safe life. The purpose of this study is to cultivate qualified and competent personal guardian personnel and provide professional and stable services to the people so that the people who can use the service can lead a safer life. In order to grow into a system that meets the objectives of the personal guardian qualification screening system, it must be revised and supplemented from various evaluation methods. The improvement measures related to the practical test of the system for qualifying personal guardians are as follows. First, the fitness evaluation items should be added. Second, it is necessary to reestablish the test technology. (Remove technology that causes the second threat) (Adds skills that can be used as civilian status) Third, the fallout and application action must be added. Fourth, evaluation in various starting positions is necessary. Fifth, evaluation should be made by diversifying the distance and direction with the opponent.

This study was conducted to contribute to the improvement of bibliotherapy programs in the LIS field by analyzing 76 bibliotherapy program researches of 6 different major fields published in journals during 2001 to 2014. The programs were analyzed in terms of research trends, major areas, subjects and detail subjects. According to the study, the proportion of graduate students was higher than that of professors and instructors in terms of researchers' status in LIS and psychology. Also, programs for elementary students were found to be frequently carried out in schools and libraries by all fields. As for the topics of the programs, self-esteem was the most frequent topic and others such as depression, broken families, sociality, academic achievement and interpersonal relationships were also being dealt with. Detail subjects, measurement tools and application data have been proposed according to different research subjects.

Recently, wind energy is expanding to combination of computing to forecast of wind power generation as well as intelligent of wind powerturbine. Wind power is rise and fall depending on weather conditions and difficult to predict the output for efficient power production. Wind power is need to reliably linked technology in order to efficient power generation. In this paper, distributed power generation forecasts to enhance the predicted and actual power generation in order to minimize the difference between the power of distributed power short-term prediction model is designed. The proposed model for prediction of short-term combining the physical models and statistical models were produced in a physical model of the predicted value predicted by the lattice points within the branch prediction to extract the value of a physical model by applying the estimated value of a statistical model for estimating power generation final gas phase produces a predicted value. Also, the proposed model in real-time National Weather Service forecast for medium-term and real-time observations used as input data to perform the short-term prediction models.

With rapid development and contribution of IT technology IT fushion healthcare service which is a form of future care has been changed a lot. Specially, as IT technology unites with healthcare, because delicate personal medical information is exposed and user's privacy is invaded, we need preperation. In this paper, u-healthcare service model which can manage patient's ID information as user's condition and access level is proposed to protect user's privacy. The proposed model is distinguished by identification, certification of hospital, access control of medical record, and diagnosis of patient to utilize it efficiently in real life. Also, it prevents leak of medical record and invasion of privacy by others by adapting user's ID as divided by user's security level and authority to protect privacy on user's information shared by hospitals.

This paper is an attempt to look up the life of Guanyu who was a sainted warrior of Shu Han(蜀漢) and later, was revered as God, especially focusing on the Political perspective of Chinese Dynasty. People represented Guanyu as the general during the Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties(魏晉南北朝), however, throughout the Su-Dang Dynasty(隋唐), Guanyu was Honored in the Wuchengwangmiao(武成王廟) then, was promoted from Hou(侯) to Gong(公), Gong(公) to King(王) in the Song-Yuan Dynasty(宋元). In the Ming-Qing Dynasty(明 淸) when the deification of Guanyu was proceeded most positively, he became a Di(帝) over a King and was endowed with the power over the Three Worlds(三界). He had an influence on nobility as well as the people in Folkbelief over Moral Spirits, and consequently rose through the ranks to become the spiritual guardian. The rulers gave him various names(封號) celebrating the life and work of Guanyu, In fact, they showed interests in the Belief of Guanyu as they attempted to establish an ideological base for the solution of the national disaster and maintenance of feudal system which came to the fore along with the reinforcement for emperor's power.
