A Search on building process of Trust in voluntary association in the community - A Subject of Expanding of Social Welfare Services - (지역사회 자발적 결사체의 신뢰형성 탐색 - 사회복지서비스 확대 시대의 과제 -)

  • The Purpose of this study is to get basic material about voluntary association in local community and its utilization. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, it was considered that trust of social capital plays a leading part in voluntary association to maintain or strengthen its role and activities. For this reason we attempt to find the process of trust building in voluntary association. The revised ground theory that is complementary weaknesses of ground theory is used in this study and in 11months, four times researches have investigated. As a result, it was analyzed that the structure of building trust can be categorized into three structure, building up relationship, dynamic interaction and structural stabilization in voluntary association. In the space that is structured spatially and temporal, role, activity, accomplishment, attitude, conflict and environment acted as basic attributes. These attributes can be found in every building process of trust and influence on continuance and growth of voluntary association. The fact that this study offers in-depth understanding of voluntary association and empirical directivity regarding the community welfare services is of great significant.

구리 기반의 배선에서의 그래핀 활용 연구

  • 실리콘 반도체의 Ultra large scale integration (ULSI) 기술 및 소자의 나노스케일화에 따라 배선 금속 물질로 사용하던 알루미늄 보다 낮은 비저항을 가지면서 금속의 전자이동효과에 잘 견딜 수 있는 차세대 배선 물질로서 구리가 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 하지만 구리의 경우, 높은 확산성을 가지기 때문에 열처리 과정에서 구리 실리사이드가 형성되는 등 소자의 신뢰성 및 성능을 감소시키므로, 이를 방지하기 위한 확산 방지막이 필요하다. IC의 배선에서 사용되는 기존의 확산 방지막은 Ta, TaN, TiN, TiW, TaSiN 등으로, 대부분 금속으로 이루어져 있기 때문에 증착 장비를 이용하여 두께를 조절하는 기술, 박막의 질을 최적화 하는 과정이 필요하며, 증착 과정 중에서 불순물이 함께 증착되거나 실리사이드가 형성되는 등의 단점을 가진다. 구리 기반의 배선 물질에서 문제될 수 있는 또 한가지의 이슈는 소자의 나노스케일화에 따른 배선 선폭의 감소로 인하여 확산 방지막 두께 또한 감소되어야 하는 것으로서, 확산 방지막의 두께가 감소함에 따른 방지막의 균일성 감소, 연속성 등이 큰 문제로 작용할 수 있어 이를 해결하기 위한 새로운 기술 또는 새로운 확산 방지막 물질의 개발이 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 구리/실리콘 구조에서 금속의 실리콘 박막 내로의 확산 및 실리사이드 형성을 방지하기 위하여 그래핀을 확산 보호막으로서 사용하였다. 그래핀은 화학기상증착법을 이용하여 한 겹에서 수 겹으로 성장되었으며, PMMA 물질을 이용하여 실리콘 기판에 전사되었다. 구리/그래핀/실리콘 구조의 샘플을 500 ~ 800도의 온도 범위에서 열처리 하였고, 구리 실리사이드 형성 여부를 XRD로 분석하였다. 또한 TEM 분석을 통해 구리 실리사이드의 형성 모양을 관측하였다.

  • As a new alternative to cash and credit-cards, mobile payment has been attracting world's attention. Although fin-tech, a mobile payment system provider, has been a rising issue, mobile payment systems is not yet widely used domestically. Because trust is the most important element in revitalizing the mobile payment system, we hoped to develop a hierarchical trust model to analyze the multi-dimensional trust factor. In this study, surveys were conducted to identify the components that affect the overall trust of a mobile payment system. It has been concluded that cognitive trust, affective trust, trust in system quality affect the overall trust of the system, and this trust affects the continuance intention of users.

  • Intellectual property (IF) is essential to standards development although countervailing interests among stakeholders can sometimes undermine trust and inhibit progress. A consequence of slow or non-existent standards development is the loss of potential markets that can emerge only with an internationally recognized standard. Standards developing organizations (SDOs) can enable new markets by ensuring fairness and trust in their venues. The IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA) is an SDO that has defined specific steps to facilitate this outcome by means of its internationally recognized patent policy. This paper will describe the underlying principles that guided the creation of IEEE-SA' s policy; highlight five of the major elements of the policy; and suggest a process for integrating IF into standards so that IF stakeholders, in conjunction with standards developers, might agree to meet certain expectations in order for the standards-making process is to be successful and encourage market development.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of mobile payment service quality(system quality, service quality) on the formation of trust(cognitive trust, affective trust) and the effect of trust on satisfaction. In addition, we examined gender differences in the process of trust affecting satisfaction. The 188 sets of data collected, those were tested against the model using PLS. The results showed that system quality affected cognitive trust, service quality affected cognitive trust and affective trust, and both cognitive trust and emotional trust had an effect on satisfaction. In addition, the influence of cognitive trust on satisfaction was stronger for males, and affective trust had more influence on satisfaction for females.

  • Interpersonal trust is the mutual "faithfulness" on which all social relationship ultimately depend and applicable to the relations among people rather than to their psychological states taken individually. Recent development in the organizational sciences reflect the importance of interpersonal trust relationships for sustaining individual and organizational effectiveness, researchers have recongnized trust's influence on coordination and control at both institutional and interpersonal levels of organization. Because economic action is embeded within networks of social relationships. researchers have argued that efficiency within complex systems of coordinated action is only possible when interdependent actors work together effectively. Thus, for managers and professionals in organizations, developing and maintaining trust relationship is especially import.   • 일반적으로 거버넌스는 사회가 스스로를 이끌어나가는 과정을 의미하며, 전자거버넌스시스템(electronic governance system)은 이러한 거버넌스 지원을 위한 차세대 전자정부시스템을 의미한다. 전자거버넌스시스템은 주로 정부기관의 기능 강화에 초점을 두고 있는 전자정부시스템과 달리 능동적인 시민참여에 중점을 두고 있으므로 이에 부수되는 정보공유, 보안, 프라이버시, 구성원 사이의 상호 신뢰형성 등의 문제를 해결하여야 한다. 현재 거버넌스 관점에서 행정에 대한 시민참여가 활발하게 논의되고 거버넌스에 대한 이론 및 실증적 연구는 활발히 연구되고 있으나, 전자거버넌스시스템의 개발에 대한 연구는 매우 미약한 실정이다. USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)은 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 중요한 한 축으로써 많은 응용 잠재성을 내포하고 있으며, IT839 전략에 따라 국내 USN 인프라스트럭쳐에 대한 활발한 연구${\cdot}$개발 및 시험사업이 진헹되고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 USN 인프라스트럭쳐를 활용하여 구성원 사이의 신뢰형성을 도울 수 있는 전자거버넌스시스템의 구조에 대하여 논한다.

User Response to Mobile Payment System: Emotional, Cognitive, and Behavioral Approaches (모바일 간편결제시스템 사용의 감성적, 인지적, 행동적 반응 과정 연구)

  • In this study, the emotional reaction process and the cognitive reaction process were divided into the process of building trust in order to form a continuous use intention in the process of using the mobile simple payment system. We examined the process by which various external factors generate continuous use intentions, that is, behavioral responses through the process of each reaction. External factors were divided into social factors, systemic factors, and social factors. Among them, system factors were social norms and images, and systemic factors were simplicity and accessibility. And the social factors consisted of security and compatibility. And the emotional response was set as pleasure and emotional trust, the cognitive response was cognitive trust, and the final dependent variable was set as continuous use intention. A survey was conducted for model analysis, and the analysis results were derived using PLS.

  • 최근 반도체 산업의 발전과 동시에 소자의 집적화에 따른 단채널 효과가 문제되고 있다. 채널 영역에 대한 게이트 영역의 제어능력이 떨어지면서 누설전류의 증가, 문턱전압의 변화가 발생하며, 이를 개선하기 위해 이중게이트 혹은 다중게이트 구조의 트랜지스터가 제안되었다. 하지만 채널길이가 수십나노미터 영역으로 줄어듦에 따라 소스/드레인과 채널간의 접합형성이 어렵고, 고온에서 열처리 과정을 거칠 경우 채널의 유효길이를 제어하기 힘들어진다. 최근에 제안된 Junctionless 트랜지스터의 경우, 소스/드레인과 채널간의 접합이 없기 때문에 접합형성 시 발생하는 공정상의 문제뿐만 아니라 누설전류영역을 개선하며, 기존의 CMOS 공정과 호환되는 이점이 있다. 한편, 집적화되는 반도체 기술에 따라, 동작 시 발생하는 스트레스가 소자의 신뢰성에 중요한 요인으로 작용하게 되며, 현재 Junctionless 트랜지스터의 신뢰성 특성에 관한 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 Junctionless 트랜지스터의 NBTI 특성과 hot carrier effect에 의한 신뢰성 특성을 분석하였다. Junctionless 트랜지스터의 경우, 축적모드로 동작하기 때문에 스트레스에 의해 유기되는 캐리어의 에너지가 낮다. 그 결과, 반전모드로 동작하는 Junction type의 트랜지스터에 비해 스트레스에 의한 subthreshold swing 기울기의 열화와 문턱전압의 이동이 감소하였다. 또한 소스/드레인과 채널간의 접합이 없기 때문에 hot carrier effect에 의한 게이트 절연막 및 계면에서의 열화가 개선되었다.

  • This study introduced trust dimension as a mediating variable and analyzed in order to investigate the empirical mechanism on the process of leader's emotional intelligence which is a emotional factor to produce organizational effectiveness. Based on the empirical analysis, first of all, this study found whether the team leader's emotional intelligence gives an influence on the subordinate's trust in leader. Secondly, this study examined the multidimensionality of trust by selecting subordinate's cognition-based trust and affect-based trust on the team leader as mediating variables between team leaders's emotional intelligence and subordinate's affective commitment, organizational citizenship behavior. I found the theoretical implications based on this study; first, from the view on cognition-based and emotion-based trust, the integrated verification of the process of the trust in leader as a mediating role, second, verification of the relationship between leader's emotional intelligence and trust in leader which was not studied before, third, the methodological try to prevent from the common method bias problem through the evaluation of a team leader on a subordinate's organizational citizenship behavior. This study also suggested the ways to apply those theoretical implications to human resource management.
