Role of Management and Protection Motivation's influence on the Intention of Compliance with Information Security Policies: Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (경영진 역할과 보호동기 요인이 정보보안정책 준수 의지에 미치는 영향: 계획행동이론을 기반으로)

  • This study examines antecedents of the intention of compliance with information security policies based on Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior. The study conducted the following: Verification of casual relations between role of management and protection motivation and the antecedents of planned behavior as parameters to determine the effect on the intention of compliance with information security policy, and comparative analysis between the research model and a competition model. The result of the study disclosed that, in the research model, attitude and subjective norm took an intermediary role on management beliefs, response efficacy, response cost, self-efficacy, and compliance intention, and perceived behavior control on management beliefs, self-efficacy and compliance intention.

  • 구조물 주변의 국부세굴에 대한 예측은 현장관측 및 수리실험 결과를 이용한 다양한 경험식과 수리모형 실험, 수치 모의 등을 통하여 이루어진다. 본 연구에서는 최근 국내에서 많이 사용되고 있는 3차원 수치모형인 FLOW-3D의 세굴분석 능력 검토를 제고하기 위하여 민감도 분석을 실시하였다. FLOW 3D의 입력 매개변수는 평균입경(Average particle diameter), 유사 비중(Density of the sediment particle), 한계 무차원 소류력(Critical Shields number), 세굴 조절개수(Scour erosion adjustment), 한계 유사비(Critical sediment fraction), 점착성 유사비(Cohesive sediment fraction), 유사 항력(sediment drag force), 안식각(Angle of repose)이 있다. 이 중에서 평균입경, 안식각, 세굴조절개수, 한계 유사 fraction 등의 매개변수에 대해 초기값을 중심으로 일정 비율로 구분하여 민감도 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 매개변수의 민감도 분석 결과는 수리실험 결과치와 비교 검토 후에 민감도의 변화 범위와 선행하여 조정할 수 있는 매개변수를 제시할 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 수공구조물 주변의 국부 세굴에 관한 해석시 FLOW-3D를 이용한 분석에서 보다 신뢰도 높은 결과 산출이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 최근 수문기상학 분야에서 레이더 강수량을 활용한 응용연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만 레이더 강수량은 경험적으로 설정된 레이더 반사도-강우강도 관계식을 활용하여 레이더 강수량을 산정하기 때문에 실제지상에 도달하는 강수량과 정량적인 오차가 필연적으로 발생한다. 따라서 고해상도의 레이더 강수량을 활용한 신뢰도 높은 수문해석을 위하여 레이더 강수량의 편의보정이 필수적으로 선행되어야한다. 본 연구에서는 불확실성을 고려한 레이더 강수량 편의보정을 위하여 Bayesian 추론기법과 일반화 선형모형(generalized linear model)을 연계하여 레이더 강수량 편의보정 매개변수를 산정하였다. 일반화 선형모형을 적용한 레이더 강수량 편의보정 결과는 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 평균보정(mean field bias) 기법에 비하여 통계지표가 개선된 레이더 강수량 편의보정 결과를 도출하였다. 추가적으로 지형학적 특성에 따른 레이더 강수량 편의보정 매개변수의 변동성을 분석하여 고도 및 이격거리에 따른 편의보정 매개변수의 지역화 공식을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 레이더 강수량 편의보정 매개변수 산정 및 지역화 연구는 레이더 관측전략 수립과정에 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

딥러닝을 활용한 선박가치평가 모델 개발

  • 본 연구의 목적은 딥러닝 기법의 하나인 인공신경망 모델을 활용하여 선박의 가치평가 모델을 개발하는 것이다. 선박의 가치는 해운시장 변화와 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 경기 변동성이 크고 시장 민감성이 높은 해운시장의 특성상 가치의 불확실성 역시 높게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 선박가치의 중요성에도 불구하고 국내외적으로 선박가치평가의 체계 개선 및 평가모델의 객관성과 신뢰성을 제고시키기 위한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 딥러닝 방법을 통해 선박의 가치를 산출하는 새로운 평가모델을 제시하고자 한다. 가치평가의 대상은 중고 VLCC선이며, 선행연구를 통해 선박의 가치 변화를 유발하는 주요 요인들을 선별하여 변수를 설정하고 2010년 1월부터 현재까지의 해당 데이터를 확보하였다. 교차검증을 통해 파라미터들을 추정하여 인공신경망의 최적 구조를 식별하고 이에 대한 객관성과 신뢰성을 검증한 결과 인공신경망 모델의 가치평가 정확성이 우수함을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 선박가치평가의 전통적 방법론에서 탈피하여 기계학습 기반의 딥러닝 모델을 활용한 측면에서 독창적인 의미가 있다.

A Study of the Effect of Organizational Interpersonal Supervisory Trust on Organizational Commitment (조직내 대인간 상사신뢰가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • Organizational interpersonal supervisory trust, organizational justice(distributive and procedural justice) and job satisfaction have been lately more spotlighted as generally concluded by many previous studies. The purpose of this study is to find out possible effects of these three factors upon organizational commitment. The results of this study can be outlined as follows: First, it was found that organizational trust, a preceding variable, had significant positive effects on distributive and procedural justice, as well as on organizational commitment as a dependent variable. Second, it was found that two independent variables, i.e. distributive and procedural justice had significant positive effects upon job satisfaction, and procedural justice had significant positive effects on organizational commitment as a dependent variable, but distributive fairness had no significant effects on organizational commitment. Third, it was found that job satisfaction, an independent variable, had significant positive effects on organizational commitment. Fourth, it was found that organizational trust had significant positive secondhand associations with organizational commitment by way of distributive and procedural justice and job satisfaction, and also had overall significant positive effects on organizational commitment. Thus, it is concluded that the higher organizational trust is an index of higher organizational commitment. Fifth, it was found that distributive justice had just significant secondhand effects on organizational commitment by way of job satisfaction, but it had no significant effects overall upon organizational commitment, since such secondhand effects were considerably set off due to negative firsthand effects of distributive justice upon organizational commitment. But procedural justice and job satisfaction had significant firsthand and overall effects on organizational commitment, so it is concluded that the higher procedural justice and the higher job satisfaction are good indices of the higher organizational commitment. Hence, it is concluded that organizational supervisory trust has positive effects on distributive and procedural justice and organizational commitment; distributive justice has positive effects on job satisfaction; procedural justice has positive effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment; and job satisfaction has positive effects on organizational commitment, so these empirical findings hereof are consistent with general results of previous studies.

  • A virtual team is defined a group of people that use electronic communications for some or all of their interactions with other team members. Because team members of a virtual team are physically and temporally distributed, a team's transactive memory system(TMS) is considered to be crucial for the team's effectiveness and performance. TMS refers to a set of individual memory systems which integrate knowledge possessed by particular members through a shared awareness of who knows what. This paper seeks to understand (1) how a virtual team's TMS influences team performance, and (2) what factors contribute to developing the team's TMS. Given these purposes, through the extensive literature review, we first identified components and antecedents to develop a theoretical model that predicts a virtual team's performance. Using the survey data gathered from 172 virtual teams, this study found that expertise location, coordination, and cognition-based trust which were proposed as three components of TMS positively influenced a virtual team's performance. Furthermore, this study uncovered that perceived media richness, network tie strength, and shared norms significantly influenced the components of TMS, while geographical dispersion did not exert any significant influence on TMS.

The Performance Formation Model of Service Quality Factors for Courier Service (택배산업의 서비스품질 성과형성 모델)

  • The popularity of courier services in Korea has made it an essential part of the country's domestic logistics industry, bolstering the growth not only of the national economy, but also the quality of people's daily lives. An effective strategy for courier companies in Korea would be to provide high-quality services to their existing target markets with the goal of maximizing customer loyalty. This study investigates structural relationships between customer loyalty and service quality as a set of factors and between customer trust and customer satisfaction. These antecedent relationships will be used to understand the "performance formation model" through service quality. In this study, service quality, as a set of factors, is considered to be the independent variable, while customer satisfaction and customer trust are both treated as intervening variables. Finally, customer loyalty is the dependent variable. Following a review of the literature, this paper's proffered hypothesis will be investigated in terms of whether the independent and intervening variables significantly affect customer loyalty. A statistical analysis of the empirical research was carried out using both SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 The results of this study's empirical analysis show three conclusions. First, among the intervening variables (customer satisfaction and customer trust), customer satisfaction is significantly correlated with customer loyalty. Customer trust, however, was shown to have little or no relationship to customer loyalty. Second, the quality of service variable seems to influence customer satisfaction, customer trust, and customer loyalty. Third, with respect to the relationship of intervening variables, customer trust affects customer satisfaction. Thus, the companies that have a competitive advantage in Korea have successfully maximized customer loyalty for their existing customers. Courier companies will need to research and study customer needs. Therefore, this research suggests that effective courier service management can be better understood through the application of the service quality performance formation model, which can enhance the quality of service provided by domestic courier services. This research is limited to investigating qualitative variables, such as the service quality factors, customer satisfaction, and customer trust. It would be helpful for future research on courier services to consider quantitative variables, such as price and weight.

  • The study examined the relationship between servant leadership and organizational commitment and tested the mediating role of the organizational trust between the two variables. Measurement of servant leadership used intactly 23 items of a preceding research. Empirical analysis result can be summarized as follows. Firstly. the servant leadership has positive influence on organizational trust. Secondly. servant leadership has significant influence on affective commitment and normative commitment, but could not reach the significance level for continuance commitment. Lastly, this study was proved there was an partial mediating effect of organizational trust, between the servant leadership and affective commitment, normative commitment, but could not reach the significance level for continuance commitment. And if the organizational trust is higher, the extent of the servant leadership's influence on organizational commitment would be higher.

  • In order to improve the quality of consumption in senior generation, it is necessary to build trust in the digital consumption environment. However, there are limitations from previous researches on consumption in the digital environment that has mainly focused on Millennial and Z generations. Therefore, this study aims to examine the antecedents of digital consumption trust and to explore the market segments of senior generation created by the dynamics of these antecedents. In addition, in order to provide practical implications, we investigate the difference in the level of perceived digital consumption trust using segmentation. This study, therefore, used 2021 Korea's consumer life index data conducted by the Korea Consumer Agency for general consumers, and only consumer data of 60s and older are extracted for the analysis. As a result, we confirm from the main results that the three antecedents, consumer competency, perceived corporate responsibility, and local community's problem-solving environment, are significant in building the digital consumption trust in the senior generation. It is academically significant in this aspect to look at approaches to improve senior customers' trust in digital consumption circumstances by dividing generations because generations exhibit varying levels of understanding of online consumption or digital consumption conditions. A Study on the Influence of Affct Based Trust and Cognition Based Trust on Word-of-Mouth Behaviors -Focusing on Friendship Network and Advice Network- (정서기반신뢰와 인지기반신뢰가 구전행동에 미치는 영향 연구 -친교네트워크와 조언네트워크를 중심으로-)

  • As developed IT, Word-of-Mouth(WOM) used varied terms as buzz marketing and viral marketing, and impressed that importance. Despite introduced new marketing tool on managers and professionals, online word-of-mouth including SNS lack of study on social network what based viral in marketing. In social network, patterns of relationship between individuals influence each other individual behaviors. Therefore this research grouped friendship-network and advice-network by characteristics, studied on trust of information source that antecedents of word-of-mouth in network. This study examined that affect- and cognition based trust affect WOM acceptance as WOM behaviors and examined effect of type of product as moderating variable. Additional this literature studied that WOM acceptance affect WOM recommend. To find the Influence of Trust on Word-of-Mouth Behaviors, a survey has done 206 samples(undergraduate students). The results of this study are as following : First, type of trust different friendship network and advice network. Affect-based trust is outstanding in friendship network than in advice network, while cognition-based trust stands out in advice network than another. Second, affect- and cognition based trust positive affect WOM acceptance. Contrary to expectations, what is preconceived trust in network have a similar effect for WOM acceptance regardless of type of trust. Third, WOM acceptance positive affect WOM recommend. Fourth, affect based trust affect WOM acceptance of hedonic product rather than utilitarian product. Upon especially in friendship network terms, affect-based trust has a more effect on WOM acceptance than cognition-based trust. This study has many implications. First, it is important that trust what have an influence WOM acceptance grouped affect- and cognition based trust. Second, it confirmed that trust is antecedents of positive WOM. Third, it is important that network grouped friendship network and advice-network by trust. Fourth, it gave managerial implications that they have to supply WOM through which network by type of product. We This study classified network and trust based on previous study. Then it examined relations between WOM behaviors. Further research could do enrich various things for example various age group, valence of message, quality of information.
