Construction for Safe Transaction System using Blockchain Technology(Case:Used Car) (블록체인 기술을 이용한 안전 거래 시스템 구축(사례:중고자동차))

  • Online e-commerce management systems are gradually increasing, and transactions are made in various items. However, the reliability between sellers and buyers is very important in high-priced transactions such as automobiles when used transactions online. Nevertheless, in the existing used trading system, a device that prevents fraud or trusts the seller is insufficient. This paper developed a blockchain-based used transaction management system to improve the reliability that occurs during used transactions. We have improved the safety trading system by developing a trading management system for used cars with the highest amount of used cars in various fields. This system uses Ethereum-based smart contract to guarantee reliability without third party intervention. By designing the contracts required for used car trading by utilizing smart contracts, it was possible to reduce the effort and time of trading participants in the existing used car transactions, while enabling safe transactions. In addition, this system mitigated information asymmetry between buyers and sellers, and reduced and prevented brokerage fees in the distribution process without third parties.

  • Recently, as the weight of software in the weapon system increases, the quality of the software becomes a very important factor. In order to improve the quality of the weapon system software, DAPA(Defense Acquisition Program Administration) has institutionalized software reliability in Weapon System Software Development and Management Manual. The manual presents specific methods and procedures to improve the weapon system software quality. In order to meet the required reliability test standards specified in the manual, it is necessary to continuously detect and correct defects throughout the entire development period. However, it is difficult to build proper reliability test environment due to the cost of software reliability tools, setting up secured and separated network environment, and etc. Therefore, in this study, we propose an efficient environment construction method for software reliability test of defense industry field in restricted development environment and limited resources.

  • Optimum performance and reliable operation of wind turbines and/or wind farms are crucial parameters for stakeholders such as OEMs, operators, owners and investors. The efficiency and life time of wind power heavily depends on operation and maintenance efforts. Every manufacturer or owner wants to have wind turbines with high reliability, which can be defined as the probability that a wind turbine will perform its designed function for a certain period of time under stated conditions. In this regard, IEC WG26 is now developing a technical specification defining information categories from which reliability metrics can be identified and reported.

  • This paper proposes various measures of reliability, maintainability and availability in information technology service management(ISTM). Global ITSM standards such as ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) and ISO/IEC 20000 are introduced. Especially availability management of De-facto and De-juire standards is concerned with users and customers of IT service. The study presents seven reliability measures, six maintainability measures and two availability measures. These results can be effectively used with a appropriate IT availability management tools such as CFIA(Component Failure Impact Analysis) and SOA(Service Outage Analysis), etc.

Stochastic Reliability Analysis of Armor Units of Rubble-Mound Breakwaters Subject to Multiple Loads (다중하중에 따른 경사제 피복재의 추계학적 신뢰성 해석)

  • A stochastic reliability analysis model has been developed for evaluating the time-dependent stability performance of armor units of rubble-mound breakwaters subjected to the multiple loads of arbitrary magnitudes which could be occurred randomly. The initial structural capacities and the damage rates of armor units of rubble-mound breakwaters could be estimated as a function of the incident wave height with a given return period by using the modified Hudson's formula and Melby's formula. The structural stability performances of armor units of rubble-mound breakwaters could be analyzed in detail through the lifetime reliability investigations according to the limit states such as the serviceability or ultimate limit state and the conditions of multiple loads. Finally, repair intervals for the structural management of armor units of rubble-mound breakwaters could quantitatively be evaluated by a new approach suggested in this paper that has been based on the target probability for repair and the accumulated probabilities of failure obtained from the present stochastic reliability analysis model.

  • This study presents the method for integrating the software assets acquired before the weapon system software reliability test was not formed in the weapon system software development and management manual through JTDLS Batch II case. This paper describes the problems for applying manual's direction to JTDLS Batch II project, and decisions and expected effects.

  • In Processing many operations based on distributed environment, it is very important to support the reliability of resources. Providers of resources generally adapt the structure of server-replication to support the reliability of services. Tn server side, it maintains replicas. duplicated server objects. In the structure of this replication, service of stable replica is very important. Therefore the structure to diagnosis the fault of such replica is required. In this Paper, we suggested an effective PUSH fault management algorithm based on PUSH monitoring style of CORBAto overcome weak points of the PULL monitoring style of the replication management system in the distributed object system. Outcomes of the suggested PUSH fault monitoring style were better than other system. We confirmed valuable result in the workloads and timeout-rates.

  • B2C, B2B와 같은 인터넷 상거래뿐만 아니라, 전자정부를 통한 G2C 등에서 보는 바와 같이, 공공 및 민간 IX(Internet exchange)를 통한 인터넷 상호연동 인프라는 명실상부한 사회 신경망으로 기능한다. 따라서 전통적인 사회간접자본인 도로, 항만, 전력 등에서와 마찬가지로, 그 구축 및 운영에서의 안정성과 신뢰성에 대한 요구가 점차 강화되고 있다 본 연구는 인터넷 상호연동망의 안정성과 신뢰성을 제고하기 위한 방안을 위험관리 관점에서 제안한다. 먼저, 인터넷 상호연동의 강건성(robustness)을 높이기 위한 방어기제와 더불어 상호연동 대안들을 개발한다. 이들 대안은 장애시에 작동하는 별도의 상호연동 비상망을 운영하는 방재형과, 지역적으로 분산된 상호연동 허브(IX)를 운영하여 장애에 따른 피해 확산을 방지하는 분산 허브형으로 구분된다. 본 논문에서는 또한 대안들의 위험효율성(risk efficiency)을 체계적으로 비교/평가하기 위하여 경영공학 방법론에 의한 위험평가 프레임워크를 개발하고, 이를 투자수준이 상이한 여러 대안들에 적용한다. 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 통한 ROI(Risk On Investment) 분석 결과, 방재형 대안이 비용 대비 위험효율성 측면에서 최선의 후보로 평가되었다.

  • This paper concerns an expert system for reliability management. The system includes data base, life data analysis, life testing sampling plans and system operation. PROLOG is used as a language with dBASE III+ for the data base management system and C for calculations and graphics. This system analyzing the data and selecting an appropriate sampling plan can be implemented on an IBM PC 386 or a higher level machine.

  • Since the flight control computer of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is a flight critical equipment, it is necessary to ensure reliability and safety from the development step, and a redundancy-based fault management design is required in order to operate normally even a failure occurs. To reduce cost, weight and power consumption, the dual-redundant flight control system design is considered in UAV. However, there are various restrictions on the fault management design. In this paper, we propose the fault detection and isolation designs for the dual-redundant flight control computer to satisfy the safety requirements of an UAV. In addition, the flight control computer developed by applying the fault management design performed functional tests in the integrated test environment, and after performing FMET in the HILS, its reliability was verified through flight tests.
