There are a lot of different data in a company. Some of the data can be modified to produce valuable information on reliability. In this study different types of data that can be obtained in a company are reviewed. Reliability related data that can be taken throughout the life cycle of a product are also reviewed. Developing a method of gathering all of the pertinent data from the various sources and databases and pulling them into one central location is explained.

This paper modelled the fail-safe control logic through the frequency coding input and designed the 3-out of-6 self checker using the error detect coding method of information redundancy. In addition, this paper also peformed the reliability parallel numeric analysis regarding single module between fail-safe. control logic module and TMR(Triple Modular Redundancy), therefore, we achieved the result that the fail-safe control logic increases a functional reliability because of decreasing system waste cost and functional overhead rather than the existing hardware redundancy method.

Purpose: This paper will focus on the reliability technological innovation following the emergence of industry 4.0 featured by convergence, connection and complexity. In the course of the process, the concept and application of 3R (Robustness, Redundancy, Resilience) are considered along with reliability in industry 4.0. Methods: Reliability paradigm-changes are presented to meet the purpose of keeping the desired function in Industry 4.0. And the introduction of resilience, a concept compromising reliability is to be suggested. Results: The necessity of the 3R (Robustness, Redundancy, Resilience) introduction is emphasized according to reliability paradigm-changes. Conclusion: Reliability, robustness, redundancy and resilience are not mutually exclusive. Ultimately, acquiring the resilience requires robustness, redundancy and fittable maintenance procedures.

Social capital contains relational, structural and cognitive dimensions. This study regards social capital as diminishing factor in innovation resistance. Trust, structuring individual tie and vision sharing which are representatives of three dimensions of social capital diminish innovation resistance. So innovation becomes more successful.
