Purposes of this paper are focused on researching that employees in small and medium-sized construction company embraced green growth policy by Korean government's strong will and they have try to improve it to take advantage of strengths. Specifically, the purpose of this study includes: Firstly, to examine the effects of employee's cognition of green growth policy and their organizational commitment. Secondly, to examine the mediating and moderating effect of the policy trust and company trust between employee's cognition of green growth policy and organizational commitment. In addition, th examine the facilitating effect of employee's self-efficacy between company trust and organizational commitment. In order to verify the relationship, moderating and mediating effects, data were collected from 168 individuals in 19 small and medium sized company to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. Findings are as followed: first, the relationship between the cognition of green growth policy and organizational commitment is positively related. Second, the employee's company trust played as a partial mediator and moderator on the relationship between cognition of green growth policy and organizational commitment. Finally, employee's self-efficacy also played as a partial mediator on the relationship between company trust and organizational commitment. This study contributes to deepen our understanding of employee's organizational commitment by suggesting an alternative theoretical model regarding how the cognition of green growth policy and organizational commitment work to relate employee's company trust, and how the company trust and organizational commitment work to facilitate employee's self-efficacy. These results reveal that the study contributed to combining variables of employee's cognition of green growth policy, company trust, self-efficacy and organizational commitment, and expanded it.

The hyper-geometric distribution software reliability growth model (HGDM) was recently developed and successfully applied to real data sets. The HGDM considers the sensitivity factor as a parameter to be estimated. In order to reflect the random behavior of the test-and-debug process, this paper generalizes the HGDM by assuming that the sensitivity factor is a binomial random variable. Such a generalization enables us to easily understand the statistical characteristics of the HGDM. It is shown that the least squares method produces the identical results for both the HGDM and the generalized HGDM. Methods for computing the maximum likelihood estimates and predicting the future outcomes are also presented.

Failure of essential avionic equipments have a significant impact on the operations and safety of P-3 maritime patrol aircraft. Therefore, avionic equipments of P-3 are required to have higher reliability. Based on the field failure data, this paper studies the reliability growth of essential avionic equipments in P-3 using Duane model. Additionally, a simulation model is built and implemented for identifying the operational availability according to the field failure data of avionic equipments.

소프트웨어 개발과정에서는 설계 및 코딩에 의해서 프로그램 내에 많은 결함이 삽입되고 시험을 거치는 동안 결함은 발견되고 수정되어 진다. 이와 같은 반복 작업을 통해서 소프트웨어 내에 잠재하고 있는 에러들을 발견, 조치함으로써 소프트웨어 품질은 향상되고 품질에 대한 신뢰성이 높아진다. 본 논문에서는 위와 같은 소프트웨어 개발 과정을 거치는 동안에 많은 시험이 동반되고 이에 따른 시험의 여러 자원이 투입되는데 착안하여 소프트웨어 신뢰도가 성장되어 가는 과정에 수반된 시험능력을 기반으로 한 시험능력의존형 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장모델을 살펴보고 이를 적용하여 개발중인 소프트웨어에 대한 시험능력 투입에 따른 신뢰도를 평가하였다. 또 S-Shaped Model에 의한 평가치와 비교하여 시험이 진행됨에 따라 소프트웨어 고장 발견율이 상승되는 것을 보였다.

소프트웨어 개발 후 인도 전 테스트 단계중에 발생되는 테스트 노력 소요량을 고려한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모델을 제시하여 테스트 노력소요량 동태를 시간함수인 로지스틱 곡선으로 설명한다. 테스트 단계중에 소요되는 테스트노력의 양에 대한 결함 검출비를 현재의 결함 내용에 비례하는 것으로 가정하여 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모델을 비동차 포아송 프로세스(NHPP)로 공식화하되, 이 모델을 이용하여 소프트웨어 신뢰도 척도에 대한 데이터 분석기법을 개발한다. 모든 소프트웨어 개발 환경에서 지금까지 제시된 여러 곡선중 하나에 의해서 테스트노력 소요 고선을 표현하는 것은 적절하지 못하다는 것이 밝혀지고 있다. 그러므로, 본 논문에서는 로지스틱 테스트노력 곡선이 소프트웨어의 개발/테스트 노력곡선으로 적절하게 표현될 수 있다는 것과 실제 데이터를 근거로 하여 적용하여서 예측성이 매우 좋은 능력을 가지고 있다는 것을 보이고자 한다.

소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모델을 비동차 포아송 프로세스(NHPP)로 공식화하고, 이 모델을 이용하여 소프트웨어 신뢰도 척도에 대한 데이터 분석기법을 개발한다. 그간 여러 문헌에서 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모델을 연구할 때 소프트웨어 테스트 중에 소요되는 테스트노력의 양으로서 지수함수형, 레일레이형, 웨이불형, 로지스틱형 테스트노적함수를 고려하여, 경우에 따라 이 중 하나의 적합한 형태를 사용해 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이 네 가지 형태에 대해서 최소자승평가자(LSE)와 최대가능성평가자(MLE)를 써서 파라미터를 구하는 방법을 검토한다.

This study focuses on the relationship structure of SMEs with outsourcing based on buyer-supplier relationships and aims to test the role of trust management and mutual growth in the activities of SMEs. Trust management and mutual growth have a context in which the outsourcing type is determined through the company's slack resources, partnership relations, and buyer-supplier relationship. In this context, research hypotheses were set up, research model was designed and an empirical analysis was conducted by using structural equation modeling. For the empirical analysis, hypotheses were tested using data obtained from questionnaires of 206 SMEs nationwide. As a result, trust management and mutual growth have a significant effect on outsourcing type and performance, and mediation effect of cooperation relationship and buyer-supplier relationship was in the process.

To investigate the reliability, validity of posttraumatic growth among Korean cancer caregiver, 295 participants were asked to complete a Korean posttraumatic growth inventory, translated from the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI; J Trauma Stress 1996; 9: 455.471), together with the Caregiver burden scale, life style interruption scale, economic burden scale and positive adaptation scale, social support scale and questions about religious and demographic factors. Cronbach's alpha was 0.95 for the K-PTGI, indicating sufficient internal consistencies. Construct and Criterion validity were also supported. K-PTGI appeared to be a sound measure for the experience of posttraumatic growth in cancer caregivers and this study result will be able to contribute to facilitate future research.

소프트웨어 품질 평가를 위해서 국제 표준 ISO/IEC 9126의 표준문건은 현재 ISO/IEC 25000 이란 이름으로 새롭게 제정되어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 품질 평가를 위한 국제 표준 문건의 신뢰성의 평가 방안에 대한 연구의 진행사항을 소개하고 신뢰성의 품질 평가를 위한 표준 제정 연구를 위한 기초 자료를 제시한다. 신뢰성 성장 모델을 소개하고 소프트웨어 신뢰성 성장 모델에 적용하여 평가할 수 있는 방안을 소개한다.
