  • Korea Space Launch Vehicle II (KSLV-II) planned to launch in 2021 is 3 stage rocket which can inject 1.5 ton satellite in low earth orbit. KSLV-II will adapt the newly developed liquid rocket engines for its propulsion system of each stage. For the evaluation of development level for rocket engine, integrated system test performed in appropriate facility is needed. In this study, test article and major parameters for certifying the propulsion system of KSLV-II were reviewed and optimum test cycle and test duration for satisfying system reliability requirement were illustrated.

  • In this paper, re proposed scheme that it safely exchange encrypted keys without Trust Third Party(TTP) and Pre-distributing keys in ubiquitous environments. Existing paper assume that exist a TTP or already pre-distributed encrypted keys between nodes. However, there methods are not sufficient for wireless environments without infrastructure. Some existing paper try to use the Diffie-Hellman algorithm for the problem, but it is vulnerable to Replay and Man-in-the middle attack from the malicious nodes. Therefore, Authentication problem between nodes is solved by modified the Diffie-Hellman algorithm using ${\mu}TESLA$. We propose safe, lightweight, and robust pair-wise agreement algorithm adding. One Time Password(OTP) using timestamp to modified the Diffie-Hellman in ubiquitous environments, and verify a safety about proposed algorithm.

  • In this paper, we propose a new blockchain technology that could comply with GDPR. The proposed model can prevent illegal access by controlling access to the personal information according to a access policy. For example, it can control access to the information on a role-basis and information validation period. The core mechanism of the proposed model is to encrypt the personal information with public key which is associated with users attributes policy, and then decrypt it with a private key and users attributes based on a Attribute-based Encryption scheme. It can reduce a trusted third-part risk by replacing it with a number of nodes selected from the blockchain. And also the private key is generated in the form of one-time token to improve key management efficiency. We proved the feasibility by simulating the proposed model using the chaincode of the Hyperledger Fabric and evaluate the security.

Impact of Gas Companies' ESG Activities on Employee Job Performance Through Organizational Pride or Organizational Trust (가스 기업의 ESG 활동이 조직 자부심 또는 조직 신뢰를 통하여 종업원의 직무성과에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • This study was conducted for the purpose of analyzing the impact of ESG activities of gas-related energy companies (organizations) striving for carbon neutrality on job performance through employees' organizational pride and organizational trust. The survey results of 345 gas-related public organizations and private companies were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0, and the research model and hypothesis were established and verified. As a result of the verification, ESG activities related to environmental (E) activities did not affect organizational pride and organizational trust, but social (S) activities and governance (G) activities were found to have a significant impact on organizational pride and organizational trust. In addition, organizational pride and organizational trust were found to have an effect on job performance. In particular, it was confirmed that the higher the organizational pride of ESG organization members, the higher the impact of organizational trust on job performance. The study seek to suggest a development direction relation to ESG activities of gas-related energy companies (organizations).
