This paper compares two accelerated life for Weibull distribution. One is the optimum constant stress accelerated life test which minimizes the asymptotic variance of maximum likelihood estimator of a specified quantile at design stress, and the other is corresponding simple step stress test. The models and optimum designs of constant stress and step stress tests are reviewed. Behaviors of asymptotic variances, effects of design parameters to optimum tests, and expected numbers of failures and expected test times of the two tests are investigated. The efficiency of step stress test relative to constant stress test is studied in terms of variance ratio, and robustness to preestimates of design parameters are investigated.

Although studies evaluating the effects of the blasting vibration on the adjacent structures from various angles have continued, cases of securing the safety of the adjacent buildings and researching the proper blasting method for the field condition by analyzing the vibration waveform of the measuring field while performing the open pit blasting are poor. Therefore, it is necessary to present a remedy for blasting pattern selection through test blasting that is appropriate for field conditions, and is economical and efficient. In this study, open pit blasting work was conducted based on the separation distance applied according to the standard blasting method by test blasting and the vibration regulation standard in the road expansion construction site to measure the blasting vibration value, and the vibration prediction equation by blasting methods was examined using a regression analysis computer program to calculate K, N, and R of the confidence level 95%. By setting the blasting allowed vibration standard of the test blasting target area to 0.3cm/sec, and the charring weight and blasting method by the separation distances according to the blasting vibration estimation equation of the open pit blasting guideline and the blasting vibration estimation equation of the test blasting were compared/analyzed, it was possible to identify the factors that increased the working expenses. In addition, the measurement and analysis of the adjacent structures during open pit blasting and the blasting vibration were performed after selecting the most adjacent structure to the open pit blasting spot to analyze the problems on the test blasting procedure and analysis method in the open pit blasting design/construction guidelines, which appeared in the process of completing open pit blasting construction, and a remedy is presented.

1990년대 중반 이후 다양하고 많은 지반조사 및 실내시험 기술이 도입되어 사용되고 있고, 이제는 상당한 경험과 데이터가 축적되고 있음에도 불구하고 우리나라 또는 우리 지반공학회와 같은 학회 차원의 조사 및 시험 기준 정립이 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국가 차원에서 이미 제정되어 있는 지반공학 관련 조사 및 시험 기준을 선진외국의 기준 현황과 비교검토하여 우리의 현주소를 살펴보았다. 또한, 최근 건설제도의 변화와 사회 전반의 기술발전에 따라 지난 10여년간 다양하고 활발하게 시도되고 있는 실내 토질시험 실시현황 등을 살펴보고 이들에 대한 기준의 추가 제정과 해설집 발간의 필요성을 제기하였다.

After extracting Caridina denticulata denticulata, the raw material of salt-fermented Toha, with the use of water, ether, acetone and methanol in order, we had the antimicrobial activity test for nine strains of bacteria which are harmful to the human body and food. It is as follows; solvent extract yield of the powder of vacuum freeze dried Caridina denticulata denticulata was 52% of water fraction, 7.4% of ether fraction, 1.0% of acetone fraction and 0.8% of methanol fraction. The result of solvent extract antimicrobial search of Caridina denticulata denticulata said that with the sample of 20$\mu\textrm{g}$/disk, ether fraction resulted in clear one of 8~12mm, acetone fraction 8~12mm, methanol fraction 7~9mm and water fraction didn't have antimicrobial effect. The minimal inhibitory concentration of solvent extract of Caridina denticulata denticulata per area was that ether fraction was 250~500$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$, acetone fraction 125~500$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$ and methanol fraction 250~500$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$. The minimal bactericidal concentration of solvent extract per area of Caridina denticulata denticulata showed that ether fraction was 2, 500~10, 000$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$, acetone fraction 1, 250~10, 000$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$ and methanol fraction 5, 000~10, 000$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$.

Dried-red pepper, whole and powdered types, was subjected to a storage-study by investigation the effects of packaging methods (polycloth & polyethylene/polycloth, whole dried-red pepper; nylon/polyethylene-lam-inated film, red pepper powder), temperature (ambient, $5{\sim}10^{\circ}C$) and gamma irradiation doses (0-10 kGy). After 6 months storage in polyclith sack at ambient temperature, all whole dried-red pepper showed quality deterioration, such as weight change, insect infestation, discoloration and chemical changes, After 2 years storage in combined packaging with polyethylene/polycloth sack of 5-7.5 kGy irradiated whole dried-red pepper at ambient temperature, however, quality deterioration was not observed. Gamma-irradiated red pepper powder (7.5-10kGy) showed a good quality in hygienic, physicochemical and organoleptic evaluation after 2 years of storage at ambient temperature.

Qualification test range for Lox/Kerosene gas generator cyle liquid rocket engine was determined by considering engine dispersion and flight inlet conditions. With various pump characteristics, the operation range of components and system was investigated through dispersion analysis. The variation of engine performance shows opposite trends in calibration and dispersion.

경량전철 시스템은 통합시스템으로 시험의 종류 및 방법이 다양하여 기존의 열차 계측 시스템은 계측기마다 별도로 시험하고. 각각의 계측기마다의 계측데이터를 취합하여 각 계측 데이터별로 비교 분석하여야 함으로 열차의 주행을 시험항목에 따라 열차를 여러번 운행, 동작등, 반복을 피하기 위하여 시스템을 통합하여 체계적으로 시험하기 위한 방안으로 계측시스템의 구축이 필요함에 따라 채널의 추가 및 삭제가 용이한 분산계측 시스템으로 무선 랜을 이용하여 거리 및 위치의 한계를 극복하고 주행 중인 열차의 차상 및 지상의 Data를 통합하여 측정하며 측정채널의 시간동기를 맞추어 측정함으로 Data 분석 시 채널간의 비교가 용이하도륵 시스템의 설계를 하였다.

For the study of ecophysiological characteristics of ground cover plant with shade tolerance, the material productivity and the growh characteristics were analyzed in Hosta clausa community at experimental farm of Kemyung College from March to October. The installation of experimental plots were split into control plot (full sunlight), 30%, 50%, 70%, shading rate by completely randomized design method. After the transplant, to take into account the edge effect of plant population, the plants were selected from each plot by random sampling every 10days. The following results were obtained; Then number of leaf, length of leaf and width of leaf length of leafstack remarkably showed high tendency under 30%, 50% shading plot as compared with control, 70% shading plot for the exmination as the process of develpment. They showed characteristics as herbaceous ground with shade tolerance under conparatively low the light condition and they ettain a stabilized development.
