Necessity of high-performance liquid chromatography validation in good laboratory practice systems (비임상시험관리기준 시스템에서 고성능액체크로마토그래피 분석법 정확도 검증의 필요성)

  • In good laboratory practice (GLP), analytical method validation prior to toxicity testing is important in terms of concentration setting and sample preparation. The testing agency performed validation of the two requested test substances using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and as a result, the analysis satisfied the criteria for specificity, system suitability, linearity, intra-day reproducibility, homogeneity, stability, concentration analysis, and quality control. The method was established and validated. However, the content of standard substances in the test report of the requesting institution was found to be 1.34 and 1.17 times higher than the results of the testing institution, confirming that deriving results through validation of analysis methods suitable for GLP is important in terms of securing reliability and stability.

  • This paper is described about design and manufacture of the LVI tester and the model transformer. And we develope the analysis technology of the LVI test with using the developed LVI tester and the model transformer. The LVI tester is consisted of a main body, terminal boxes and cables. It is estimated that the tester has output characteristic to match ANSI specification. The winding deformation models are made of model transformer having tapes and we discuss about the analysis technology of LVI test using the tester and the model transformer.

  • 현장에서 사용중 고압전선에 고장이 발생한 6.6kV 건식변압기 고장의 원인분석을 위하여 설계와 제조방식이 동일하고 사용기간이 비슷한 건식변압기에 대한 전기적 열적 시험을 실시하였다. 전기적 시험으로서는 교류 및 충격 내전압시험, 부분방전시험을 실시하였고 열적시험으로는 단락법을 사용하여 온도를 상승시켰으며, 내부 및 외부권선표면의 온도분포와 열화상에 의한 온도분포를 측정하였다. 시험결과 부분방전특성이 기준치에 비하여 높게 나타났으며, 권선온도분포는 사용한계온도이하인 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 위성은 발사 후 임무수행을 위하여 자세획득 및 자세결정이 필수적이다. 저궤도 위성에서 자이로센서는 별 센서와 함께 사용되거나, 별 추적기와 사용하여 자세의 변화량을 읽고 자세제어를 수행한다. 자이로센서는 크게 전력공급부와 각속도 측정부, 그리고 전자처리부 등으로 구성된다. 위성은 발사 전 조립시험 기간 동안 전자파, 진동, 열/진공 등의 환경시험 통하여 수차례의 성능 유무를 확인한다. 본고에서는 열진공시험 전과 후, 그리고 열진공시험 진행중에 측정한 결과를 통하여, 시스템적인 측면에서의 자이로센서 건강상태 및 성능을 분석하였다. 위성시스템 상태의 자이로 시험은 자이로센서가 가질 수 있는 조합에 따라 위성의 방향에 따른 지구각속도를 확인 및 관련 데이터를 분석하였다.

  • 사용후핵연료 및 조사핵연료의 안전성평가를 위한 산화시험과 소둔시험을 다양한 핵연료 개발과제에서 준비하고 있다. 한국원자력연구원의 PIEF에서 수행될 본 시험장치는 핫셀의 제한된 특성을 반영하여 효과적인 핵분열생성물의 핵종분석시험이 가능하도록 설계.제작되었다. 가열로의 소형화와 조작의 편이성을 반영하였으며, 핫셀 내 가열로 상부캡위에 Gamma Counter를 설치하여 핵분열생성물의 방출량 측정이 가능하도록 하였다. 시험운용에 있어 일정한 온도범위에서의 가열조건과 급격한 온도변화를 모사할 수 있는 기능이 포함되었다. 아울러, 핵분열생성물의 핵종분석은 계측 외에 세라믹 흡착제에 고착된 방사선량의 측정을 통해 교차평가가 가능하다.

  • 비대면 교육 형식이 보편화됨에 따라 온라인 학습 및 시험 형태가 교육기관에서 일반화되고 있다. 이러한 급격한 변화로 교육의 공정성 문제와 온라인 시험의 부정행위 문제가 대두되고 있다. 시험응시자의 다양한 환경을 고려하여 정확하게 부정행위자를 판별하는 방법이 중요해지고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 온라인 시험환경에서의 응시자의 행동 데이터와 영상데이터 분석을 진행하여 부정행위자를 감별하는 연구를 진행하였다. 분석 결과 기존의 부정행위자 감별방식의 한계점을 보완할 수 있는 방식에 대해 제안하였으며 온라인 시험환경에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다.

Statistical analysis of national examination for radiological technologists in convergence perspective (통계분석을 통한 융합적 관점에서 분석한 방사선사 국가시험)

  • Necessity of adjustment in level of difficulty of national examination for radiological technologists is being brought up. However, objective reasons are required to make those arguments more valid. Therefore in this research, result of national examination for radiological technologists under present system was analyzed in more convergence perspective via statistical analysis. This will provide basic data which is applicable when system of national examination for radiological technologists undergo improvements. For this, statistical analysis such as descriptive statistics and correlation analysis was conducted using SPSS program. Results are as follow. First, ratio of successful applicants for radiological technologists was highly fluctuant relative to other national examinations like doctor, nurse, physical therapist, etc. Second, level of difficulty and discernment of national examination for radiological technologists were differentiated from other examinations like doctor, nurse, physical therapist. Third, the 43th examination for radiological technologists conducted in 2015 had the highest discernment as 0.41, despite of lowest level of difficulty as 89.2, for radiologic applications. The results of this research is expected to be used as basic data when system of national examination for radiological technologists undergo improvements, in accordance with increased supplying plan of work-forces in medical radiological technologists.

Beach Sand Grain Size Analysis using Commercial Flat-bed Scanner (범용 평판 스캐너를 이용한 해빈 모래의 입도분석)

  • For analyzing sand grain size, a specialized high-priced instrument has been used, such as sieve shaker, video camera, laser particle size analyzer, and microscope. Among these, the sieve shaker is commonly used because it is not only cheaper than others but also provides reasonable accuracy. However, it takes a long time and makes lots of dust and noise. In this study, a cheaper and easier method which can replace the sieve shaker is proposed. By using a commercial flat-bed scanner and a darkroom box, the sand size distribution can be analyzed. The darkroom box makes sand images clear and protects the glass of the scanner from being scratched. Comparison between the present method and sieve analysis shows that the present method not only has an accuracy comparable to the sieve analysis but also can save time and effort.

Development of Mathematics Test-preparation and Test-taking Strategies Scales for Elementary School Students (초등학교 수학 시험준비전략과 시험수행전략 검사 개발)

  • This study was to develop the mathematics test-preparation and the test-taking strategies scales for elementary school students. Elementary school students and teachers participated in developing factors and items of the mathematics test-preparation and test-taking strategies scales. The subjects were 857 students in 6th grade from 13 elementary schools in G-city. The variable-centered approach such as exploratory factor analyses, confirmatory factor analyses, and reliability analyses were used for validating the scales. The results of the study were as follows. First, the mathematics test-preparation and the test taking strategies scales for elementary school students consisted of three strategies: cognitive, metacognitive, and learning resources management strategies, respectively. Second, the mathematics test-preparation strategies scale for elementary school students comprised of three factors and 23 items, and the mathematics test-taking strategies scale three factors and 24 items. The scales could be used to assess elementary students' mathematics test-preparation and test-taking strategies and to further develop programs for enhancing strategies use.

Development of Conformance Test Tools for Terrestrial DMB Broadcast Web Site Services (지상파 DMB 방송웹사이트 서비스 송수신 정합 시험 도구 개발)

  • In this paper, we presents conformance test tools for the broadcast web site (BWS) service which is one of the data services for terrestrial digital multimedia broadcasting (T-DMB). First, the methodology for the conformance test is established for both transmitters and receivers of T-DMB BWS services. The test tools consist of three parts: BWS bitstream analyzer, BWS reference decoder (software) module, and BWS test bitstreams. For testing transmitted BWS bitstreams, we developed the bitstream analyzer. For testing BWS receivers, we developed the reference Ifecoder module and created the test bitstreams. Actually the bitstream analyzer developed in this paper was used for the verification of the test bitstreams. The same test bitstreams are fed to a BWS decoder module under test and the reference decoder module and the results from the two are compared for verification. The test tools can be used for the test of all the protocol and textual/image specifications related to BWS including MOT protocol, HTML, PNG, MNG, JPEG, and Ecma Script.
