Recently, Korea has been attracting the attention of smart city as a solution to urban problems along with the era of Forth Industrial Revolution. However, tourism, industry, and specific high-class residential complexes are being formed, and the disabled with information such as the elderly and disabled who can actually get help are not experienced. This study establishes the concept of smart city suitable for domestic and derives the priority of physical and non-physical elements of smart city considering information weakness. Smart City considering disabled with information has concluded that not only physical elements but also non-physical components are important, and derive the differences between the experts and the priorities of actual information weak people. We will propose a smart city development direction that takes into account information weak people that can be developed and advanced in response to the needs of information weak people.

US Army Found Five Lessons For the Urban Operations After Implemented Offensive Operations in Mosul, Iraq for the First time in the 21st Century. Based on these lessons the US Army Adds Spur Preparing For Future Megacity Operations Such as Weapon System, Warfighting Concept, Structure and etc. Korean peninsula experiences rapid Urbanization, so the Megacities are also Expected to Increase by this trend. So the ROK army also need to Benchmark the US Counterpart, so that the Organization needs to prepare following Elements. First, Establishing Collective Intelligence Platform for uture Megacity ops. Second, force Builing Optimized for the Megacity Operations(Warfighting Concept, Weapon System, Structures), Lastly, Establishing Megacity Synthetic Training field. By Preparing so, ROKA can Assure its Success in Future Warfare.

Recently, research on solving problems that have introduced the concept of smart city in countries and companies around the world is in progress due to various urban problems. A smart city converges the city's ICT, connects all the city's components with a network, collects and delivers data, and consists of a supply chain composed of various IoT products and services. The increase in various cyber security threats and supply chain threats in smart cities is inevitable, in addition to establishing a framework such as supply chain security policy, authentication of each data provider and service according to data linkage and appropriate access control are required in a Zero-Trust point of view. To this end, a smart city security model has been developed for smart city security threats in Korea, but security requirements related to supply chain security and zero trust are insufficient. This paper examines overseas smart city security trends, presents international standard security requirements related to ISMS-P and supply chain security, as well as security requirements for applying zero trust related technologies to domestic smart city security models.

Smart cities are attracting attention as a new economic growth engine based on new technologies and means to solve side effects of urbanization such as a surge in energy consumption, deepening environmental pollution, and an increase in crime rates. In particular, as demand for non-face-to-face services increases due to COVID-19, the role of smart cities that can provide various online and offline non-face-to-face services is becoming more important. Therefore, this study defined smart city non-face-to-face services based on literature research on the concept and underlying technology of smart city, and analyzed consumer utility for each service using Conjoint analysis. In particular, differences in user preferences between Sejong City and Busan City, which are currently designated as national smart city pilot cities in Korea, were compared and analyzed, and based on the derived results, measures to improve the competitiveness of smart city services were suggested.

맨체스터 시티는 영국의 한가운데 위치한 인구 70만의 도시다. 맨체스터 시티 주변에는 맨체스터를 생활권으로 하는 군소 도시들이 형성돼 있는데, 이러한 도시들과 맨체스터 시티를 합쳐 맨체스터(Greater Manchester)라는 광역 행정권을 형성한다. 맨체스터의 인구는 320만 정도로 영국에서 두 번째로 규모가 큰 도시다.

최근 ISO, IEC, ITU-T 등 국제표준화 기구에서는 스마트시티(Smart Cities)에 대한 표준화가 활발히 추진 중에 있다. 아직은 초기 단계로 개념 정립 및 표준화 추진에 대한 준비 단계에 있지만 곧 전담 그룹 설치 등 활발한 표준화가 추진될 것으로 예상된다. 본고에서는 스마트시티의 국내 및 국제 표준화 추진 동향을 살펴본다.
