Correlation between Customer Orientation and Job Stress due to Degree of Emotional Labor on Security Agents (시큐리티 요원의 감정노동 수준에 따른 직무스트레스와 고객지향성의 관계)

  • This study aims to verify the relationship between customer orientation and job stress due to the degree of emotional labor on security agents. Objects of study are from 10 security companies, randomly selected from those registered on the Regional Police Agencies in Daejeon and Chungnam, from November 10th to 20th, 2013; thirty agents from each company, or three-hundred in total, were selected as research subjects by random sampling method. Twenty-five subjects were excluded for poor response contents and/or low reliability. Thus, only 275 subjects were included in actual analysis. The research tool was the questionnaire which was re-composed on the basis of domestic/overseas preliminary studies, while the data was processed through the frequency analysis, the reliability analysis, the confirmatory factor analysis and structure model analysis, using SPSS version 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 statistics package. Through the data analysis following the research methods above, the conclusion was acquired as follows. First, as job stress of security agents decreased, customer orientation increased. Second, the group of security agents with lower level of emotional labor positively affected job stress and customer orientation.

  • The purpose of this study is to closely examine the effect of exercise behavior change of casino securities on their Self-efficacy. This observation takes place in casino enterprises in the whole country. Within these areas, we set the selected employees as the targeted sampling unit, we extracted the specimen, using the stratified cluster random sampling with the quota sampling, putting a weigh on the specimen of focused areas. Among 420 persons sampling unit, we have excluded 47 copied which seem to be insincere, and actually used 373 copies in this study. Evaluation forms are used as a study method; each form consists of continuance 5 points Likert scales and nominal/proportional scaling and used after excluding a test through the analysis of validity and reliability. After encoding and inputting the framing completed data along with each purpose, it was computerized by computer process, making use of SPSS 15.0 version. Through the data analysis according to these methods and procedures, the result on this study is described below. First, the exercise behavior change process the self-efficacy according to socio-demographic characteristics make a difference. Second, the self-efficacy according to socio-demographic characteristics make a difference. Third, the exercise behavior change process influence on the self-efficacy.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationships among social capital, job satisfaction, and organization commitment in the Korean Security Organizations. One hundred eight one questionnaires, with a 72.4% response rate from a convenient sample of 10 security organization guards, were utilized to study the relationships between research constructs. SPSS(12.0 version) were guard to analyze the unintentionality of research concepts and reliability test, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. Factor analyses identified three internal dimensions of relational factor as superior relation. There are among results, first, the social capital is influencing to job satisfaction positively. second, the social capital is influencing to organizational commitment positively. third, the job satisfaction is influencing to organizational commitment positively.

  • This paper proposes CPR(Computer-based patient record) system that is utilized in Ubiquitous environment, establish security policy by analyzing security limitation of system and design suitable security system in CPR system. The present study designed a CPR system and, for the development of a security system, established security policies for the CPR system through analyzing the operating environment and vulnerability in security and designed a security system implementing the policies. The security system supporting CPR system is composed of authentication system, XML documentation and encryption of medical information and network security system.

  • 최근 사회가 급속도로 발전하고 있는 동시에 흉악범죄가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 사람들은 범죄에 대한 안전 불감증이 증가하여 위기관리에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그리하여 다양한 보안업체가 생성되고 있고 이러한 보안업체들은 첨단기술을 이용하여 첨단장비를 만들어 사회 곳곳에서 치안 유지에 만전을 기하고 있다. 이렇듯 홈 시큐리티는 점점 그 중요성을 더해가고 있다. 하지만 이러한 보안업체 장비들은 일반 가정에서 사용하기에는 값이 비싸 이용하기가 쉽지가 않다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 값비싼 첨단장비를 대체하기 위하여 값이 싼 CAM을 이용하여 최근에 많은 디바이스 탑재되고 있는 DLNA를 기반으로 한 홈 시큐리티 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

  • Cloud computing provides not only cost savings and efficiencies for computing resources, but the ability to expend and enhance services. However, cloud service users(enterprisers) are very concerned about the risks created by the characteristics of cloud computing. In this paper, we discuss major concerns about cloud computing environments including concerns regarding security. We also analyze the security concerns specifically, identify threats to cloud computing, and propose general countermeasures to reduce the security risks.

Influence of organization nature on management outcome in security companies (시큐리티 업체의 조직특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This research tried to find out the influence of organization nature on management outcome in security companies. First, in the relation between organization nature and management outcome (inside viewpoint) in security companies, factors of organization culture (t=2.534, p<.05) and job nature (t=6.425, p<.001), in organization nature, were shown to give statistically meaningful positive (+) influence on inside viewpoint, and the relative influence of independent variables measured in terms of beta coefficient was ${\beta}$=.226 for organization culture and ${\beta}$=.576 for job nature. Second, in the relation between organization nature and management outcome (study growth viewpoint) in security companies, factors of organization culture (t=2.070, p<.05) and job nature (t=10.507, p<.001), in organization nature, were shown to give statistically meaningful positive (+) influence on study growth viewpoint, and the relative influence of independent variables measured in terms of beta coefficient was ${\beta}$=.145 for organization culture and ${\beta}$=.741 for job nature. It may be concluded that the nature of security service organization affects organization culture relatively, with the implication that systematic educational practice system and organizational study should be accompanied for achievement of ultimate purpose of the organization. It is also implied that field support will be needed considering the job nature, because organization nature has a causal relationship with the specialty of security service job.

Effect of Security Manager's Servant Leadership on the Cohesion and Organization Outcome (시큐리티 관리자의 서번트 리더십이 응집력 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact on cohesiveness and organizational performance of the servant leadership of the security manager. The subjects of study selected final 287 persons by using the systematic random sampling for security companies in Seoul in 2009. However, the number of cases used in the final analysis is 256 persons. Reliability of the questionnaire used in this study showed that the value of Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was above 0.796. The collected data used the methods such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis etc. by using SPSSWIN 17.0. The conclusions are as follows. First, servant leadership has a positive impact on cohesiveness. Second, one of the factors of servant leadership, trust, has a positive impact on organizational performance. Third, individual, social cohesiveness and group cohesiveness among the factors of cohesiveness have a positive impact on organizational performance. Fourth, with the results of path analysis, servant leadership has direct impact on organizational effectiveness and indirect impact through cohesiveness. In other words, a servant leadership among the leaderships that a security worker is conscious of administrator affects cohesiveness and organizational performance in management to promote the management of the organization.
