The study of security personnel and psychological empowerment and organizational commitment to investigate the relationship between prosocial behavior in 2011 in Seoul, served in the private security companies after being selected as a security guard purposive sampling method using a 300 extracted samples, but the number of cases used in the study a total of 282 people. This study SPSSWIN 18.0 using factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. First, psychological empowerment on organizational commitment affects. In other words, self-determination, job performance, impact, meaning a higher level of calculation ever higher levels of commitment and affective commitment. Second, the psychological empowerment influences prosocial behavior. In other words, self-determination, meaningfulness, influence job performance higher level of customer service and increases coordination Third, organizational commitment affects the prosocial behavior. In other words, the calculation ever commitment, emotional commitment, the higher the customer service, increases the level of coordination. Fourth, psychological empowerment and organizational commitment prosocial behavior direct and indirect impacts.
This study is to examine the relation between leisure constraints and participation by leisure type of security agents. By using purposive sampling method, this study collected 387 questionnaires in 14 private security service registered in 2009 at the Seoul National Police Agency. Cronbach's $\alpha$ .673. The conclusion are as follow. First, leisure constraints difference in socio-demographic characteristics such as sex, age, education level, income, position, job pattern. Second, in case of hobby and cultural activities, higher time constraints showed lesser frequency of participation, higher structural constraints showed lesser period of participation, higher personal constraints showed lesser intensity of participation. On the other hand, high time constraitns had high intensity of participation. In case of play and entertainment activities, even with high self-conscious constraints, it showed increased frequency and period of participation and high personal constraints showed increased period of participation but in contrast, higher structural constraints showed decreased frequency of participation and period. In case of viewing and appreciative activities, even with high interpersonal constraints, frequency and period of participation increased and higher time constraints also had increased period of participation. On the other hand, higher structural constraints showed decrease in frequency of participation and period.

The purpose of this research Is to clarify the relationship between leisure activity participation, job stress, social support and subjective well-being among security agents. 356 (92%) questionnaires were obtained from 12 private security companiesin metropolitan Seoul. The conclusion follows. First, the frequency of participation in activities on the subjective well-being reflects the direct influence. and period by participating in the job stress on the subjective well-being reported more negative affect, in other words, Job Stress is reduced, social support and subjective well-being is increased. Second, job stress has a negative effect as a parameter to subjective well-being and participation in the period, in other words, subjective well-being is decreased by the more get job stress. Third, social support affects the subjective well-being, leisure activity participation and social support that have no relationship, In other words, subjective well-being is increased by the more get social support. Fourth, frequency and duration of participation in leisure activity directly and indirectly affects to subjective well-being. increasing the frequency of participation activities make that subjective Well-being is increased, increasing the participation period makes that job stress is reduced, job stress reduction make that subjective well-being is increased, and increasing the social support makes that subjective well-being is increased.
This study aims to analysis and measure on the curriculum of security programs in Korean university as the private security system. Civil security demand social safety life by the police protection and private security system. The private security or the civil guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. But the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. Then the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyze current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For that, we examine in 'Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards'? And, 'What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards'? and 'What the qualifications of the trainers'? Then, 'What are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities'? 'Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities'? etc.. Conclusion, the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analysis of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim. Then we have to a standard curriculum for the successful training education system to provide social security.
A highly sophisticated expertise and systematic and integrated management of security operation are essential for a crowded stadium. a special object of security guarding. Nonetheless, the recent incident in a singing concert hall reveals the overall problem like the lacking safety management system. lacking deployment of professional security personnel, absence of safety manuals and safety measures, as well as the lack of professionalism of private sector security companies. In this study, we presented three categories that needed improvement, like the legal and institutional improvement, improvement of policy and improvement of operation which are required to set up the model to operate the optimal private sector security duties. For the revision of law and institution for a better and more desirable method, we discussed the revision of related laws and regulations pursuant to the security operation at places where events are held, including the revision of law on security guarding work, regulation on common housing management, uniformity of security guarding, and law on performance. For the improvement of policies, we discussed the introduction of security consultants, strengthening the security instructor system, expansion of relevant organizations, establishment of mutual cooperation, privatization of profitable events, improvement of awareness about the security activities provided by private sector, policy for the professionalism of private security operation, expansion of security exhibition and seminar. For the improvement of operation. we discussed professional security techniques. such as the technique of security consulting, the application of CPTED technique, the technique for the integration of system, the method of operation, the establishment of a system to support public security operations and volunteers, establishment of a manual for security guarding performance, modernization and high tech-oriented equipment, organization of security guarding entity in which the industry, academic society and government participates together.
The domestic casino industry is attempting to change from the existing single form to the advanced-type of complex casino resort. In addition, the importance of the security management system, which prevents and responds to accidents caused by negative influences of gambling, is emphasized at the casino enterprise level. Therefore, this study aimed to find measures to revitalize the security management system for domestic casinos only for foreigners through an analysis of relevant literature and case studies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that in order to effectively cope with changes in the casino industry, three areas were needed to be revamped: (1) a lack of protocols which intend to protect casino security personnel, (2) an inefficient operational system due to the dualized casino security management system, and (3) a lack of systematic educational system for casino security personnel. This study therefore proposed three measures: (1) a review of revisions of related laws to protect casino security personnel, (2) enhancement of professionalism of casino security personnel and (3) establishment of a single operating system of the casino security management operating system.
Purpose of this study is to analyze actual perception of security business of security workers centering on employees working within building and to improve accomplishment of works for security workers. For this, first, activities of security workers are discussed. Second, perception of employees of companies for the necessity of security workers, non-necessity of security workers, qualification requirements of security workers for improving business recognition were established as a framework of the study. Changes for recognition of security works in modern life are a little falling behind compared to unstopping economic development and diversifying job classifications. Even at present, expression of security works is still regarded as manager of facilities or apartments in the past. In other words, it is recognized as a simple change of title and names from apartment guard to security workers. Security works in the modern job classification is settling down as a professional field of facility management and as a part of various controls such as protection and security and its field is also expanding. It is a professional job with the purpose to analyze and prevent diverse criminal actions occurring in the society and also to introduce alternative measures with the role to prevent accidents to be occurred in variety in advance instead of simple working format taking a fixed guard post. Area of security works for the purpose of maximizing necessity of security works shall have equipped with deployment of professional security workers, consideration of business satisfaction of security workers, prevention education for rapidly changing safety accidents, and substantiality in the field. We expect to have more sophisticated area of security works with ceaseless efforts and with instillation of recognition of professionalism by security workers themselves.
This study aimed to asses the relationship between shoppers' security need sufficiency and customer satisfaction on the quality of security services in Shopping Mall. This study gathered data from 485 citizen in five shopping centres at KyungKi areas. Collected data was analysed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, path analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS WIN 16.0. The results of the study yielded the following four perspectives. First, secure equipment and the service quality of security officers in the shopping malls have a decisive effect on customers psychological stability and crime prevention. Second, they are a strong influence upon customer satisfaction and operational security. Especially, the professionalism of the staff has a marked effect. Third, the service quality of security officers and secure equipment in the malls have an effect on operational security services and efficiency of secure services. Finally, this dissertation showed that the quality of secure equipment services and officers' mild In summary, the conclusion of this study is that secure equipment service, officers' mild manner and professionalism of the security officers affect the customer satisfaction measurement directly. They also affect customer satisfaction through psychological stability and the prevention of crime indirectly. In other words, the good quality of security in the shopping centres affects the using of facilities definitely.
This study is about the phenomenological study of bodyguards' ethical dilemmas. Through this study, the meaning and essence of bodyguards' ethical dilemmas will be analyzed based on empirical facts. The purpose of this study is to provide basic information of the prevention and solutions for their ethical dilemmas and to understand and research the process and the essentials of them. To achieve this goal of the study, seven bodyguards who experienced ethical dilemmas working more than five years are selected as objects of the study. Colaizzi's six stage method are applied into this study so information gathered through interviews and questionnaire from 0ctober 1st, 2015 to November 20th, 2015 is analyzed. From the process of this research, these following conclusions are drawn considering validity of this study and ethical things. As a result, bodyguards' ethical dilemmas are divided into six centric meanings and 20 thematic statement. First, the centric meaning is conflict factors and the themes are discordance of pre-practice, regulatory or procedure problems, communication about sturcture and job and service disagreement. Second, the centric meaning is limited professional roles and the themes are institutional custom, decision making, priorities. Third, the centric meaning is difficulties of circumstantial judgement at work places and the themes are ambiguity of decision, conflict of knowledge, experience and opinion. Forth, the centric meaning is reasonable self-defense and the themes are lack of responsibility, rationalization, intentional negligence and sense of shame. Fifth, the centric meaning is difficulties of social network and the themes are the relationships between subordinates and superiors, the role of a moderator, uncooperative work and unpleasant sayings and doings. Sixth, the centric meaning is keeping secrets and the themes are burried for and illegal practice.
The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of In-Flight Security Officer responsible for the security of the aircraft in the situation where Acts of Unlawful Interference in Aircraft shows an increasing tendency and the aircraft security is threatened by the terror threat of IS(Daesh) and to suggests its policy implications. Based on the problems of In-Flight Security Officer system found in the media reports and laws, the US Air Marshal system and the domestic similar system were presented to the In-Flight Security Officer developmental implications. First, it is necessary to revise the "Operational Guidelines for Airline Operators' In-Flight security officer" and the related qualifications to the "National Technical Qualifications" system. Second, the plan to change the national civil servants of In-Flight Security Officer in the aircraft, Third, it is a plan to use the registered security guard system in the aircraft. Although this study has limitations the accessibility of information related to aviation security. But, contributions of this study is that the government's efforts to create the public sector jobs, the "strengthening of public services in the country", "the establishment of national accountability for safety accident prevention and disaster safety management" in the "A five-year plan for Government Operation" that it has a timeliness in that it is together. In addition, since there are not many researches related to In-Flight Security Officer, this study also has another contribution as a basic study of the researchers in the aviation security aircraft in the future.
