This study conducted a survey of 315 facility security workers in Daejeon, South Chungcheong Province and Gyeonggi Province for about a week from August 7 to August 13, 2019 to identify the impact of work environment and job stress on job satisfaction, and finally collected 293 of the total 315 parts of the data, excluding non-response and inappropriate responses. The STATA 14.2 Statistical Package Program was used for analysis of the collected data, frequency analysis was performed to determine the distribution ratio of the subjects, and reliability analysis and correlation analysis were performed with respect to the established key variables. Next, t-test and one-way ANOVA were conducted to verify differences in work environment, task stress and task satisfaction factors according to demographic characteristics, and the results were as follows: There were differences in work environment, job stress and job satisfaction recognition depending on demographic characteristics. In detail, the factors for the work environment indicated significant differences in age, academic background, number of years of service, wages and types of service in the recognition of the work environment. Job stress factors indicated significant differences in age, education, wages and types of service in job stress recognition. In job satisfaction factors, age, academic background, number of years of service and wages (monthly benefits) showed significant differences in job satisfaction recognition. In addition, the results of multiple regression analyses to identify the working environment, job stress, and job satisfaction are as follows. The working environment has had a positive impact on job satisfaction, and the better the job environment, promotion and organizational characteristics, the higher the job satisfaction. It has been shown that job stress has had a negative impact on job satisfaction, conflict of relationship (promoting colleagues). job autonomy increases job satisfaction, and job satisfaction decreases when job requirements and job insecurity increase. In terms of the impact of work environment on job satisfaction, the higher the work promotion, job environment and organizational characteristics, the higher the job satisfaction level, the report showed. According to these studies, the better the working environment, the lower the job stress, and the lower the job stress, the higher the job satisfaction. In addition, the better the working environment, the more satisfied the job was found to be, and the empirical research result was verified that improvement of the working environment of security workers can reduce job stress and improve job satisfaction through improvement of the working environment.

The conclusion for this paper is as following as to plan for advancing security. First, Depending on situation, security martial arts technique is necessary in security work, but the case that the client need to be covered by security guards to avoid the danger often happens. If there is no self-sacrifice and loyalty to the clients, the meaningful security work is not completed in this situation. Therefore, the basic views on education of security leaders need to be defensive than aggressive, and be spirit-equipped than technical feature. Second, more time has to be taken training mentality along with focusing on technical education of security martial arts. To escape from danger spreaded around, security guards must be strong mentally and physically, then they are able to finish the situation. If someone is chosen as a security guard, one's physical strength is already approved. This means that the rest part for the perfect accomplishment is strict discipline on mental one's mind, and basically physical training has to be continued. In conclusion, The elements that the instructor has to acquire are not only extensive theoretical knowledge of the security martial arts and real experiences through techniques but also personality cultivation which maximize the morality training. Accordingly, this could bring the client personally change in perception of the security guard, furthermore greatly expand the academic and professional security work of security department.

Modern society has been exposed to various dangers and crimes in the process of globalization, informationization, decentralization etc. along with the development of material civilization under rapid changing societal environment. These factors are exerting a lot of effects in public security environments, as result there are gradual interest about crime and crime prevention. Realization of responsibility who take charge of social safety, from public security to private security, appears important topic at the moment. The positive point of view which private security industry is responsible to cope with security spheres instead of public security has been emerged from the reason that the public security has limitation to solve security problems for themselves. It is the time to make effort to compromise the public security and the private security industry to forecast social change and prevent dangers in the advance. In Korea, there has been close cooperation between public security and private security for decades. Strongly emerging and interesting sphere is "Private Investigation(Private Detective)" in Korea at present. There has been some proposed legislations of private investigation for decreasing burden of public security and social sympathy about possibility of private investigation system is increasing now. In this study, we focused on the introduction of private investigation system through the analysis of bill proposals for last 14 years, for instance historical aspects, contents, the differences among bill proposals. Among these, a comparison on bill proposals of the 19th National Assembly's during 2012 - 2013 were analysed mainly. We examined the importance point at issue items for introduction of private investigation system. Suggestions for introduction of private investigation system is as follows. The necessity of independent bill for developmental private investigation system is needed and the main body should be a juristic person instead of a individual for the public interest and responsibility. For the good service of private investigation and to prevent the unqualified person become a private investigator, the recruiting system and examination of private investigator should be prepared well and take into consideration anticipated problems. Also the necessity of definite jurisdiction department's appointment to divide responsibility in operation.
