The number of nanotechnology based consumer products are growing rapidly. Thus, the customer likely to be exposed to such products continues to increase as the applications expand. This article describes the international and Korea's policies on the EHS(Environment, Safety and Health) issues of nanotechnologies. The strategic plan and coordination of OECD and ISO were summarized. This article also examines several new findings of Korean researchers as well as current and future challenges in the aerosol application study of EHS issues on the nanotechnologies.

Local food industry has been spreading all over the world. Korea is also actively applying and developing local food industry. However, relatively high distribution cost in Korean agricultural market is hindering its further growth. Distribution cost has close relation with shipping distance. Raised distribution cost brings major impacts not only on quality and price of products but also on greenhouse gas(carbon dioxide) emissions. Therefore, it is necessary to find a solution for inefficient distribution system of the local food industry to reduce overall cost and greenhouse gas. In this study, we present a location selection model for local food regional center using Analytic Hierarchy Process. The location of local food regional hub center is decided based on expert opinions on five factors: accessibility, quality, population, size of area, and shipping distance. The relative importance of the five factors has been concluded as follows: quality (0.430) ${\gg}$ population (0.262) ${\gg}$ travel distance (0.201) ${\gg}$ accessibility (0.075) ${\gg}$ and area (0.033). We apply and analyze the environmental management system model for Local food industry to develop the regional hub center site selection criteria and to analyze the effects of greenhouse gas emissions in the local food industry. This study, by applying and analyzing the environmental management system of the local food industry, is believed to be a valuable asset for managing greenhouse gas emission in the local food industry. Also, the data will be used for the autonomous local food industry's direct sales stall management. Eventually, this study will contribute so greatly to the local food industry's competitiveness that even large distribution companies will give way for the local food industry.

The need for customized products has also been increasing as more active consumers consume according to their values in recent years. Accordingly, fashion customizing web is becoming popular, but because custom freedom is low, we want to increase custom freedom by applying knitwear. To this end, a theoretical review was conducted through prior research and literature research on customization, knit design, and GUI, and based on this, a case analysis was conducted focusing on knit-making programs and fashion customizing web. Knit designs have more considerations than other fashion design process, resulting in more UIs, so users should use visual elements that are easily recognizable. Therefore, a draft assessment item was derived based on the preceding survey and three Delphi surveys were conducted on experts based on the draft. Each item was modified and deleted during the Delphi research process to produce the Custom Knitware Web GUI Design Guide. Through this study, we were able to identify the need for intuitive understanding and application of knit custom functions in GUI design of custom knitwear web. Through this research, it is expected that this data will be used to improve the usability of custom knitwear websites and to refer to knit design fields that utilize knit machines.

According to the aging, the medical device industry is focused as a future promising industry. However, Korea medical device industry is not enough market competitiveness due to a narrow domestic market and a small company structure. This study aims at evaluating medical device priorities following 3 steps. First, we classify the medical device into three hierarchy categories and AHP survey was conducted on 30 experts in order to extract medical device priorities. Second, priority scores of medical device are analysed using AHP and Fuzzy-AHP. Third, a most important medical device is selected by comparing the volume of medical device manufacture and priority scores. As a result, 'dental implant' is the most import medical device, and we suggest a strategy based on a positioning map. The proposed methodology will provide a inspiration for establish of R&D and support policy in the medical device industry.

The purpose of this paper was to comparatively investigate the efficient building incentives in Korea and foreign countries and to seek strategies to enhance low energy building integrated design market infrastructure in Korea. The structure of incentive policies were composed of four main component: 1) types of financial aids and beneficiaries, 2) energy performance criteria and verification methods, 3) supports for low energy building integrated design, and 4) funding sources for incentive programs. Every overseas incentive program has adopted a design team incentive along with building owners incentive and the range of target buildings have been extended from new construction to remodeling projects. The main system of the program is the performance standard through which projects were investigated and the level of incentive are decided. Initially, the integrated performance has been investigated through simulation methods, but the construction performance evaluation and energy monitoring methods are emerging. In addition, the direct support and educational support for integrated design has been provided to enhance the foundation of relative markets. Financial funding is also a key component of the program and more aggressive funding strategies have been adopted.

Thanks to computer graphic technology development, graphic design programming is easily accessible by any home computer user today since it is free from the burdens of complicated 알고리듬 or the expensive graphic tools that were required in the past. The term 알고리듬 2.5 is commonly used by computer graphic designers to refer to 2D, a form of pseudo-3D. In this study, by using 2.5D, which was previously utilized for strengthening visual effects and engine efficiency, together with Adobe Photoshop along with After Effects, I will incorporate these into motion graphics. Today, motion graphics dominate the advertisement and image markets. Since viewers have developed higher expectations, a more dynamic 3D space graphic technology is preferred over the outdated 2D basis. In this study, I will produce a 2.5D image which is generated through a vanishing point filter of Adobe Photoshop and After Effects based on still image information and captured at an angle of Axonometric Projection. Also, I will compare the effectiveness of the production process and camera angle flexibility between the previous 3D process and new 2.5 D process.

The construction industry has the most safety accidents of any of the domestic industries. Special care must be taken because disasters in the construction industry lead to social problems caused by huge property losses and casualties. As a result, there is a growing awareness of disasters occurring in the construction industry, and government departments are tightening their regulations on safety management. In particular, the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Agency) focuses on the expansion of protection targets and the clarification of responsibility in the full amendment OSHA. As a result, a study that focuses on the client's responsibility for safety management is needed. In this study, the project performance capability assessment of construction project management contractors, which is being carried out with uniform assessment criteria without considering the characteristics of the construction project, is considered and all the amendments to the OSHA are considered, and the factors were derived for improvement measures.

As issue of global environment, Korea government sets the specific goal to reduce CO2 emission by 26.9% in construction industry up to 2020. Korea government is encouraging Greenremodeling and progressing the pilot to establish the guideline and instruction. However, There is a lack of the study on establishing process, tasks of Greenremodeling, and Greenremodeling guidelines and instructions are also insufficient, so the vitalization of Greenremodeling is difficult. Therefore, the purpose of this study is deducting Greenremodeling process and the critical enhancement task of Greenremodeling. For that, deducting the Greenremodeling tasks through analyzing of previous research and taking counsel from experts, and drawing the critical enhancement tasks of Greenremodeling using IPA method. From now on, It is conducted in Greenremodeling business and expected to contribute Greenremodeling market.

In Korea, small and medium sized domestic enterprises(SMEs) play an pivotal role in the national economy, accounting for 99.9% of all enterprises, 87.5% of total employment, and 47.6% of production. and SMEs was driving a real force of the development of national economy in many respects such as job creation, innovation, balanced regional development, industrial diversity. The government has strengthened a variety of policy support to support SMEs. However, due to the mismatch between the difficulties of SMEs and benefits of government's policy, the policy implementation has not come out effectively. In order to effectively support SMEs, government must be a priority to know about the factors that experiencing difficulties in the technology commercialization process. The purpose of this study is thus to identify the major evaluation criteria through 3 level AHP analysis. First, 12 Critical elements are extracted from previous studies and professional interview and these elements are tied into 3 factors; technological factor, inner-organizational factor and Outer-organizational factor. The results of AHP analysis show that inner-organizational factor is more important and 'Market environment' in the inner-organizational factor is the most important element. The results of this research will be useful for public R&D institutions policy makers when establishing technology commercialization support policies and strategic planning of small and medium sized domestic enterprises.

As modern society changes toward knowledge based society, the patent policy and professional manpower need to be changed because interest and importance about patent, trademarks, intellectual property right and copyright of business secret are increasing. In order to facilitate trading of the technology developed in the private sector and to promote the business, the Act of technology transfer and commercialization promotion is prepared. In the law, the article 14 says that who have expertise on commercialization of the technology transfer can be registered as a technology trader to the Minister of Knowledge Economy. For the purpose of finding improvements of the technology trader's registration system, comparison method was studied. Technology trader compare with licensed real estate agent which is similar with it in terms of trade. There are several results from this study by followings. The unique tasks of technology traders should be specified for increasing authority of technology transfer expert. Manual criteria of post management should be prepared through registration certificate management agency which operated by charging. In addition, The announcement document should be prepared carefully for necessity of announcement and registration criteria of technology trading business. These improvements are enable to motivate trading market and impact to expand the base of technology marketing and technology transfer-commercialization.
