본 논문은 TFT-LCD 모듈 조립 공정에서의 스케줄링 시스템을 제안한다. TFT-LCD 모듈 조립 공정은 선행 공정인 액정 공정에서 넘어오는 LCD 판넬과 기타 부품들을 조립하여 최종 완제품을 만드는 공정이다. 본 연구에서 다루고 있는 문제는 주문량으로부터 구해지는 일일 생산 계획량이 주어졌을 때 각 라인에서 생산되어질 제품을 배정하는 문제이다. 본 논문의 목적은 주어진 실제 공정 환경에서 일일 생산 계획량을 최대로 만족하기 위한 스케줄링 휴리스틱을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 relaxed LP 모형을 제시하였고 제시된 LP 모형을 이용한 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 제품 우선 배정 조건, 현 보유 자재량과 대략적인 라인의 생산 능력을 고려한 LP 프로시져 부분과 제품 간 셋업 시간을 고려한 설비 배정 휴리스틱의 두 부분으로 구분된다. 알고리즘의 성능 검사를 위해 실제 TFT-LCD 모듈 공정에서의 데이터를 이용하여 과거에 실제 이루어진 생산 결과와 비교를 하였으며 제안된 알고리즘의 효율성을 실험 결과를 통해 보였다.

The surface flames in perforated ceramic burner are experimentally characterized to investigate the effects of equivalence ratio and heating rate. The results show that the surface flames are classified into green, red radiant and blue surface flame as the decrease of equivalence ratio. Each flame is maintained very stable at the specified equivalence ratio and represents the same flame characteristics at any orientation of ceramic burner. Particularly the blue surface flame is found to be very stable at very lean equivalence ratio at 7000kcal/hr to 20000kcal/hr heating rates. And the exhausted NOx measurement shows that blue surface flame represents the lowest NOx emission regardless of the location of burner since it sustains very stable at lean mixture ratio.

Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis has many applications in information retrieval and filtering, natural language processing, machine learning from text, and in related areas. In this paper, we propose an algorithm using weighted Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis Model to find the contextual phrases and opinions from documents. The traditional keyword search is unable to find the semantic relations of phrases, Overcoming these obstacles requires the development of techniques for automatically classifying semantic relations of phrases. Through experiments, we show that the proposed algorithm works well to discover semantic relations of phrases and presents the semantic relations of phrases to the vector-space model. The proposed algorithm is able to perform a variety of analyses, including such as document classification, online reputation, and collaborative recommendation.

Existing works to measure readers' understanding of interactive e-books have mainly employed quantitative approach which are difficult to get direct interpretation of the evaluation results. Attentive to interactive, visual and narrative features, this paper proposes a new method for measuring readers' engagement by making them to reconstitute a storyboard. Experimenting with real readers, we validated that this method could give a qualitative assessment that allows finding out problematic narrative phases and the adequacy of interaction formation.

The toxicity of environmental pollutants was measured between a image of the surface topography in HeLa cells using atomic force microscopy for the possibility of toxic effect measurement and environmental monitoring. A image of the surface topography by AFM were estimated as toxic endpoints. The surface topography by AFM was observed a change of the cell surface in the environmental pollutants, but the standard of the measurement requires for the dose-effect degree. The overall results indicate that the possibility of measurement using AFM were confirmed a dose-effect degree related toxic effects, but it requres correlation between more various biomarker and AFM's measurements if the possibility of the toxic effect measurement was established.

Liquid phase adsorption of organic compounds solution on the activated carbon fiber was measured by chromatographic method in a packed column. Adsorption equilibrium constant Ka of dextrose solution was found to be $72.5cm^3/g$ on ACF without bacteria growth, while in the bacterial ACF packed column Ka was $87.9cm^3/g$. It is suggested that for biological ACF there is a large contribution of bacterial activity to the adsorption equilibrium constant. Axial dispersion coefficient Ez was determined to be in proportional to flow rate and Pe=dpu/Ez independent or existence or bacteria.

The addition of polypropylene fibers is effective to avoid spalling of shotcrete and concrete adopted tunnel and underground structure under the fire. In this study, a cement based mortar for fire resistance of polypropylene fiber was developed and evaluated by experimentally. The geometry and amount of polypropylene fibers which are diameter, length and fiber dosage were significant factors in aspect of the response values of fire resistance.

Recently, the scale and form of the construction promoting in government and private organization have large scaled town. The underground area of whole town are used for every facilities, and most of concrete area are used for greening part for friendly environment construction. This greening part for concrete area have good point such as being amendment and various economical effect and improvement for environmental problem, moreover, the amount of greening part become great increased. For this factor, we have to newly consider to keep durable safety for concrete structure, therefore, we suggest that how to keep structural safety of greening area on the concrete.

충북 청주시 흥덕구 오송읍. 산기슭 자락에 자리 잡은 기동목장(대표 남기동 현병숙)에는 여느 목장들과는 다른 특별함이 있다. 소들이 밥을 먹기 위해 걸어 나오면 선풍기가 소를 따라 방향을 틀어 시원하게 밥을 먹을 수 있도록 돕고, 소들이 휴식을 취하기 위해 운동장으로 이동하면 선풍기는 소들을 뒤따른다. 우사 천정은 흡사 돔구장을 보는 듯 자동으로 열렸다 닫혔다를 반복하고 혹여나 소가 넘어질까 바닥은 홈을 파놓았다. 하나부터 열까지 소들의 안전을 위주로 모든 것이 짜여 있는 이곳을 두고 목장주 남기동 대표는 이것은 특별함이 아닌 사소한 관심이라고 말한다. 남기동 대표는 "우리 목장은 그저 다른 목장들과 같은 평범한 목장인데 단지 다른 점이 있다면 틈틈이 설치한 편의시설들과 시설관리를 위한 장치들" 이라면서 "누구나 관심을 갖는다면 쉽게 설치할 수 있는 것들이라 내보이기도 부끄럽다"고 말했다.

Mechanical properties of the materials used for transportations and industrial machinery under high stain rate loading conditions have been required to provide appropriate safety assessment to these mechanical structures. The Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB) technique with a special experimental apparatus can be used to obtain the material properties under high strain rate loading condition. There have been many studies on the material behavior under high strain rate compressive loading compared to those under tensile loading. In this paper, mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy, Al6061-T6, under high strain rate tensile loading were determined using SHPB technique.
