It is necessary to diagnose the standard record management system when the system is being spread out to entire public organization and institutions. This study aims to analyze the standard record management system for improving system and revising the related standards in the future. This study evaluates the satisfaction on the interface and functional quality of the system through questionnaire survey on records managers. It is found that the satisfaction of functional quality is just above the line, but the interface fails to satisfy records managers. Also the reliability of the system appears to be higher satisfaction than efficiency and usability. Therefore, the study suggests that the standard records management systems should try to improve 'easy of use' and effectiveness and efficiency by implementing heavy batch job and promoting modulation of key function. And the study emphasizes that the standards will be revised with the long-term plan in order to develop standard records management system systematically and continuously.

In order to actively use of records and information in current digital record management systems, we have to check whether a system is designed to fully support the user of records and whether the good use of the system is being. This study analyzed the status of the use of the search function of Records Management System(RMS) for public agencies, and evaluated them. In order to investigate the status of the use of the search function, it surveyed records managers of public agencies using the RMS. The result showed that records managers unsatisfied with the usability and the search performance of the RMS. To evaluate the search function, it identified the functional requirement of the system and develops a checklist that can be used for evaluation. Two assessments were conducted. Firstly, as pre-evaluation, it assessed the degree of implementation of the current RMS according to the checklist as an inspection chart using document examination method. Secondly, it assessed the degree of implementation using a survey of records managers of public agencies that use the RMS. Assessment results show the improvement of the basic features that are essential to the system is required. In particular, the search function is required to improve user-friendliness for the user. For the advance of RMS, this study discusses the necessity for improvement of the search functions, the build of continuous maintenance and management system, and the user education.

최근 지능재료 시스템 및 구조물(intelligentmaterial systems and structures)에 대한 연구가 전세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이는 새로 창출된 연구개발 분야로서 현재와 가까운 장래에 국가기간 시설의 기능을 향상 시킬 수 있는 큰 잠재력을 갖고 있다. 지능재료 시스템 및 구조물은 시스템 성능의 극대화, 외부 환경변화에 대한 적응능력 그리고 유지비용의 최소화를 꾀할 수 있는 공학적 시스템 이다. 따라서, 이 지능재료 시스템 및 구조물에 대한 연구 개발 및 구현은 국가 기간 시설 재건축과 기능 향상에 커다란 이득을 가져올 수 있다. 빌딩, 다리, 수송로의 설계에 있어서 지능재료 시스템 및 구조물은 기능의 향상과 더불어 전체적 유지비용 의 감소를 가져올 수 있다. 지능재료 시스템은 형상기억합금 또는 압전재료와 같은 단일 재료를 말하기 보다는 이 재료들이 기능적으로 함께 통합된 시스템을 말한다. 기간 시설의 단순화와 시스템 건축비용의 감소 그리고 유지비용의 최소화를 위하여 지능재료 시스템 및 구조물은 설계와 건축에서 혁신적인 재료를 이용하여 구현되고 있다. 본 글에서 최근 미국 NSF(National Science Foundation) 워크샵에서 발표된 지능재료 시스템 및 구조물에 대한 비용을 바탕으로 이 기술이 국가 기간시설 첨단화 에 어떻게 적용되는가를 기술하고자 한다.

The RMS(Remote Monitoring System) is generalized to adopt in many automatic system by progress of industrial and technical growth. RMS has been developed from simple status monitoring system to realtime control system with multimedia interface. This study is to design and develop monitoring system that client is able to monitor and control target system on web browser. The RMS is consist of 4 functional modes, which is monitoring mode, control mode, setup mode and video mode. Monitoring mode is to observe remote target system with realtime on web browser. Control mode is to change target system status in monitoring mode. Setup mode is to change system variable in control mode. Video mode is to monitor target system environment visually by web camera. This RMS is easy to access and manage target system, and so useful to monitor remote automatic system and closing site.

텔레프레즌스 시스템은 기존의 영상회의 시스템과 비교하여, 라이프 사이즈의 출력, 고품질의 영상 및 음성 출력을 가능하게 함으로써 참석자로 하여금 실제 회의에 참석하고 있는 듯한 몰입도를 제공하여 원거리의 출장을 대체할 수 있는 시스템이다. 기존의 텔레프레즌스 시스템은 각 클라이언트의 미디어 정보를 중앙 서버에서 취합, 재구성하여 각각의 클라이언트로 전달하는 구조를 갖는다. 이러한 구조는 기능의 구현은 용이하나 모든 트래픽이 서버로 집중되어 서버가 설치되어 있는 통신 노드에 부하가 집중되는 단점을 갖는다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 중앙 서버의 호처리 기능과 미디어 처리 기능을 통신망에 분산시키는 구조가 분산형 텔레프레즌스 구조이며, 분산 구조 하에서 각각의 클라이언트는 기존의 중앙 서버에서 처리되었던 미디어의 재구성 기능, 텔레프레즌스 서비스를 위한 고품질의 비디오 및 오디오 처리 기능, 협업을 위한 문서 공유 기능 등이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 분산형 구조에서 요구사항을 만족하는 텔레프레즌스 클라이언트 시스템의 구현 방법에 대하여 기술한다.

본 논문은 개인용 전자 비서 시스템을 위한 음성사서함의 구현에 관한 것이다. 기존의 음성사서함 서비스는 단순한 메시지 축적서비스에 불과하다. 제안된 전자 비서 시스템을 위한 음성사서함은 음성 정보를 관련 데이터 베이스와 연계하여 개인정보관리시스템에 활용할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 음성의 저장과 합성에 ADPCM과 LPC 음성 부호화 방식을 적용하였고, 음악합성에는 FM 음원을 사용하였다. 개인용 컴퓨터에 확장카드 형태로 제작된 제안된 시스템의 서비스 기능은 녹음, 편집, 저장 및 재생기능, 자동발신 및 메시지 전달기능, 동보기능, 자동수신 및 부재중 안내기능, 시보안내 및 음악연주 기능, 전화번호 및 스케쥴 관리등으로 구성되었다.

본 논문에서는 네트워크 계층 및 어플리케이션 계층의 트래픽 분석을 수행할 수 있는 RMON2 MIB를 이용하여 LAN 세크먼트의 트래픽을 분석하는 웹 기반 RMON 에이전트 시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 구현된 RMON 에이전트 시스템은 제어기능 설정 모듈과 패킷 수집 모듈 그리고 패킷 분석 모듈로 구성된다. 제어기능 설정 모듈은 관리자가 RMON 에이전트가 수행할 제어기능과 제어 인자들을 설정하는 기능을 수행한다. 패킷 수집 모듈은 네트워크상의 패킷을 수집하고 패킷 분석 모듈은 설정된 제어 기능에 따라 수집된 패킷으로부터 필요한 정보를 얻어 RMON MIB 에 따라 설계된 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 본 RMON 에이전트 시스템은 웹 인터페이스를 사용하여 관리자가 인터넷을 통해 제어기능 설정 및 모니터링할 수 있게 함으로써 대규모 네트워크에서 많은 RMON 에이전트 시스템들의 관리를 용이하게 할 수 있으며, PC 상에서 순수한 소프트웨어만으로 구현되었으므로 고가의 RMON 장비 없이 효율적인 네트워크 관리를 수행할 수 있다.

약 만여개의 벤처기업 정보를 획득하여 분석, 분류와 필요한 데이터 필드를 정의하였다. 필드 정의는 구축할 데이터베이스의 기업정보로서 기업주요정보와 기업부가정보로 나누어 시스템을 설계하였다. 설계 시, 사용자 요구사항 분석은 객체지향 설계 기법을 적용하여 사용자 입장에서 본 시스템의 행동을 나타내는 유즈케이즈 다이어그램을 작성하였고 시스템의 동적인 측면을 활동의 순차적인 흐름 및 제어 흐름으로 표현한 액티비티 다이어그램을 만들었다. 기업의 TLO 기술분야와의 연결을 위하여 TLO 기술 데이터베이스 분석을 수행하였으며 데이터베이스 모델링은 요구사항 분석, 개념적 데이터베이스 모델링, 논리적 데이터베이스 모델링, 물리적 데이터베이스 모델링을 수행하였다. 그리고 웹 기반의 사용자 서비스 구현은 기업정보관리 기능, 기업정보검색 기능, 데이터베이스관리 기능, 사용자관리 기능, 환경설정 기능, 정보도우미 기능을 수행할 수 있게 시스템을 구축하였다.

인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 학교나 기업체 등의 네트워크가 인터넷을 통해 공유되면서 누구에게나 접속이 허용되어 많은 보안상의 문제가 발생하게 되었다 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 기존의 호스트 기반 보안 정책에서 네트워크 기반의 보안 시스템으로 침입차단 시스템을 설치하지만 침입차단 시스템은 보안을 위하여 최소 권한만을 인정하므로 사용자에게 투명한 서비스를 제공해주지 못한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 침입차단 시스템에 프록시를 두어서 서비스의 투명성을 제공하고 강력한 보안 기능을 갖는 FTP 프록시 보안모델(FTP-PSM : FTP Proxy Security Model)을 설계 및 구현을 하고 원격 보안 탐색 도구인 SAINT를 이용하여 FTP-PSM의 안전에 대한취약성 여부를 분석하고 보안기능과 성능과의 관계를 응답시간 측정을 통해 측정함으로써 평가하였다 FTP-PSM은 강한 인증 기능을 위하여 일회용패스워드기능을 제공하고 정당한 사용자에게 서비스 제공여부를 결정하기 위해 강제적 접근제어와 임의적 접근제어 기능 그리고 FTP 명령어 사용 권한을 사용자 그룹별로 인증하는 기능을 제공하여 FTP 보안의 문제점을 해결한다.

제안된 시스템은 다가오는 유비쿼터스 시대에 요구되는 기반시스템으로써 가전 및 응용프로그램 제어, 그리고 온·오프라인 커뮤니티 확립 기능을 포함하고 사용자 요구 서비스를 제공한다. 시스템은 기존의 운영체제에서 제공하지 않던 커뮤니티의 정보를 편리하게 제공할 수 있으며 커뮤니티에서의 네트워크를 위한 모니터링 기능 및 관리 기능을 제공한다. 이를 기반으로 다 계층별 관리 및 서비스 기능을 포함한 프로그램 원격지 및 제어, 설치 및 운용을 할 수 있으며 분산처리를 위한 목적의 자원 모니터링 및 제공 서비스까지 할 수 있다. 무엇보다 이러한 기능을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 시스템에 이동 에이전트와 지능형 관리 에이전트 개념을 도입하여 계층의 관리와 서비스 및 서비스 제어에 대한 기능을 위임하고 이를 실행함으로써 원격지 자원을 최대한 활용하고 사용자의 요구에 필요한 서비스 제공할 수 있다.
