The Korea Augmentation Satellite System is an SBAS system being developed with the goal of providing SoL (Safety of Life) in accordance with ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) standards by December 2023. Monitoring the status of the system is essential for the continuous provision of KASS services, and a status monitoring tool should be developed for this purpose. The development of a status monitoring tool was divided into SYSRT (SYStem Real Time monitoring tool), SMSPP (Subsystem Monitoring Statistics tool for Post Processing) depending on the purpose. Tool development was completed through a series of procedures: requirements definition, design, development, and verification. To verify the status monitoring tool, the KASS system's real data (August 2023) were used to verify it, and the results were statistically analyzed to derive operating time and operating rate. It plans to use these tools to support continuous service provision for SoL service starting after this year.

This paper provides a case for the comprehensive performance management system in Public Procurement Service. Public Procurement Service set up the BSC system at the beginning of 2006 by improving and complementing the earliest performance management system and made it possible to automatically connet the performance measurement and evaluation of the departmental and person by using CSF and KPI, which result from their mission and strategic assignments. Therefore, the public service of the adminstration is able to offer better customer service, as the private corporations do, apply the incentive and disincentive policies to the personnel and reward administration and contribute to changing the administration into an organization of competition and performance compensation. The application of the BSC system enables the strengthening of the individual evaluation system in the departmental, integration of various evaluations into one, and the establishment of a monitering system of achievement rate in the objective management in the periodic results. Such a case study of Public Procurement Service will determine the course of establishment of the BSC in other public institutions and suggest many successful methods and ideas for the performance management system.

Integration production information system is developed by these requests and globalization of production system and marketing by tough international competition of various industry product need IMS(Intelligent Manufacturing System) that cope in these change. Therefore, this paper searches analysis method, problem and development way for information system of manufacture field to construct this IMS efficiently, and develops each information strategy planning establishment step, product and integral way of products which is the systematic establishment way of essential information strategy planning in efficient manufacturing information system construction. Also, this paper presents detailed system design methods of each step and templates for efficient methodology of information strategy planning to support IMS efficiently.

Construction post-evaluation (CPE) boosts the efficiency of public construction projects by assessing the performance results of public construction projects and using the results to pursue similar projects. This evaluation comprehensively analyzes and assesses the planning of construction work, the estimated and actual construction costs, the construction period, the demand for construction projects, and the effects of construction projects after the construction work to ensure efficiency. The data was used to prevent lax project execution and enhance the quality and efficiency of similar construction projects. On the other hand, CPE results information must be managed systematically to refer to and use CPE data in similar construction projects. Therefore, in this study, the CPE system was developed as a measure of the systematic and comprehensive management and use of the CPE results information of individual ordering agencies. Therefore, the groundwork was laid for the assurance of quality enhancement and efficient project execution in public construction projects. This system is expected to serve as a useful tool for comprehensively analyzing and assessing construction works.

NOTAM is an announcement that is distributed to flight attendants with status information related to aviation. ICAO, the International Civilian Aviation Organization, recommends that a NOTAM service be provided for the SBAS service in order to use the SBAS signal-based access procedure. To comply with ICAO recommendation, KASS must provide NOTAM service to all aircraft landing using SBAS signal in order to provide APV-I SoL service. Therefore, it is necessary to develop KASS NOTAM system to provide KASS NOTAM service. In this paper, we analyzed the regulations related to NOTAM in Korea and abroad and analyzed the present state of NOTAM service in Korea. Based on this, we propose a method of providing KASS NOTAM service. We analyzed the NOTAM system of WAAS in the US and EGNOS in Europe and analyzed the main functional requirements of the KASS NOTAM system.

In this paper, smartphone based measuring device was developed by integration of several sonsors such as moving, temperature, pulsation, respiration and hearing and sever/client programs was developed for the data acquisition and communication between smartphone and server computer. Then, the concept of CSI(combined safety index) was proposed for the comprehensive diagnositcs of workers status. For the validation of the proposed concept, the real data was acquired by boarding at training ship of korea maritime and ocean university. The acquired data was analyzed with the stochastical method of regressionn, then the meaningful result was driven that could explain the relation between the risky situation and the measured chronical data.

Recent developments and integration of IT are expanding the possibility of various instructional learning methods in education environments. Contemporary learning theory such as open education, self-directed learning, student's centered learning describes the students as an active and engaged information user and underscores the importance of information literacy. Therefore, school library today focus on the process of learning-teaching process rather than dissemination information, and emphasized the focus of the school electronic library as information center. The purpose of this study is examined physical components of School Electronic Library, design a model of information system and suggests a strategy for implementing teaching-learning process support services based on school electronic library and information system.

This paper is designed to report the results of response manual development in relation to the freeway Incident Management System(FIMS) development as part of Intelligent Transportation Systems Research and Development program. The central core of the FIMS is an integration of the component parts and the modular, but integrated system for freeway management. The whole approach has been component-orientated, with a secondary emphasis being placed on the traffic characteristics at the sites. The first task taken during the process was the selection of the required actions for each step within the Incident Management System. After through review and analysis of existing incident response procedures and manuals, the incident response manual led to the utilization of different technologies and actions in relation to the specific needs and character of the incidents. FIMS also provides Integrated Incident Management according to the verified incident information provided by the each components The deployment of containment and mitigation strategies for incidents will be automatic or manual depending on the configuration of the system. It is anticipated that, over a period of time, operators will be able to response the incident using integrated and organized Procedures and action items.

A living environment of filming and fishing village is on the serious conditions because of the situation of rural exodus, import of farm products from advanced nations and various other factors. This study devised an improvement project of a group village and computerized related data connected with one in order to promote poor living conditions of farmers and fishermen to the urban level. In this study, we show that we can give necessary information when we build up integration system as well as we can expect quickness and correctness of a work management with computer for related data about an production project of a group village at farming and fishing village. In addition it is show that is possible to guide management data when we undertake revision and repair of facilities rapidly and can support an intensive decision among alternative plans.

It is important to analyze and offer specialized start-ups effect factors for collegians in order to systematically and successfully support technology-centered start-ups of collegians, whose social experience is insufficient. However, consistently changing start ups environmental analysis is difficult, which can be a problem, because technology-centered start-ups factor analysis is carried out depending on statistical package. This paper proposes an ATSA system that demonstrates effect factors on technology-centered start-ups decision making as a hierarchial structure by using AHP, inputs the effect factors to judgment matrix after pre-processing, calculates standardized values and weights, verifies consistency, and draws priorities through weights integration. It was confirmed that the ATSA system can efficiently support decision making for technology-centered start-ups by quantitatively analyzing qualitative factors through experiments by applying multi-criteria decision making to the analyses of start-ups founders' internal and external factors and various start-ups environments.
