Commercial sports facilities dissatisfy and have the problem in facility management and social institution when we compare with advanced nation. To develop commercial sports facilities, government must improve facility management ability and increase social institutional support. First, to improve facility management ability, government must make effort for instructor's treatment better, employment extension, strengthening of management and marketing ability, improvement of service quality and consumer satisfaction, facility's modernization. Second, to extend social institutional support, government have to make effort for cultivation and disposition of specialized human power, deregulation and institution improvement of sports facility, support extension of taxes and finance, establishing information network of sports facility. Finally, the main body of commercial sports facilities have to make progressive effort for improving facility management ability, and government have to make excellent social environment developing commercial sports facilities.

우리 나라는 70년대까지 광업은 부흥하였으나, 그 이후 급속히 위축되면서 80년대 이후 거의 대부분 광산들이 폐광 또는 휴광된 실정이다. 그 결과 현재 전국 각지에 다수의 폐갱도가 존재하게 되었으며, 이제는 지반침하 및 각종 침출수의 원인자로 간주될 정도이다. 최근 지자체에서는 이런 폐갱도를 지역 자원으로서 가치를 인정하고 지역 활성화를 위해 재 이용하려는 움직임이 보이고 있는데, 구체적으로는 관광시설, 연구시설, 농업생산시설, 저장시설, 폐기물처리시설 등이다. 일본은 폐광된 금속광산 재활용을 위해 입지여건과 주변지역, 입갱 가능성 등 기초조사를 하였다. 조사결과 폐갱도의 문제점으로 입갱이 가능한 광산이 적다는 점을 들 수 있다. 대부분의 광산은 갱구가 함몰되었거나, 갱내에 지하수가 차 있어 접근이 불가능한 경우가 대부분이다. 비교적 양호한 암반 경우는 서브 레벨 스토핑, 잔주, 주방식 등의 채굴법에 의해 대규모 공동이 잔존하고 있는 경우도 있지만 그리 많지 않았다. 폐광된 광산 재활용 여건은 우리 나라와 일본이 대동소이 경우로 현실적으로 활용이 가능한 폐광은 많지 않으며 활용코자 할 때에는 기존갱도를 활용하면서 암반이 견고한 곳에 새로운 갱도를 설치하여야 한다. 그러나 몇몇 곳에서는 매우 유용하게 잘 활용되고 있는 곳도 있고, 연구 검토하면 충분한 활용성이 있다고 생각되는 곳도 있다. 그러므로 현재의 상황을 보고 판단할 것이 아니라, 활용기술과 접목해서 활용성을 검토함으로써 불용 자산의 유용화 방안이 검토되어야 할 것이다. 현재 가행중인 광산은 입지여건 및 암반이 양호하고, 대형갱도를 굴착하는 석회석광산 등을 선택하여 폐광 후 활용이 가능토록 채광기술 발전시켜 나가야 하며, 인간 중심적인 시설 또는 산물 중심적인 시설로 구분하여 폐광 후 복구비용을 우선 지원하는 방식 등을 통하여 시추, 탐광굴진, 현대화, 수갱굴착, 자금융자 등을 지원하는 우리 공사와 산업자원부가 지자체, 산림청, 건교부, 농림부 등과 연계하여 종합적인 지원육성책을 마련하여야 할 것이다. 결과적으로, 지방자치단체 등에서 관심을 갖고 있는 저장시설, 폐기물처리시설, 관광시설, 농업생산시설, 연구시설 등을 중심으로 ＆apos;광산 채굴적을 미래에 어떻게 활용한 것인가＆apos;를 선진외국 사례를 벤치마킹하고, 연구ㆍ검토하여 친환경적인 광산개발이 되도록 기본적인 방향과 개념을 갖도록 하여 관련 정책을 계획적이고, 체계적으로 수립 일관성 있게 추진해 나가야 할 것이다.

The urban expansion and the modernization of the urban infrastructure need a new technology to manage the facilities. The sewer management, one of the urban infrastructures, requires geographical information systems(GIS) for this purpose, and can be supported by the expert system. Consequently, non-professionals can use this system conveniently. In this study, the search and retrieving capacity of the relational database management system(DBMS) and the chain topology generator of the vector-based GIS were integrated into the sewer management system together with the expert knowledge. This system can predict the sewer volume charge by the simulation, and automate these procedures. This system is also user-friendly by using the user-interface. Finally, the system was applied to one of the Seoul drainage districts and tested.

Due to emergence of large discount mart and on-line shopping, and the resulting shrinkage of market share, traditional market that is typically having operational disadvantages is facing a predicament. However, considering the total sales volume and the consumer traffic, it is true that traditional market still plays an important role. In this context, traditional market should be vitalized through an improved management system as well as restructuring, and seek a balanced growth in the distribution industry. In order to provide competitiveness to the local traditional market of Jeung-Pyung Province and to vitalize the local economy, an analysis was preformed for the local market environment, and the vitalization plans, which can be referenced in determining the local economic policies, are suggested in this paper.

본 연구는 국내사업체 수에서 87.9% 이상을 차지하고 있는 소상공인들의 창업과 경영애로 분야에서 가장 시너지효과가 크다고 보여지는 소상공인 조직화부분에 대하여 실증적 연구를 실시하였다. 본연구은 소상공인 조직화를 위하여 소상공인 조직화를 프랜차이즈, 공동브랜드, 업종별 협회, 시 군 구에 등록된 상인회로 구분하였다. 소상공인들의 내적인 면에서 경영전략 선정에 있어서 어떠한 가치관을 가지는 지에 대하여 국내 최초로 군집분석에 의한 실증적인 분석을 시도하였다. 연구결과 소상공인의 인구통계적인 유형에서 성별, 학력, 연령, 업종별로 유의한 조직화 인지와 조직화 효과 그리고 최종적인 경영성과에 차이가 있음을 밝혀냈다. 또한 소상공인들이 경영전략 가치관에 대하여 군집분석을 실시한 결과 가격경쟁지향과 마케팅경쟁지향, 무개념 경영등 3가지 유형의 프로파일을 도출할 수 있었다. 이러한 소상공인 조직화에 대한 프로파일 도출과 조직화 인식도에 따른 경영 성공과 실패의 상호관계에 대한 연구 결과가 의미하는 바는, 향후 정부에서는 소상공인에 대하여 시설 개선과 현대화 사업 추진 못지않게 조직화 개발과 같은 조직관리에 대한 경영현대화 사업에 더욱 많은 노력을 경주하여야 하는 필요성을 밝혀 주었다.

안전한 축산물에 대한 소비자의 신뢰 제고를 위해 사료에 첨가되는 항생제의 종류를 단계적으로 감축하고 있다. 정부는 2011년 하반기부터 사료첨가용 항생제 사용을 전면 금지하는 관련법령을 추진하고 있고, 친환경 축산업을 정책적으로 육성하고, 천연물질을 활용한 대체물질 개발 보급에 전력을 다한다는 방침이다. 그동안 각 계열사들도 무항생제 인증 및 HACCP 인증 등 농가의 축사 시설 현대화 사업과 더불어 중점적으로 농가에 지원하고 연구하고 있는 상황이다. 하지만 아직 전체적인 양계 농장들의 시설이 열악하고 방역시스템도 갖추어져 있지 않는 농장이 대부분이어서 아직은 정부 정책의 속도가 너무 빠른 결정이 아닌가 걱정하는 분들의 목소리도 무시 못할 상황이다. 이번 호에서는 무항생제 인증 사육에 대한 우리의 과제를 뒤돌아 보고 문제 해결을 위한 방향성에 대해 고민해 보고자 한다.

The conventional sight for a traditional market has been concentrated on modernization of an institution. However, Korea doubt is stated very much whether you can secure competition predominance because a traditional market has appearance as the sale institution which is not inferior to modern shopping mall. Then it is judged to be it the necessity that conceptual justice and function for a traditional market are done of newly. A cultural function showed the traditional markets by accomplishing tradition and a function of a market. Therefore when a traditional market catches a characteristic of a place, I will come to regain original value.

원예생산시설에 대한 정부지원사업이 본격화 된 '91년부터 농가보급형 비닐하우스(1-2W형)는 '94년 현재 1,364ha가 농가에 보급되어 시설원예 현대화에 크게 기여하고 있지만, 피복자재를 매년 교체해야 하는데 따른 과다한 인건비 소요, 물받이 홈통부분에 말아올리기식의 천창환기에 따른 고온기 환기불량 등의 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 폴리에털렌 테레프탈레이트(PET)필름이나 폴리카보네이트(PC)판으로 지붕부분을 피복하고, 측면을 망사혼입 필름이나 PET필름으로 피복하여 매년 피복재를 교체하지않도록 하고 천창환기는 양지붕형 온실의 천창환기방식을 도입하여 하우스내의 환기효율을 높여 토마토의 생육반응을 알아보고자 실험을 실시하였다.
