This article is aimed at evaluating the comic industries cluster in the cartoonists' perspective in terms of benefits, innovation milieu and loyalty. This article surveyed the 105 cartoonists in the Bucheon comic industries cluster, which has been established since 1998. As a result of analysis, cartoonists evaluated the comic industries cluster in term of facilities, knowledge and information, and social relationship in the positive way. However, the business network with the comic companies, the other contents industries is not established. The communication and collaboration between the cartoonists and local communities is not active in the Bucheon comic industries cluster. In addition, while comic industries cluster is effective in terms of city branding, the comic industries cluster is not effective in terms of economic impacts. In general, cartoonists' loyalty to the comic industries cluster is highly evaluated. The five factors such as knowledge, policy, urban regeneration, facilities are very significant in terms of the cartoonists' loyalty. This article concludes with a discussion of the sustainable strategies of the comic industries cluster in the context of creative city through comic resources.

The present study has a goal of investigating the effects of self-efficacy and facet Job Satisfaction on global job satisfaction in the Workers of Residential Facilities. As a result of analyzing the data of 269 participants, we obtained three factors of self-efficacy: competence, self confidence, and propulsion. Significant 7 factors of global job satisfaction are social recognition, job itself, relationship of clients, salary, relationship of superiors, working condition, and propulsion. And both facet job satisfaction and turnover intention are influenced upon social recognition, salary, and relationship of superiors. Also, facet job satisfaction is affected by job itself and relationship of clients, but turnover intention is affected by working condition and propulsion. This article concluded with a discussion of implications of job satisfaction on quality of welfare service along with current research imitations and future research themes and tasks.

교육의 국제화로 인해 국내 대학에 재학 중인 유학생의 수가 매년 증가하고 있다. 그러나 유학생들이 학습 자원을 얻기 위한 가장 큰 정보원인 대학도서관은 유학생들을 위한 다국어 지원 서비스를 충분히 제공하고 있지 않은 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학도서관에서 제공하는 서비스 중 다국어 지원이 가능한 서비스 요인들을 선정하고 해당 요인들이 유학생들의 대학도서관 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 선행연구를 바탕으로 사서/직원의 서비스(응답능력, 태도), 도서관 시설 이용(시설 안내, 장비 사용), 자료 접근 및 이용(홈페이지, 서가 배치), 이용자 서비스(이용자교육, 기타서비스)를 요인을 도출하였고 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 도서관 시설 이용이 대학도서관 이용 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있었으며 사서/직원의 서비스와 이용자 서비스 또한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

In the previous Department of Defense informed military is needed more than ever. Residents to come to the old military thinking is not good. Study the transfer of most of the residents feel good military and some of the residents were thinking negatively. In the present study refer to the Department of Defense to improve the relationship between citizens and the future if the military is thought to ease the migration.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perception factors on the brand apartment for customer satisfaction by classifying perception factors into environmental factor, interior factor, brand value factor, economic factor and social factor. Variables used in this study were compiled from the survey, which was done by the people living in Pusan from Aug. 17, 2009 to Aug. 31, 2009. In the results of this study, the perception that the brand apartment had better interior quality, brand value, saleability and possibility of price rising than the common one had effects on customer satisfaction. This study analyzed the effect of perception factors on the brand apartment for post-purchase satisfaction of customer. It is expected that the results of study would help construction companies establish marketing strategies to increase customer's interest and develop the brand apartment in consideration of perception factors with a high post-purchase satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to practically figure out the relationship between Natural Forest service quality on user's satisfaction and demand to revisit. The results are as follows: First, the agent service quality, facility, accessibility, and cost as factors of the Natural Forest service quality. These are all influenced positively for visitor's satisfaction by priority of agent service> accessibility> facility> cost. Second, the agent service quality, facility, accessibility are all influenced positively on visitor's demand on revisit by priority of agent service> accessibility> facility. But the cost doesn't make an influence on revisiting. Third, the visitor's satisfaction made it as an influence on revisiting demand positively. These are the results for the research m service quality, user's satisfaction, facility, accessibility, and cost of the 5 Natural Forest over the Kyung-buk Province. We finally figured out the agent service quality is the most important factor to improve the quality of Natural Forest facility. We are sure about the improvement of the agent service quality which will make it successful.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for developing the practical park management. For this, satisfaction degree, satisfaction factors and estimated model by satisfaction variables of visitors analyzed through a questionnaire survey in Naejangsan National Park, Korea. In the evaluation of the satisfaction, variables of 'Lack of public facility'. 'Lack of use program', 'Lack of facility to stay' 'Charge of user fee, parking fee' and 'Exorbitant pay' at Naejangsan park office and 'Charge of user fee, parking fee', 'Lack of use program' and 'Lack of facility to stay' at Baekam park office was more unsatisfied than any other variable. Satisfaction factors by Factor Analysis were loaded with 'Facility management' at Naejangsan park office(34.3%) and 'user management' at Baekam park office(45.6%) by the highest contribution degree. In estimated model of satisfaction by Multiple Regression Analysis showed in order of 'damage of trail', 'Lack of commercial facility', and 'Littering problem' at Naejangsan park office and 'damage of cultural and historic resource', 'Lack of commercial facility', 'Touting' at Baekam park office. So, Naejangsan National Park needed intensive management policy and institutional apparatus for facility management and user education.

This study examined the factors affecting forms of long-term care service use by elderly and the forms of use are classified facility care service, home care service, and unused. It is used data from the 2nd pilot program for the Long Term Care Insurance scheme and it is analysed 5,497 cases. Multi-nominal regression is used. According to the results, women use formal service more than man do, and wowen use facility care than home care. Those who eligible for National Basic Livelihood Security System(NBLSS) are shown to have higher use of formal care(especially facility care) than the middle income class, and the low income class than the middle income class has lower use of formal care. In addition, higher the family care is available, lower the taking part in the service. The big cities and mid sized cities than rural are used the formal service and moreover mid sized cities are used facility care than home care. Furthermore, the level of care need is determinants of service use and function of ADL, IADL, and abnormal behavior is also determinants of formal service(especially facility care). But nursing need and rehabilitation need are not determinants of formal service use. Based on the results, the recommendations are developed and implemented for the improvement the elderly long-term care insurance.

본 연구는 대학 환경특성이 전반적 서비스품질, 서비스가치와 학생만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 구조적 관계를 설정하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 저자들은 선행연구와 학생들과의 토의를 통하여 학생만족을 결정짓는 변수들을 24개로 선정하였다. 요인분석 결과, 교수/교육과정, 교육시설, 학내외 활동/위치, 교육지원서비스, 편의시설, 수업료의 6개 요인이 도출되었다. C 대학교의 463명의 학생으로부터 수집된 자료는 Lisrel 8.3을 이용하여 분석되었다. 실증분석 결과, 요약과 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육시설 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학내외 활동/위치 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육지원서비스 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교수/교육과정 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전반적 서비스품질이 지각된 서비스가치에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 여섯째, 전반적 서비스품질이 학생만족에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 지각된 서비스가치가 학생만족에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 대학환경특성과 학생만족 간의 관계에 있어서 전반적 서비스품질과 서비스가치가 매개역할을 한다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 연구의 마지막에서는 관리적 시사점과 미래의 연구방향이 제시되었다.
