중국에서는 관광, 휴식, 체험교육의 목적으로 농촌지역의 놀이농원이 증가하고 있다. 특히 농촌지역 수변공간의 놀이공원에 대한 이용의 증가는 수변공간에 대한 경관 및 단지 설계가 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 산동성 등주시의 수변놀이농원의 이용자 1194명을 대상으로 설문지와 관찰 등의 연구방법을 통하여 이용 행태와 요구를 분석하였다. 이용자들은 연령대에 따라 다른 이용행태 및 요구를 보이고 있다. 먼저 이용행태에서 20대 이하는 흥미와 동적인 놀이의 이용행태를 선호하며, 연령대가 증가함에 따라 덜 동적인 이용행태를 선호하였다. 또한 모든 이용자들은 새롭고, 흥미롭고, 편안한 이용시설에 대한 요구가 높았다. 경관요소에 대한 평가에서 20대와 41살 이상의 집단간에 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있으며, 20~40살 집단간에는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 20대의 이용자들은 시설이용에서 안전성과 레크리에이션기능에 대한 요구가 높았고, 41살 이상의 이용자들은 휴식시설과 공간의 확대를 요구하였다. 또한 이용자들의 대부분이 휴식시설에 대한 요구에서 그늘, 편안함, 양적인 차원에서 시설확대 및 보완의 요구가 높았다. 따라서 농촌관광에서 여가공간의 이용하는데 있어서 방문객의 태도와 만족도에 관한 연구들은 인본주의에 바탕을 둔 편의시설의 확대와 질적 개선이 요구되고 있으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 최근에 증가하고 있는 중국인의 한국관광 및 방문에 대비하여 중국인의 관광시설선호와 이용만족 증가를 위한 실증적인 자료수집과 대안모색이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is an analysis of importance and requirement factors in the aspect of facility manager for correctional facility. For this study, It limited ranges of study in 11 correctional facilities that have been completed after 2000 years. It had survey and interview with managers of correctional facilities that are selected for study and then it derived the requirement factors of correctional facilities. Based on those requirement factors, Importance analysis is performed by using AHP method. The result of this study are as follows: 1) The fields are divided into architecture, building finishing, machinery, electricity fields and it derives details of each field. 2) The results of importance on requirements of managers in correctional facilities are as follows. Planing of building arrangement (10.9%) in architecture, secure plan for soundproof partition (14.1%) in building finishing, isolation lining of heating and cooling system(11.9%) in machinery, and improvement of control system(12.2%) in electricity.

지난 3월 28일, '8.31 부동산대책'의 하나로 도입된 기반 시설 부담금 제도의 근거법령인 '기반시설부담금에관한법령'이 폐지됐다. 새 정부가 국정 '100일 과제'로 선정.추진한 결과다. 주택 사업 추진의 큰 장애 요인 하나가 사라진 셈이다. 그러나 주택 개발 사업 승인의 조건으로 승인권자가 사업자에게 기부 채납을 요구하는 경우 과도한 요구로 인해 사업 승인이 지연되거나 사업자의 초기 부담이 크게 증가하는 문제점은 크게 해소되지 않고 있다. 학교 시설 설치 요구 또한 계속되고 있다. 기부 채납 요구의 문제점과 개선 방안에 대해 알아보자.

본 논문에서는 전화국의 전원시설 중 핵심인 정류시설에 대해 다룬다. 현재 사용되고 있는 정류기 종류인 싸이리스터형 정류기, 철공지형 정류기, 스위칭형 정류기에 대해 원리와 장단점을 서술한다. 통신운용회사에서 중요한 요소로 고려하는 운용 및 유지보수에 관련된 요구사항을 포함하여 정류시설에 대해 필요한 기술적 요구조건을 기술하고, 마지막 부분에서는 새로운 통신 서비스의 등장에 대응한 정류 시설의 향후 발전방향에 대해 다룬다.

This paper was intended to empirically identify problems with recreational sea fishing park facilities installed to help reinvigorate local economy of fishing villages in order to mitigate shortage of fishing facilities amid an increase in sea fishers and spur evolution of sea fishing into a marine leisure activity, on which basis this researcher presented direction for facility planning which is deemed necessary to map out the plan for sea fishing parks, along with measures designed to improve sea fishing park facilities. To analyze the problems related to sea fishing park facilities, we conducted a survey on facility operations involving 9 sea fishing parks and 2 sea ranches and had an investigative interview with facility manager. Moreover, a survey was conducted of fishers in 25 sea fishing places, including sea fishing park, fishing experience village, etc., in order to investigate their demand for facilities. The results of survey suggested that there was a significant demand for expansion of amenities such as safety facilities, toilets, lounge facilities, etc., which can accommodate the increase in the number of people fishing with family. Furthermore, the results showed that there was a huge demand for introduction of facilities aiding leisure activities in addition to facilities for fishing activities including education facilities such as fishing site at the corner exclusive for beginners, experiential facilities, camping site, seaside park, promenade, etc. Thus, sea fishing park should be the complex leisure space with a focus on fishing activities and requires facility configuration and facility planning suited to activity requirements within fishing park.

This study is an analysis on the needs assessment of school library facilities in Korea. After exploring KLA's Standards for Korean Libraries, IFLA's School Library Guidelines and AASL's Empowering Learners, the needs assessment tool of school library facilities was proposed in the previous study. The tool contains 10 major properties on school library facilities. This study gathered data from 507 students and 134 teacher librarians. The result of analysis is as follows: Students and teacher librarians evaluated the importance of library facilities more highly than the current level of facilities. Collection access, convenience and space are revealed more important properties to students and good environment, expandability, collection access are more important to teacher librarians among the properties.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of Korean child welfare facilities using the DEA analysis method and to present policies. The input variables for the analysis of this data were the number of employees, the number of facilities, and the number of gardens, and the output variables were the current sources. The results of the study are as follows. As a result of CCR analysis, inefficient facilities were found to be temporary protection facilities and comprehensive facilities. As a result of BCC analysis, inefficient facilities were identified as temporary protection facilities. As a result of SE analysis, inefficient facilities were found to be temporary protection facilities. The suggestion is as follows. First, adjustment of the capacity of temporary protection facilities is required. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the professionalism of workers in child welfare facilities. Third, strengthen the expertise of the child welfare facility manager.

This study aims at developing standardized needs assessment tool for school library facilities. To find common properties of school library facilities, this study explored KLA's Standards for Korean Libraries, IFLA's The School Library Guidelines and AASL's Empowering Learners. Through these standards 10 common properties are selected to include in the assessment tool. As the result, this study proposed needs assessment tool for school library facilities in form of survey and several ways to apply it according to each library situation.

The essential factor for house cultivation is water management. Water requirement of crop is the most important for the water management. The water requirement of crop is different according to the area as well as climate condition and growth stage. However, the measurement of PET (Potential Evapo-Transpiration) and crop coefficient (Kc) is very difficult especially in house cultivation. Therefore, the PET and Kc of red pepper are estimated based on the lysimeter experiments carried out by the RDA for 11 years about the ratio of house cultivation to wild cultivation. Periodic PET, mean water requirement (MWR) and accumulated water requirement (AWR) of red pepper cultivated in house are evaluated.

현재 국방부는 주요 핵심 시설에 대해 EMP 방호 시설 건설 사업을 추진하고 있으며, 향후 더욱 많은 방호 시설 확보 계획을 가지고 있다. EMP 방호 시설은 장비 운용 중 방호 성능이 감소하여도 감소 현상을 알지 못하다가 EMP 공격을 받게 되면 그때 문제가 발생하게 된다. 따라서 EMP 방호 시설에 대한 정비 유지는 매우 중요하며, 방호 시설에 대한 성능 감소 여부를 평상시에도 확인할 수 있는 체계적이고, 현실적인 정비 유지 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 EMP 방호 시설 정비 유지에 필요한 정비 유지 기법을 미국 EMP 방호 시설 군사 규격 MIL-STD-188-125의 정비 유지 요구사항을 기준으로 구체적으로 작성하였으며, 실제 EMP 방호 시설 정비 유지에 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 노력하였다. 주요 내용은 EMP 방호 시설에 대한 정비 개념, 정비 매뉴얼 구성, 정비 유지 단계(예방 정비, 고장 정비, 창 정비)의 업무, 교육/훈련 내용으로 구성되어 있다.
