Currently, conventional fire prevention facility installation standard is based on the use and size of the domestic theaters. In the study, theaters with 1,900 seats were examined to suggest a suitable method to adapt a better fire preventing system. The proposed systems are as follow. - 100% of backup pressed-water outlet device, considering waterproof pressure for fire prevention facility at the top floor. - The supplement of the side wall type header and a large caliber outlet header for stage open sprinkler. - Subdividing a installation rule for special detector and implementing the latestdetector. - Installation of fire curtain for dividing stage area and auditorium area, and also the method of installation of fire curtain.

대한설비건설협회는 지난해 7월 개정된 도시가스사업법 시행규칙 제20조의2 '특정가스사용시설' 규정과 관련 코드기준(KGS FU551 등) 등 세부기준이 건설업계와 설비시공업계에 규제 강화로 적용됨에 따라 민원이 속출하고 있어, 이를 제외 및 폐지하여 줄 것을 지난 3월 14일 산업자원통상부와 한국가스안전공사에 건의했다. 현재까지 단 한건의 가스누출사고도 없었던 매립(매몰) 배관에 대해 안전성을 강화한다는 명분으로 고가의 다기능가스안전계량기를 설치토록 하고, 추가로 한국가스안전공사의 완성검사 및 기술검토까지 받도록 하는 것은 이중규제로 지적되고 있다. 또한 점검구의 경우 천정높이와 현장여건에 따라 설치 개수도 달라지며, 설치 후 실질적인 수리 보수를 할 수 없는데다 미관상 많은 민원을 초래할 수 있어 무용지물이 될 수 있다고 업계는 지적하고 있다. 이에따라 대한설비건설협회는 ${\triangle}$건축물 내 도시가스 매립(매몰)배관 특정가스사용시설 제외 ${\triangle}$가스용 금속플렉시블배관용호스 은폐(천정) 설치 시 점검구 또는 다기능가스안전계량기 설치 의무화 Code기준의 개선을 촉구했다. 또한 지난 3월 13일 제도 홍보를 위해 개최된 '건축물내 매립배관 제도개선 현황과 과제' 세미나에서도 대한설비건설협회는 이같은 문제점을 지적하고 보완책 마련을 건의했다.

One of the basic requirements for the most advanced countries would be the well-planned traffic infrastructures. For such traffic safety systems, foreign countries follow the current tendency to which they manage the traffic facilities and equipments based on the objective assessment for the state of every traffic safety facility in terms of Asset Management(AM). As the road safety facilities related among them are very diverse, and their functions are very important as well, the regulations and directions for installing them are enacted. However, despite the standards and directions for the installations, sometimes, the facilities are not installed in accordance with the standards, not only causing inconvenience to the users but also negatively affecting the safety for them. In the study, for the facilities in which the installation interval and height are standardized according to the designed speed and geometrical structure of the road among the various road safety facilities, the image analysis model capable of measuring them with a line scanning camera was developed. In addition, the program systematically analyzing this was also developed and applied to the field and, as the result of that, the size and installation interval of the facilities could be measured fast and accurately.

우리나라의 산재사망률과 산업재해 발생은 세계 최고 수준이다. 여기에는 여러 가지 이유가 있지만, 노동자의 휴식권이 제대로 보장되지 않고 있는 우리나라 산업현장의 특성도 한 원인으로 지목되고 있다. 근로기준법 제54조에 따르면 사용자는 노동자에게 휴게시간을 주도록 규정되어 있다. 그러나 휴게시설 설치에 관한 별도의 의무 조항은 없는 상황이다. 노동자의 휴게시간이 보장되어 있지만, 쉴 공간이 없는 것이다. 이러한 문제를 개선하고자 2021년 8월 산업안전보건법이 개정되면서 사업주의 휴게시설 설치 의무가 법률적 근거로 마련됐다. 개정된 법은 올해 8월부터 시행됐다. 하지만 2022년 4월 25일 정부가 내놓은 하위법령을 보면, 휴게시설 설치 의무 대상을 사업장 규모(상시 노동자수 20명 이상만 시행)와 사업의 종류(설치 필수직종 규정)별로 여러 제약조건을 두면서 법 개정 취지가 무색해지고 있다.

본 논문에서는 서울시를 대상으로 2020년 기준 자치구별 공공체육시설의 개수를 분석하고, 도출된 서비스 지역 적정 개소 수를 기준으로 추가 설치가 필요한 자치구 내 입지를 예측하였다. 기존 공공 체육시설 수와 선행연구의 입지 지표를 활용해 회귀분석을 바탕으로 유의한 입지요인을 도출하고, 이를 변수로 한 k-means 군집화를 통해 자치구별 입지 후보군이 될만한 행정구역상 동을 구분하였다. 이후 선정된 행정구역 내 기준 인구 당 공공체육시설 비율이 같아지도록 공공체육시설 설치 개수를 결정한 다음 각 구역의 중심점으로부터 가까운 동 순으로 공공체육시설의 추가 설치가 필요한 동을 선정하였다.

At present, 265 national food waste recycling facilities have been operated by public facilities 95 and private facilities 160. it has continuously installed a food waste treatment facility from 1997. The government set up and implemented guidelines and inspection standards for the installation and operation of the facilities. However, unclear detailed examination items, designs and process standards for the installation procedures of the facilities are causing problems due to the unskilled operation management system, decrease in efficiency and defects of a facility. This study conducted mail and site surveys on 95 public food waste recycling facilities that it suggest the ways to operate facilities which minimize problems. At the result of investigation, a pre-treatment facility was not installed 2 systems(2 inputting facilities) and hopper covers and food was overloaded. also the transportation amount was excessive. In case of a main treatment facility, the secondary environmental pollution was caused by inexperienced operation and the efficiency of the facility was reduced due to excessive input of food. also the operation management standards of the facilities were inappropriate. The odor and food waste leachate treatment facility is investigated as problems that are unskilled operation, lack of regular inspection and inappropriate capacity of the treatment facility. Based on the problems found through the investigation, it suggested some ways of efficient operation. this study might contribute to minimize mistakes and defects and improve the efficiency of install and operation course of food waste recycling facilities through finding.

2006년부터 시행 중인 「교통약자의 이동편의 증진법(교통약자법)」 제6조에 따라 교통약자의 이동편의증진을 위한 5년 단위 국가계획인 제4차 교통약자 이동편의 증진계획(2022~2026)이 수립 중에 있다. 2021년에 조사된 여객선의 기준적합 설치현황을 보면, '19~'20년 기준 여객선의 기준적합 설치율이 34.9%로 타 교통수단에 비해서 매우 낮은 설치율을 보이고 있다. 해양수산부에서는 2000년부터 연안여객선의 교통약자 이동편의시설 설치를 통한 장애인 노약자 등 교통약자의 이동편의 증진을 위해, 연안여객선 교통약자 이동편의시설 설치 지원 사업을 진행 중에 있으나, 여객선의 구조적 특성으로 인한 이동편의 개선의 한계로 인해 획기적 개선은 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 발표에서는 제4차 교통약자 이동편의 증진계획 수립을 위해 해양 교통수단의 특성, 이용 만족도 및 선박의 안전성 등을 고려한 여객선 교통약자 이동편의 증진 대책을 소개하고자 한다.

도시가스는 도시생활을 유지하는데 필수 불가결한 라이프라인으로 가스사업자는 평상시 안정공급을 확보하는 것은 물론 지진과 같은 대규모의 자연재해가 발생한 경우에도 대처할 수 있도록 평상시부터 준비를 철저히 하지 않으면 안 된다. 우리나라에서는 1988년 건축물의 내진설계기준이 도입된 이래 일부시설에 대한 내진 설계기준이 설정되어 있다. 가스시설에 대해서도 1997년 한국지진공학회으로부터 우리나라의 지진환경을 고려한 가스시설의 내진성능기준(안) 및 내진설계 표준서(안)이 제시되어 가스시설물의 내진설계를 위한 기본적인 틀을 갖추었다. 현행 LPG충전소는 액화석유가스 충전시설의 시설기준 및 기술기준(액법 시행규칙 별표 3, 16항 및 KGS CODE 331~334)에 따라 비상발전기를 무조건 보유해오고 있었으나, 우리협회는 지식경제부 및 한국가스안전공사 등에 지속적 건의를 통해 관련규정 "비상전력설비 설치기준(KGS CODE)"을 개정(2011.07.27 시행)하여 비상발전기를 선택적으로 보유할 수 있도록 하였으니 충전소 운영에 참고하시기 바랍니다.
