This study aims to propose a planning direction based on the results of domestic case studies and expert advice as a basic research to establish a specific implementation model for kindergarten education space in response to changes in future society and future education by escaping from the issues and facility limitations of existing kindergarten education space. To this end, it is intended to contribute to the positive effect of future education policies by being used as basic data for building specific implementation models through review of the 'Nuri' course, domestic case analysis, and revision of specific standards for kindergarten facility planning. The main research results were case analysis and advisory consultations to derive facility standards and planning directions divided into layout plans, general classrooms, support facilities, public spaces, and external spaces, and a process for identifying and systematizing space-influencing factors based on the facility standards derived in this basic study is needed hereafter.

지난 20여년간의 비약적 경제 성장을 통하여 우리 사회는 모든 물리적 측면에서 양적인 성장과 질적인 발전을 거듭하여 왔다. 이러한 경제 성장기를 거치면서 우리의 삶은 다각도에서 변화를 겪었으며 건축환경에도 많은 변화가 있었다. 정보화, 세계화라는 시대적 흐름은 우리의 생활자체를 급속도로 변화시키고 있으며 업무용 시설을 포함한 모든 건축물이 대형화, 고층화 뿐 아니라 정보화, 현대화되고 있다. 그러나, 교육의 중요성과 이를 뒷받침해 줄 학교 시설의 중요성에도 불구하고 교육환경의 질적 개선은 상대적으로 낙후되어 있는 상황이라고 할 수 있다. 교육개혁위원회의 교육개혁방안이 계속적으로 나오고 있고 서울의 불암초등학교를 필두로 한 시설 현대화 시범학교가 시도별로 마련되고는 있지만 전반적인 교육 환경은 아직 열악한 상태이다. 특히 구도심부에 위치한 초등학교의 경우, 준공된 후 30년 이상 경과된 학교 건물을 사용하고 있는 경우가 적지 않아 안전상의 문제마저 안고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 건물의 내구 연한이 그 한계에 달해 가고 유지보수비용이 계속적으로 늘어 경제성을 잃어 가고 있는 학교들을 대상으로 한 재건축과제가 신설 학교의 신축 또는 기존학교의 이전 못지 않은 주요 과제로 대두되고 있다. 더욱이 기존 학교의 재건축사업은 수업을 진행시켜가며 철거 및 신축공사가 단계적으로 수행돼야 한다는 어려움을 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교의 재건축을 위한 기본적인 자료를 정리하고 배치 및 평면 계획을 중심으로 한 계획 대안을 작성, 검토하여 대안별 장단점을 분석한 후 가장 바람직하다고 평가되는 안을 제시하는 것을 연구의 범위로 하였다. 계획안의 작성에 앞서 실시된 문헌조사 및 실측조사를 통하여, 신축되는 홍파초등학교에 필요한 시설의 내용 및 규모가 산정되었는데 특기할 사항은 좁은 대지임에도 불구하고 가능한 체육관 시설을 포함시키고자 하였다는 것이다. 홍파초등학교 부지는 $8,960m^2$ 정도밖에 안되는 좁은 부지로서 운동장도 제대로 확보할 수 없는 상황이었으나 체육관의 높은 활용도 및 장래의 필요성을 고려하여 소규모라도 계획되는 것이 바람직하다고 판단하였다. 열린교육에의 대응, 제반 특별교실의 확충, 식당 및 지하주차장의 확보 등 모든 시설이 현재 및 장차의 사용에 적합하도록 계획하여 현 시설의 1.5배 정도의 연면적을 갖는 신축 계획안을 작성하였다. 서울대학교와 광운대학교에서 분담하여 실시된 계획안의 작성을 통하여 총 4개의 계획안이 도출되었으며 이 대안들을 채광 및 환기, 학년별 zoning, 기능별 zoning, 열린교실의 정도, 지역사회에의 개방성, 재건축 공사의 용이성, 규모, 옥외공간의 활용성, 동선 계획, 조형성 등 10개 항목을 기준으로 평가하였다. 이러한 비교분석을 통하여 결론적으로 제1안을 최적안으로 제시하게 되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 구체적인 최종 설계안이 도출되기를 기대하는 바이다.

The purpose of this study was to propose the categorized checklist for fire risk assessment on the wooden cultural properties and to carry out field survey. The survey checklist was composed of categories such as management and administration measures(management, training and countermeasure), architectural planning measures(site plan and facility plan), and equipment measures(fire-fighting and crime prevention facility). In this study, the field survey was carried out in the Nae-jang-sa and Wha-um-sa and it was found that there were some problems in the items which were assessed importantly by experts.

This study presents a fuzzy set-theoretic approach for preparing a from-to chart and a relationship chart in order to increase system effectiveness through the proper layout planning. Though there have been a number of studies on the layout planning, they have been not well applied in industries because of difficulties in preparation of the two charts. In this study, a fuzzy mag count as a transportability measure is suggested, and the procedure for preparing two charts is explained on the basis of the count. Finally, this approach is applied to the layout planning of a ship repair shop.

크루즈 관광에 대한 인식과 생활수준 향상으로 크루즈 관광에 대한 수요가 급증하는 추세이다. 그러나 기능중심으로 발전된 항만시설은 크루즈 여객선 터미널의 건설에 대한 대응력이 미약한 실정이다. 따라서 다이어그램을 통해서 계획 된 요코하마 여객 터미널의 동선 및 배치계획을 바탕으로 크루즈 터미널에 적합한 공간설계의 기술개발을 목표로 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the arrangement type and the improvement of the Collective Facility Areas in Korean National Park. The process of this study consists of 3-steps. The first step is to analyze spatial patterns of each Collective Facility Area and categorize Collective Facility Areas into 3 types. In the second step, the critical issues are found in landscape management of Collective Facility Areas. Thirdly the alternative design of each case which can be applicable to the planning of the Collective facility Area is suggested.

Owing to generalization of design competitions since 1990s, various design methods was tried in elementary middle high school design competitions. Therefore, to analyze design characteristics of elementary middle high school is very meaningful. In this context, this study is the most important purpose for analyzing layout plans and their trends in prizewinners of elementary middle high school design competitions and for furnishing basic datum for next school design. The result of this study is following : (1) The layout patterns of school buildings are classified into 12 types. (2) Entrance design is divided into 6 types(structure, column and wall, open, half structure, general, and mixed type). (3) Square design is grouped into 7 types. (4) Pedestrian mall is sorted out 6 types(straight lineal, curve, curve and square, straight lineal and curve, and straight lineal and curve and square type). (5) Entrance types of vehicle and pedestrian are classified into 4 types(parallel, ㅡ separation, ㄱ separation, and opposite separation type) Analysis shows that the best applying for layout patterns of school buildings is ㄷ type and ㅌ type, for entrance design is structure type, for square design is ${\square}$ type and ${\bigcirc}$ type, for pedestrian mall is straight lineal and square type, and for entrance types of vehicle and pedestrian is parallel type.

As a result of rapid aging speed in our society, many problems related to elderly people have happened in many parts of our society. Among them, supply for elderly housing is one of the biggest problems. To solve these problems, 'long-term care insurance' has been put in operation from July 2008. By the time of the insurance operation, Ministry of Health and Welfare is increasing facilities every year according to '10-year expending plan of Care service infra' from 2002. As a result, the supply rate of elderly facilities has been raised. But the differences of facility supply rate between regions are very high in some cases. Therefore older people who need care sometimes cannot get proper care services in some areas. In that case, the frail older people have to use other care facilities of other regions. This is not a proper situation from the point of "Aging in Place". In order to prevent that case, it is necessary to set up proper 'Daily Living Spheres' and establish elderly care plan for it. Considering the points above, this study proposes the size of 'Daily Living Spheres' for the elderly, the kind and amount of elderly care facilities in it for the construction of Community Based Elderly Care System.

최적의 효율적이고 경쟁력 있는 물류시설을 조성하기 위해 수요업체(화주)를 대상으로 입지, 임대면적, 임대조건, 임대가격, 건물의 배치, 건물의 구조, 교통처리계획, 부대시설 등에 관한 다양한 의견을 사전에 수렴, 물류시설 건립에 반영할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 조사를 위한 시간과 비용이 과대하게 발생하는데 이러한 비효율적인 조사를 보다 효율적으로 정리하고 더 나아가 투자자의 신속하고 정확한 의사결정을 지원하기 위해서 간단하게 몇 가지의 요소만으로 사전에 진단하고 정확한 의사결정을 할 수 있는 도구의 필요성이 대두된다. 즉, 기존에는 상기에서 언급한 '수요자 접근법'을 이용하여 진행하여 왔는데, 거점적인 측면과 시설적인 측면의 요소를 반영한 새로운 "요인비교법"을 도출하였다.
