김해천문대는 2002년에 개관하여 대전, 영월을 이어 세 번째로 건립된 초기 시민천문대이다. 당시 지방자치단체에서 지방과학관 사업으로 국비를 받아 건립하였다. 초기에 개관한 시민천문대에 대한 국민들의 뜨거운 호응에 힘입어 이후 지방과학관 사업에서 대부분 시민천문대 형태로 건립되었는데, 현재 약 20개 정도의 지방자치단체에서 시민천문대를 건립하였다. 현재 도서관, 수련원, 교육과학연구원 등 기존의 교육 기관에 딸린 부설 천문대를 포함하면 청소년, 시민들이 이용할 수 있는 성격의 천문대는 전국적으로 약 80개에 이른다. 이러한 시민천문대의 등장은 국민들의 천문에 대한 관심을 높여 우리나라의 천문학 발전에 밑거름이 될 수 있기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 따라서 시민천문대에 대한 학계, 교육계의 관심과 협조가 향후 천문학 발전에 중요한 밑거름 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 시민천문대의 운영은 일반적인 과학관과는 달리 천체를 보여주는 등, 관측 활동을 중심으로 진행하기 때문에 창의적인 다양한 방법의 운영을 시도하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 특히 김해천문대의 경우 초기의 관람중심을 탈피하여 교육프로그램 중심의 운영함으로서, 소행성 탐사, 자체 기술개발 등 연구 활동이 가능할 정도로 발전하였다. 본 발표에서는 김해천문대에서 지난 9년간 진행된 다양한 사업과 프로그램을 소개하고 김해천문대 운영의 운영 변화 과정과 그 결과를 통해 향후 시민천문대의 운영 방향을 말하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine how a leader's organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affects subordinates' interpersonal citizenship behavior (ICB) and job stress levels. A leader's OCB involves taking-charge behavior, loyal boosterism, and the industry. We hypothesized that leader-member exchange (LMX) would mediate the relationship between leader's OCB and subordinates' ICB and job stress level. We tested the model using a sample of 293 employees from different organizations from September 2019 until November 2019. We conducted confirmatory factor analyses of the variables and analyzed the data by using structural equation modeling. We also conducted a CFA to assess the fit of a three-factor model for the leader's OCB items. Empirical findings show that LMX fully mediated the effect of leader's OCB on employees' ICB and job stress level. Leader's OCB had a positive effect on LMX. Moreover, LMX had a positive effect on employees' ICB but had a negative effect on job stress. We found support for our hypotheses that leader's OCB is positively related to ICB but negatively related to job stress, and this relationship is mediated by LMX. We discuss limitations, implications for practice, and future research.

2000년대 초에 일반인들을 위한 천문대인 대전, 영월, 김해에 시민천문대가 개관하던 당시 우리나라에는 시민천문대를 운영했던 전례가 없었다. 당시 시민천문대는 중소도시에서 지방과학관 사업의 일환으로 국비지원을 받아 건립하였기 때문에 입장료를 내고 관람을 하는 과학관 개념으로 운영되는 것이 자연스러웠다. 그러나 천체관측을 중심으로 진행하는 천문대는 운영자의 조작과 설명을 필요로 하기 때문에 단순히 전시물을 관람하는 기존의 과학관 운영과는 많은 차이가 있었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 2008년부터 김해천문대에서 관람중심의 운영을 탈피, 프로그램 중심의 운영을 시도하여 다양한 프로그램을 개발, 운영을 통해 많은 발전을 이루었다. 본 발표에서는 김해천문대에서 그동안 추진해 온 프로그램 중심으로의 운영 변화 과정과 그 결과를 보고하고 향후 발전시켜 나아갈 방향에 대해 소개할 예정이다.

The media movement is a movement to separate from the political power and to dismantle the media power and to seek the control of citizens' media. Political power is the biggest factor that violates the fairness and independence of the media in the public domain. On the other hand, the factor that interferes with the healthy and responsible media of the press in the private sector is the media power originating from the owner. Citizens 'media campaign emphasizes citizens' mobility as a subject that monitors the political power and media power that have the sovereignty of the media belonging to the citizen and may infringe on this sovereignty.In the Lee Myung Bak - Park Geun Hye regime, the civil press movement was a period of resistance and struggle. Citizen media campaigns have completely collapsed with governance. As a result, the intellectuals who have expertise in the media have lost their place in the discussion and presentation of the policy alternatives in which the policy production is centered. The influence of citizen media organizations, which are centered on activists rather than citizen's direct action, is limited. In order to strengthen the power of the media reform, it is necessary to reconstruct social forces such as civil society, media unions, media organizations and political forces. We should also look for various ways in which citizens can participate actively in the agenda and activities of the movement. In addition, it is necessary to expand the movement of the media.

The purpose of this study is to develop the global citizenship education program content system in the context of the 2022 revised home economics curriculum, recognizing the need for global citizenship education. The study is grounded in practical problem-based program. In the analysis stage, the educational trend requiring global citizenship education in the national curriculum was elucidated by analyzing the 2022 revised curriculum documents and future education documents related to global citizenship education. A framework for global citizenship education goals within home economics curriculum was designed. Accordingly, the educational goal of this curriculum, "Cultivation of family competencies linked to global citizenship competencies," was established by posing the perennial question, "As a global citizen, what actions should I take for sustainable choices related to the living environment?" In the design stage, four key ideas in the "Living Environment and Sustainable Choices" domain of the 2022 revised home economics curriculum for elementary school were analyzed to derive practical problems. In the development stage, content elements were derived based on four criteria. This study is significant in analyzing the need for global citizenship education within home economics context by analyzing documents related to global citizenship competencies for the future and examining the 2022 revised curriculum's general framework and home economics education curriculum.

In recent years, partnership has become a central strategy for welfare provision worldwide. Particularly, civil society organisations have obtained considerable attention as the most accountable and democratic partner for public welfare delivery. Yet the mainstreaming of civil society into welfare policies challenges the conventional nature of civil society as an independent sector, and brings into critical question, how the political position of the civil society sector could be redefined in the new era of multi-sectoral partnership. The purpose of this study is to explore the current debates of state-civil society partnership and to propose three theoretical viewpoints (i.e. the mainstream, critical and alternative perspectives) regarding the role of the civil society sector in partnership. In doing so, this article introduces the key literature and scholars in partnership debates and provides analytical frameworks that researchers can use in examining state-civil society partnership cases.

본 연구는 구리시를 중심으로 도시행정에 있어서 인문정책의 필요성을 주창한 인문도시의 가능성을 탐구한 것이다. 구리시는 인문도시발전모형에 적합한 인문강좌와 인문체험 그리고 인문축제를 진행할 수 있는 요건을 갖춘 도시이다. 이러한 인문도시사업이 시민들에게 공유되고 소통되기 위해서는 스마트폰 앱 안에 인문도시지도만들기가 필요하다. 각각의 인문도시들이 앱을 통해 연결되고 무료로 이용된다면 시민에 찾아가는 도시행정이 될 것이고 시민은 행복할 것이다.
