본 연구는 건설현장 관리자를 대상으로 재난에서의 위험인식이 BCMS위험평가를 매개로 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통하여 실증적으로 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 최근의 사회적 이슈가 되는 중대재해 처벌법이 건설현장에서 기업의 사업주에게 영향을 미치고 있으며, 또한 사업주에게 영향을 미치는 것은 기업연속성에 직접적인 인과관계를 형성함으로써 기업에 경영성과에 영향을 미친다. 건설현장을 운영하는 기업의 사업주에게 중대시민의 재해에 대하여 실질적인 대처방안이 필요하며, 대안으로 현재 행안부에서 적극추진중인 BCMS의 위험평가를 적극적으로 활용하여, 건설현장에서의 관리자가 주체가 되어 중대시민재해를 예방하고, 기업의 연속성을 확보하는 것이 필요하다.

Corporate interest and participation to the corporate philanthropy have increased since sustainable business management and win-win business management is on the rise to be the major task of the corporation, due to global economic recession and shrinking of consumption market. Employee participating corporate philanthropy, such as giving or volunteering, are especially increasing recently. This study analyzed the effects of giving and volunteering participation of the employees on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior mediated by recognition and attitude about corporate philanthropy. Structural equation modeling was employed for statistical analyses. As a result of the study, it is clear that giving participation of the employees has a positive influence in job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, mediated by the recognition and attitude about corporate philanthropy. However, the effects of volunteering participation of the employees on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior mediated by recognition and attitude about corporate philanthropy was non-significant. Based on this result from the study, factors to increase the inner stakeholder effect of employee participating corporate philanthropy are proposed.

The study proposes some principles that enable local governments to set-up their own civil welfare standard through the public-private partnership in the context of the participation of residents. First, the study analyzes the concept of the civil welfare standard in comparison with the national minimum. In sequence, the study tries to compare various conception, set-up process, fields and contents of the civil welfare standard in 10 local government. And the study suggests a series of some principles for setting-up the civil welfare standard, budget securing, developing core businesses, and reflecting regional characteristics. At last, the study would remind that the process of setting-up and realization of a civil welfare standard could be long-term project through the public-private partnership with civil society organizations, research institutions, local governments and local councils in region.

This research aimed to help the employers of hotel corporations by analyzing the effects of fairness of restructuring on employees' organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The research found that employer's fairness of restructuring has significant affects on the degree of employee's organizational commitment, thereby reducing the negative effects of restructuring and enhancing organization commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, this study aims to examine impact of justice perception of layoff on survivors' organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in hotel corporations. There are main results in this research given below; First, as procedural justice and distributive justice are higher, survivors' organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior are higher in the restructuring process. Second, as organizational commitment is higher is also higher organizational citizenship behavior in the restructuring process.

This study investigates the ontology-based public participation GIS(PPGIS). The major reason that ontology-based GIS has attracted attention in semantic communication in recent year is due to the wide availability of geographical variable and the imminent need for turning such recommendation into useful geographical knowledge. Therefore, this study has been focused on designing and implementing the pilot tested system for public participation GIS. The applicability of the pilot tested was validated through a simulation experiment for history tourism in Guri city Gyeongi-do, Focused on the methodology, the life cycle model which involves regional statues and user recognition, can be viewed as an important preprocessing step(specification, conceptualization, formalization, integration and implementation) for recommended geographical knowledge discovery by axiom. Focusing on practicality, ontology in this study would be recommended for geographical knowledge through reasoning. In addition, ontology-based public participation GIS would show integration epistemological and ontological approach, and be utilized as an index which is connected with semantic communication. The results of the pilot system was applied to the study area, which was a part of scenario. The model was carried out using axiom of logical constraint in the meaning of human-activity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organization citizenship behavior of casino employees and organization commitment, organization commitment and customer orientation, organization citizenship behavior and customer orientation. In order to analyze data of this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with employees of casino in Gangwon-do. This study considers organization citizenship behavior of casino employees and examines the method of enhancement of organization citizenship behavior, organization commitment and customer orientation for development of casino industry. The results of the study were as follows. First, organization citizenship behavior had a statistically significant effect on citizenship, sportsmanship. Second, organization commitment had a statistically significant effect on customer orientation. Third, altruism and sportsmanship had statistically significant effects on customer orientation, citizenship had a statistically significant effect on satisfaction of customer need, conscientious action had a statistically significant effect on customer reception service.

In modern society, there remain underprivileged communities that do not perform their own archival activities and documentation. Thus, many outside citizen archivists take the role of documenting the lives and activities of such communities on their behalf. However, ensuring the partyhood of these citizen archivists who are not part of the community proves to be problematic. This study aims to analyze how outside citizen archivists acquire partyhood in the process of documenting underprivileged communities through a case study labeled "Citizen Archivist Training Project" in Wanwol-dong, an area in Busan with a huge prostitution business. First, the process of acquiring partyhood in the outside citizen archivists' documentation of underprivileged communities was divided into three stages, following the literature review process. Second, this partyhood acquisition process was investigated stage by stage through interviews with participants in the case study in Wanwol-dong. Third and finally, following the investigation's findings, the attitude and position outside citizen archivists should have and take, respectively, in documenting underprivileged communities were identified.

Camp Page, which has been located in front of Chuncheon Station for about 50 years since 1958, recently opened to the public. Chuncheon City is currently struggling to construct a park on this site due to an uncertainty of general plans and financial difficulties. Accordingly, this research conducted a cognitive survey about site usage with Camp Page users in order to clarify directions for efficient establishment of parks within the former military base. The course of research includes analytical methods such as a survey targeting Chuncheon citizens and tourists both in the field and online, a frequency analysis of 1,360 index samples, a cross analysis and t-test. As a result, firstly, Chuncheon citizens recognized the image of Chuncheon as a city with a fresh, clean lakeshore whereas tourists think of it as a city for sightseeing and leisure. Hence, it was justifiable to conclude that the city should organize various programs for people to enjoy leisure activities while at the same time protecting the environment. Second, the awareness of tourists about Camp Page was relatively low and both citizens and tourists recognize that it was not sufficient enough for enjoyment of free time. The majority answered "space for culture and art and for experiencing the natural environment" when asked about the direction of space creation at Camp Page, which indicates that the site will need to be available both for cultural art and nature experiences. Lastly, it was thought that the direction of developing leisure facilities in Chuncheon city should include the improvement of worn out installations and developing chain products among programs. This research will be able to use fundamental data for the efficient utilization of the returned U.S. military camps that are constantly merging.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of individual background, educational experiences, and social awareness on youth's civic participation in the three East Asian countries (South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan), and provide educational implications for encouraging Korean youth's civic participation. And we estimated the effects of 17 variables on the youth's current and future civic participation using 'International Civic and Citizenship Education Study (ICCS) 2016' data opened in 2018. The result showed that the factors affecting on the civic participation were significantly different between the three countries. And significant differences on current and future civic participation were confirmed within the same country. First, Korean youth have high level of their parents' civic resources but the level of civic education in school is lower than other countries, and Taiwan youth have relatively high level of national identity. Second, the factors affecting on civic participation are more influenced by educational experiences than individual background such as parents' socioeconomic status, and the mass media have significant effect on youth's civic participation in all the three countries. Third, non-formal program and cultural experiences in school have significant effects on civic participation in future adulthood. Based on these results, this study suggested that it was important to provide various non-formal activities as well as expansion of civic education for encouraging youth's civic participation.
