A Study on the Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Trust, Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Focusing on Incorporation Companies in Business Incubator (기업의 사회적 책임이 조직몰입, 조직신뢰, 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 창업보육센터 입주기업을 중심으로)

  • In order to achieve the results that are appropriate for the purpose of the enterprise, it is important to comprehensively understand the behaviors within the roles of the members of the organization and actions outside the roles. However, there have been relatively few studies on corporate social responsibility (CSR) among the existing studies that have been conducted to date. In particular, organizational citizenship behavior, a voluntary commitment by organizational members, is perceived as a very effective way of enhancing corporate performance, but studies on organizational citizenship behavior based on corporate social responsibility have rarely been conducted. In recent years, domestic companies have recognized social responsibility as an activity rather than an additional activity. Therefore, it is very meaningful to look at the organizational performance by examining the factors that make up this social responsibility from the perspective of the company. It is considered a task. In order to demonstrate this, this study collected 303 data from a business incubator center operated by universities and public institutions nationwide and used a total of 303 samples. As a result of the verification, the wages received by the members of the organization did not affect the organizational commitment, and the working hours and the working environment affected the organizational commitment. In addition, corporate social responsibility has an effect on organizational trust in the marketing side. Organizational commitment and organizational trust were studied to positively affect organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, this study divides the degree of perception of social responsibility of the organizational members into the high recognition group and the low recognition group and analyzed whether there is a difference in the level of organizational citizenship behavior according to the employment type (regular and irregular workers) The results of this study are as follows.

  • 도시의 옥외광고는 정보전달매체로서의 역할 뿐만 아니라 그 시각적 표현은 도시미관을 형성 하는 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 따라서 현대의 간판은 한 지역의 사회적 문화적 수준을 판가름하는 척도로 인식될 만큼 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 또한 도시환경 속에서의 간판은 시민들이 항상 접하고 있는, 시민들의 삶의 질에 밀접하게 연관되어 있다. 간판은 이제 상점을 홍보하는 단순한 사물이 아니라 건물과 가로수, 광고의 내용물, 도시 시민들과의 유기적인 조화를 고려하여 만들어야 하는 도시환경구성의 주요 요소로서 접근해야 한다. 따라서, 부분적 요소인 간판을 통해 도시 미관과 환경을 효율적으로 조율하여 쾌적한 도시환경을 조성해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 중국, 장춘시 상업지역을 중심으로 사인보드의 실태를 수집분석하고 그에 따른 문제점을 연구하고 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

Citizens' Consciousness on Urban Changes in Large Cities in the 1990s(2) : A Comparative Study on Spatial Environment and Urban Policy (1990년대 대도시의 변화에 관한 시민 의식 연구(2) : 공간환경 및 도시정책 비교)

  • This paper is to analyze citizens' consciousness on urban changes, especially focusing on changes in urban environment, spatial structure, and urban planning, of large cities in S. Korea, that is, Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu, and Kwangju in the 1990s. Some significant points can be described as follows. First. The most important factor influencing on the change of urban spatial structure was the expansion of residential area inner and outside of cities promoted by the traditional construction industry, and not development of high-tech industries and their complex or location of multi-national firms which can be emphasized as major factors of new urbanization process of global cities. Secondly, citizens seem to have experienced improvement and deterioration of urban environment simultaneously, emphasizing regulatory environmental policy on the one hand, and recognize the necessity of sustainable urban development within given environmental capacity and restoration of destructed and polluted environment of cities. Thirdly, the building boom of new apartment complex was a major driving force of changing urban spatial structure, but it could neither alleviate a residential gap between the poor and the rich areas nor a relief of traffic congestion. Finally, the urban policy in general was felt somewhat improved by citizens, but not in sectoral details.

Examining City Image from the Application of Country Image: The Case of Daegu City (국가이미지를 응용한 도시이미지 연구: 대구시를 중심으로)

  • Applying the construct of country image this study examined city image for Daegu in Korea. Study 1 measured the city image for Daegu and Seoul, identified the city image dimensions, and compared the images of the two cities. Study 2 confirmed the city image dimensions and examined the Daegu image by residency and demographic characteristics of respondents in Daegu and Seoul regions. The study extracted 4 dimensions of city image including economy, people, conservatism, and development capability. High conservatism and low economic prosper represented the image of Daegu while the opposite did of Seoul. Regardless of residency, single and Young respondents with high income and education had negative images for Daegu, and residents in Daegu rather than in Seoul had more negative images.

  • Through the use and development of underground spaces, subways have become a representative means of transportation in the city center. Due to the extension of subway lines and the increase in the number of subway users, there is a risk that safety for evacuating human lives in case of fire will not be secured. Therefore, this study tried to identify citizens' perceptions of evacuation facilities through questionnaires and find alternatives. An online survey of 115 subway passengers was conducted to learn about citizens' awareness of subway evacuation facilities. As a result of the survey, awareness of evacuation facilities was high in the order of guidance lights, life-saving devices, emergency lights and portable lights, special evacuation stairs, and evacuation stairs. In addition, the majority of the respondents said they were not well aware of evacuation facilities, and people's indifference was the most common cause. As a solution to the lack of awareness, responses to active advertising and promotion, education and experience activities were the highest.

  • Previous findings on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors is a useful index for effectiveness of the organization. Also, it is a factor that explains the relation between its member's attitude and behavior as organizational commitment had been stabilized. Since autonomy and rapidity has become more important in increasing the efficiency of the organization, this means Organizational Citizenship Behaviors has become important in it. Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of the members occurs only when discretion and autonomy are given to its members. Therefore, this study aimed at measuring the effects of police officer's personal dispositions on organizational citizenship behaviors, exploring the moderation effect of organization culture, and providing the basis with implications to promote the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in the police Organization. By reviewing previous finding, Police Officer's Personal Dispositions were selected as independent variables, Organizational Citizenship Behaviors was selected as dependent variable. and Organizational Culture was selected as moderation variable. The result of analysis showed that The belief & The Norm influenced in Organizational Citizenship Behaviors(positive), and The Value in Organizational Citizenship Behaviors(negative). And The moderation effect was tested: The Value${\rightarrow}$Hierarchical Culture${\rightarrow}$Organizational Citizenship Behaviors(negative), The belief${\rightarrow}$Rational Culture${\rightarrow}$Organizational Citizenship Behaviors(negative)

  • A questionare survey was performed to investigate the citizen's attitude toward garbage composting and compost. Most people considered that the food waste treatment problem is serious and 91.1% of people know that it is possible to make compost out of food waste. Also, people think that compost made from food waste is better than the compost made from manures. People favor vegetables grown by organic compost than those grown by chemical fertilizer and was willing to pay 10~20% more prize. Most people was willing to cooperate in source separation for garbage composting and throught that the most desirable treatment method for garbage would be composting.

The Effects of Ill-Structured Problem Solving Program on the Social Self-efficacy, Democratic Citizenship, and Meta-cognition of the Scientifically Gifted High School Students (비구조화된 문제해결 프로그램이 고등학교 과학영재의 사회적 자기효능감, 민주시민의식 및 메타인지에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of ill-structured problem solving program on the social self-efficacy, democratic citizenship, and meta-cognition of the scientifically gifted high school students and provide an opportunity to consider how to improve students' social self-efficacy, democratic citizenship, and meta-cognition when comprehensive character education has been emphasized in science programs for gifted students. The subjects consisted of 17 students(10th graders) and 19 students(11th graders) who were participated in a science gifted program in a Korean high school located in Seoul and pre-examination on their social self-efficacy, democratic citizenship, and meta-cognition was conducted. After applying 12-class-time of ill-structured problem solving program, post-examination on their social self-efficacy, democratic citizenship, and meta-cognition was conducted and student's self-essay about program was also conducted. Paired t-test was used to analyze the data collected and students's self-essays were also analyzed. The results of this study were as follows: First, the findings showed that ill-structured problem solving program developed students' social self-efficacy and especially showed a significant improvement in asking for help. Second, they also showed that ill-structured problem solving program raised students' democratic participation especially in a democratic function. Third, in terms of meta-cognition, ill-structured problem solving program also played a positive role. The result of analyzing students' essays also showed students' positive perception on the program. The findings of the present study suggested that ill-structured problem solving program should be taken into consideration when developing a science program for scientifically gifted high school students.

Perceptions of nurses as a profession in Korea (간호전문직에 대한 인식)

  • 연구목적 : 전문직으로서 간호사에 대한 인식을 집단별로 파악하고 이들에 대한 인식을 비교한다. 연구방법 : 설문지를 이용한 비교조사연구로서 조사대상은 간호사, 간호학교수, 의사, 약사, 간호조무사, 병원행정직원, 행정관료, 정당활동가, 일반시민 등을 포함한 총 584명이었으며, 설문지는 12개 하부항목으로 범주화된 36개 문항으로 구성되었다. 연구결과 : 간호사에 대한 인식은 의사가 가장 긍적적이었으며, 병원직원이 가장 부정적이었다. 모든 집단에서 가장 긍정적인 인식을 갖고 있는 항목은 '사회적 요구'였으며, 그 다음은 '직무기술', '사회적 인식' 등의 순으로 나타났다. 가장 부정적인 것은 '간호교육'이었고, 그 다음은 '간호조직체 활동', '직무환경' 순으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구를 기초로 하여 간호사들은 다른 집단들을 대상으로 전문직으로서의 간호사에 대한 인식을 높이기 위한 전략을 마련하여야 한다.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a music teacher training program for global citizenship education and explore its effects on the participants' capacity for global citizenship. The program focused on multicultural education, including diversity and tolerance, among various topics in global citizenship education and consisted of practice to develop lesson plans for middle school music classes as well as theory about music in diverse sociocultural environments. The results showed that this program positively affected the participants' attitudes about a music teacher's role in the multicultural classroom. This program enabled participants to identify and reflect on any prejudice they may have against diversity and multiculturalism and to consider the role of music teachers in multicultural learning environments. The program also helped the participants develop greater self-efficacy as music teachers in multicultural environments and see music as a symbolic expression and a social and cultural product. Finally, the participants showed their positive attitude toward transformative pedagogy and considered various topics in global citizenship education beyond diversity and multiculturalism through multilateral understanding and exploration about music based on theory and practice in global citizenship education.
