Design of Reaction Wheel Simulink Model (반작용 휠의 시뮬링크 모델 개발)

  • This paper cites that reaction wheel which is widely used on precisely controling a spacecraft is designed with Simulink as a software model. Electrical Characteristics and Mechanical ones of reaction wheels are applied to the simulation model and those equations are summarized for helping understanding. Moreover, results of numerical simulations with rigid body model show that the designed software model of reaction wheels is known to be well operated under its set parameter values.

  • This paper suggests that implementation of the Simulink execution module controls Simulink simulation and shows simulation results by applying Automata theory. This module is composed of three independent systems that the main program to accept user commands, the thread to control a simulation of Simulink model and the Simulink model to execute simulation. This paper designs each module and entire system by applying Automata theory, and implements it with C# and MATLAB language. And the Simulink execution module implemented will be verified through the experiment.

  • 교류전동기 구동을 위한 산업용 전력전자 시스템은 전력회생용 양방향 컨버터, VVVF 인버터, 교류전동기 벡터제어기, 및 다양한 전기ㆍ기계적 연계 장치들을 포함하는 전기기계 복합시스템 특성을 지니기 때문에 전체 시스템에 대한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션이 용이하지 않다. 일반적으로 이러한 복잡성을 해결하기 위한 방안으로서 시스템을 근사화시키고 이에 대한 수학적인 등가모델을 유도한 후 이를 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 행하고 있지만, 이 경우 실계통의 다이나믹특성을 정확히 표현할 수 없기 때문에 시뮬레이션 신뢰성이 저하될 수 있다 본 논문에서는 가변구조 제어기법에 의해 역률1 제어기능을 갖는 PWM 컨버터, VVVF 인버터 및 유도기 간접벡터제어기 둥을 포함하는 유도전동기 구동전력전자 시스템을 다이나믹 노드 기법(Dynamic Node Technique DNT)과 시뮬링크(Simulink)를 이용하여 실제회로 구성상태와 유사한 형태로 시뮬링크 윈도우상에서 설계하고, 이를 통해 시뮬레이션을 행할 수 있는 기법을 제시한다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 전력전자 시스템의 특성과 제시된 다이나믹 노드 기법과 시뮬링크를 이용한 시뮬레이션 기법의 유용성을 보였다.

Simulation Model of Harmonics Injection Sensorless Technique for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (영구자석 동기 전동기의 고조파 주입 센서리스 기법 시뮬레이션 모델)

  • In this study, a simulation model of the harmonic injection sensorless control technique is proposed. This model is suitable for the sensorless technique of low-speed area operation of motors. The motor of this model is permanent magnet motor. For sensorless control, 1kHz square wave is injected. The change in motor constant according to rotor position is realized by having different d-q inductance values. Sensorless techniques is implemented through functions of Simulink and models provided by Simulink libraries. It is shown that the harmonic component contained in the current is extracted using a filter, and the angle of the permanent magnet of the motor is detected using the extracted waveform. The validity of the simulation model is demonstrated through the estimated motor angle waveform and the related waveforms of the motor control applied to the 1kW permanent magnet motor.

  • 최근 건축 구조물 설계에 있어서 외부 또는 내부로부터 발생될 수 있는 미지의 진동에 대하여 대책을 수립하여 구조물을 설계하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 기타 제조업 분야에 있어서 정밀할 가공이 필요한 특수한 기계 가공기에 있어서 내부 또는 외부에서 발생될 수 있는 진동을 감안하여 시스템을 구성하고 있다. 이러한 구조물 및 기계시스템에 대하여 진동을 억제할 수 있는 진동 억제 알고리즘에 관해서는 많이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 구조물 및 기계시스템에서 발생될 수 있는 미지의 외란을 제거하기 위하여 내부모델제어(IMC)를 기반으로 수정된 적응 알고리즘을 매트랩 시뮬링크(matlab simulink)를 통하여 제어성능을 제시하고자 한다.

Robust Design of a Dynamic System Using a Probabilistic Design Method (확률적 설계 방법을 이용한 동적 시스템의 강건 설계)

  • This paper shows the robust design results of an actuator, a kind of dynamic system. Variations in the components comprising the actuator cause uncertainties in the system's dynamic performance. Therefore, a probabilistic design method is applied to ensure robust actuator performance to component variation. A Simulink model for the actuator was built using transfer functions for the components. The dynamic responses of the actuator were evaluated using the Simulink model. Performance indexes were approximated as quadratic functions of the design parameters through the application of the response surface methodology (RSM) with the Simulink model. Then, a probabilistic design method was applied to the approximated performance indexes to obtain optimal design parameters that would provide robust actuator performance. The optimal design was compared to the present design in terms of the performance indexes and dynamic response characteristics over time.

  • The Column type Motor Driven Power Steering(CMDPS) systems are generally equipped among passenger vehicles ensuring better vehicle safety and fuel economy. In general to analyze systems and to develop a controller a full vehicle model from CarSim developed by Mechanical Simulation Incorporation interacting with MDPS control algorithm from Matlab Simulink was concurrently simulated. This paper describes the development of concurrent simulation technique in detail for analyzing Matlab Simulink MDPS control system with a dynamic vehicle system because the specific method has not been revealed in detail. The steering wheel angle input was evaluated and well compared with proving ground experimental data. The comparisons from concurrent simulation show an effective way to develop and validate the control algorithm. This concurrent simulation capability will be efficiently used for CMDPS performance evaluation and logic tuning as well as for vehicle handling performance.

A Study on Steady-State and Transient Simulation of Turboprop Engine Using SIMULINK® Model (SIMULINK® Model를 이용한 터보프롭엔진의 정상상태 및 천이모사 연구)

  • A performacne simulation model of the PT6A-62 turboprop engine using the $SIMULINK^R$ was proposed to predict transient and steady state behaviors. The $SIMULINK^R$ has several advantages such as user-friendliness due to the GUI(Graphic User Interfaces) and ease in the modification of the computer program. The $SIMULINK^R$ model consists of subsystems to represent engine gas path components such as flight initial subsystem, compressor subsystem, burner subsystem, compressor turbine subsystem, power turbine, exhaust nozzle subsystem and integrator subsystem. In addition to subsystems, there are search subsystems to find an appropriate operating point by scaling from the 2-D components look-up table, Gasprop Subsystem to calculate the gas property precisely. In case of steady state validation, performance results analyzed by the proposed $SIMULINK^R$ model were agreed well with the analysis results by the commercial GASTURB program. Moreover in validation of the transient model, it was found that performance simulation results by the proposed model were reasonable agreement with analysis results by the well-proved computer program using FORTRAN.

  • 본 연구에서는 개방형 로켓엔진시스템의 제어시스템을 구성하기 위한 선행연구로서, 시동특성을 예측하기위해 Simulink 모델을 구성하였다. 구성품별 동특성 모델을 바탕으로 로켓엔진시스템의 예측 프로그램을 구성하였으며, 대상으로 하는 시스템의 천이 작동상태에서의 동특성 변화의 예측과 더불어 그 모델링의 타당성 검증을 위하여 실제 개방형 로켓엔진 상사모델의 수류실험을 통해 실험적으로 측정하여 비교하였다. 또한 Simulink모델이 제어시스템을 구성하기위해 적합한지를 판단하기위해 기 수행된 천이 동특성 예측 프로그램의 결과와 비교하였고 검증하였다.

Extracting Reusable Test Cases from Modified MATLAB Simulink Model (변경된 MATLAB Simulink 모델로부터 재사용 가능 테스트 케이스 도출)

  • This paper proposes a reusable test case extraction technique for modified MATLAB Simulink/Stateflow (SL/SF) model. Creating test cases for complicated SL/SF model like ECU(Electrical Control Unit) of automotive, requires a lot of time and effort. An intuitive way to reduce to create new test cases whenever the model changes, is to reuse some test cases which have been generated for the original model. In this paper, we propose a method to define reusable test cases in SL/SF after defining model behavior and judging model equality by test cases. The proposed technique is evaluated using a commercial automotive controller model.
