  • IEEE 1149.1 바운다리스캔은 보드 수준에서 고장점검 및 진단을 위한 테스트 설계기술이다. 그러나, 바운다리스캔 제어기의 특성상 테스트 패턴의 주입에서 관측까지 2.5 TCK가 소요되므로, 연결선상의 지연고장을 점검할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 Update_DR 신호를 변경하여, 테스트 패턴 주입에서 관측까지 1 TCK가 소요되게 함으로써, 지연고장 점검을 가능하게 하는 기술을 소개한다. 나아가서, 정적인 고장점검을 위한 테스트 패턴을 개선해 지연고장 점검까지 가능하게 하는, N개의 net에 대한 2log(N+2)의 새로운 테스트패턴도 제안한다. 설계와 시뮬레이션을 통해 지연고장 점검이 가능함을 확인하였다.

  • 랜덤 테스트(RT)는 가능한 입력 도메인에서 임의의 입력 값을 선택하여 테스트 케이스를 생성하고 테스트를 수행하는 기본적인 블랙 박스 테스트 기법이다. 랜덤 테스트의 성능을 향상 시키기 위해서 오류 패턴을 고려한 다양한 Adaptive Random Testing (ART) 알고리즘들이 제안되어 왔다. 그 중 Distance-Based ART (D-ART), Restricted Random Testing (RRT)이 좋은 성능을 보이고 있지만, 수행시간이 너무 느리다는 단점이 있어, 이를 대체할 수 있는 여러 ART 방법들이 제안되고 있다. 그 중, Adaptive Random Testing through Iterative Partitioning (IP-ART)가 가장 좋은 성능과 빠른 수행시간을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 IP-ART 의 성능을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안하고, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 향상된 성능을 평가해 보았다.

Development of FPGA Based HIL Simulator for PMS Performance Verification of Natural Liquefied Gas Carriers (액화천연가스운반선의 PMS 성능 검증을 위한 FPGA 기반 HIL 시뮬레이터 개발)

  • Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation is a technique that can be employed for developing and testing complex real-time embedded systems. HIL simulation provides an effective platform for verifying power management system (PMS) performance of liquefied natural gas carriers, which are high value-added vessels such as offshore plants. However, HIL tests conducted by research institutes, including domestic shipyards, can be protracted. To address the said issue, this study proposes a field programmable gate array (FPGA) based PMS-HIL simulator that comprises a power supply, consumer, control console, and main switchboard. The proposed HIL simulation platform incorporated actual equipment data while conducting load sharing PMS tests. The proposed system was verified through symmetric, asymmetric, and fixed load sharing tests. The proposed system can thus potentially replace the standard factory acceptance tests. Furthermore, the proposed simulator can be helpful in developing additional systems for vessel automation and autonomous operation, including the development of energy management systems.

  • The test patterns for path delay faults consist of two patterns. So in order to test the delay faults, a new weight generation algorithm that is different from the weight generation algorithm for stuck-at faults must be applied. When deterministic test patterns for weight calculation are used, the deterministic test patterns must be divided into several subsets, so that Hamming distances between patterns are not too long. But this method makes the number of weight sets too large in delay testing, and may generate inaccurate weights. In this pater, we perform fault simulation without pattern partition. Experimental results for ISCAS 89 benchmark circuits prove the effectiveness of the new weight generation algorithm proposed in this paper.

  • 자율운항선박기술의 상용화를 위하여 개발되는 요소 및 통합기술의 성능시험과 실증은 필수적이며, 이를 위한 테스트베드 개발이 병행되어야 한다. 현재 국내에서는 자율운항선박 기술개발사업을 통해서 개발되는 기술의 성능검증을 위하여 울산시 고늘지구 인근에 성능실증센터가 구축되고 있으며, 성능실증센터는 시뮬레이션 기반 테스트베드를 비롯한 육상테스트베드와 시험해역과 시험선을 포함한 해상테스트베드로 구성된다. 해상테스트베드 시험선은 설계 단계에서부터 자율운항기술의 해상 실증 및 성능시험을 고려하여 건조되었으며, 본 논문을 통해 해상테스트베드 시험선의 기능과 구성요소에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

  • Recently the design of SoCs(System-on-Chips) in which TCM is embedded for high speed operation increases rapidly. In this paper, a parallel test structure for eDRAM-based TCM embedded in SoCs is proposed. In the presented technique, the MUT (Memory Under Test) is changed to parallel structure and it increases testability of MUT with boundary scan chains. The eDRAM is designed in structure for parallel test so that it can be tested for each modules. Dynamic test can be performed based on input-output data. The proposed techniques are verified their performance by circuits simulation.

  • It is possible to indicate the complex design and execution of object-oriented program with dynamic UML diagram. This paper shows the way how to make several test cases from sequence, state, and activity diagram among dynamic UML diagram. Three dynamic UML diagrams about withdrawal work of ATM simulation program are drawn. Then different test cases are created from these diagrams using previously described ways. To evaluate effectiveness of test cases, mutation testing is executed. Mutants are made from MuClipse plug-in tool based on Eclipse which supports many traditional and class mutation operators. Finally we've got the result of mutation testing and compare effectiveness of test cases, etc. Through this document, we've known some hints that how to choose the way of making test cases.

  • With the increasing risk in building liquefied natural gas carriers (LNGC), pre-simulation of various scenarios is required for system integration and safe operation. In particular, the power management system (PMS) is an important part of the LNGC; it works in tight integration with the power control systems to achieve the desired performance and safety. To verify and improve unpredicted errors, we implemented a simulation model of power generation and consumption for testing PMS based on software-in-the-loop (SIL) method. To control and verify the PMS, numeric and physical simulation modeling was undertaken utilizing MATLAB/Simulink. In addition, the simulation model was verified with a load sharing test scenario for a sea trial. This simulation allows shipbuilders to participate in new value-added markets such as commissioning, installation, operation, and maintenance.

  • ANS (autonomous navigation system) is an expert system which builds navigation plans, understands the current environment, and controls a surface ship. The most ideal way to test ANS is available after it is installed into a real surface ship. however, it is impossible to implement into a real ship. since it costs too much to develop the hardware interfaces just for testing. The most appropriate way for testing is to develop a simulation system for a surface ship and apply it. A simulation system for a surface ship consists of two sub-systems : one is a ship movement simulation system to imitate the physical movement characteristics of the ship, and the other is an environmental objects simulation system to build up surroundings of the ship. In this paper, we design and develop a surface ship movement simulation system which imitates its physical movement characteristics by using a motion equation for surface ship.

  • By using commercial flight simulation game engine, X-Plane, we have studied QTG(Qualification Test Guide) generation that can satisfy FTD level 5. Flight model is SR-20 of Cirrus. In list of QTG, There are some items to measure control forces. therefore, we have installed CLS(Control Loading System) to flight control devices in order to make it possible to measure control forces. We made Autopilot function externally to make flight model in trim conditions because X-Plane don't provide internal trim routine function. In addition to develop an algorithm, it can automatically perform the test. To avoid the inconvenience to control as it was to be carried out in same conditions. In case of FTD level 5, it is possible to use alternative data sources not only real flight data. By using these alternative data sources, all test results satisfy a scope given by CFR Part 60.
