컨셉 앨범(Concept Album)은 "The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", "The Who - Tommy" 등이 발매된 1960년대 이후로 계속해서 발전하고 있다. 장르적 발전과 형식적 발전을 거듭하고 있는데, 그에 비해 학술적 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 컨셉 앨범의 발전 경향을 알아보기 위해 컨셉 앨범의 시대적 구분 기준을 마련한다. 또한 이러한 시대적 구분에 따라 각 시대의 컨셉 앨범이 어떤 특징을 보이는지 살펴봄으로써, 2000년대 이후 다양해지는 컨셉 앨범에 대한 분석 기틀을 마련한다.

It is a study of the changing times of cooking programs that were broadcast and aired on TV. The media has shown a lot of changes in appearance, and it's also showing a lot We want to look at various changes and changes in the times through programs on cuisine and food that many people now prefer. In the preceding study, we looked at changes in media formats and changes in social changes and programs until the 2000s. Based on this analysis, the changes of the cooking program were analyzed according to the changes of the times. For the purpose of this study, changes were divided into cooking and historical changes, which were divided and examined by the period. Through this study, we were able to see the change in the cooking program in an era where changes in diet are mixed with changes in culture. It was possible to see the change through programs that consumers could feel, not unilateral delivery of information, and to see the change from the era of experts to culture. Further, through the introduction and challenge of local culture through food, subsequent research aims to see changes and social phenomena caused by the division of programs.

This study is a link in a chain which grope for the description of puppet performance history. This study imply my intention which is not a description of puppet performance 'history' but a description of 'puppet performance' history. Object materials of this study is materials connected with puppet performance from ancient times to Chosun dynasty. Object materials of this study include not only records but also remains and pictures. Discussion start with regulation of puppet performance materials and establishment of a classification criterion. As a result of that discussion, the age of puppet performance is as follows: 'the age of diverse use of puppet', 'the age of ritual puppet performance of worship', 'the age of play puppet performance of handling', 'the age of ritual puppet performance of display', 'the age of ritual puppet performance of expulsion', 'the age of ritual puppet performance of handling', 'the age of play puppet performance of display', 'the age of play puppet performance of handling and voice-acting'. According to the internal division of age, the description of puppet performance history which is spread chronologically is attempted. As a result of the description, I confirm that puppet performance reveal a one's unfolding process. And a distinct aspect from the general cultu! re history is found. The development process which is a changeover that is 'from ritual puppet performance to play puppet performance' is amended by a circulation of ritual puppet performance and play puppet performance'. And the development process which is a changeover 'from static puppet to dynamic puppet' is amended by a circulation of static puppet and dynamic puppet'. Like this the thing which is laid in the inside which is not a one sided changeover but is a circulation is said that from one age of puppet performance to other age of puppet performance is not a close of former puppet performance tradition. Unfolding from one age to other age, on the other hand former puppet performance reveal aspect which is a continuance and change with a one's vitality. And a relation of mutual influence is exist between the ritual puppet performance and the play puppet performance on a large scale, among the puppet performance types on a small scale. this also don't overlook in cas! e of a groping of puppet performance history.

본 연구의 목적은 양탄자 시대 Navajo 직물의 특징을 살펴보고, 특히 시간의 흐름에 따른 양탄자의 발달을 고찰하는데 있다. 연구방법은 양탄자 스타일의 특징 및 변화에 대한 문헌을 중심으로 조사하였고, 아리조나 주립박물관과 역사박물관을 견학하였으며 박물관 안에 있는 전문가들의 조언을 듣고 연구의 자료를 보완하였다. 또한 Navajo 직물 전시회에서 실제로 직물을 관찰하였고 주요직물들을 시각적 자료로 제시하였다. 양탄자시대는 20세기 초에 서구인들의 요구에 따라 새로운 형태의 Navajo 직물이 출현하면서 시작되었고 초기, 부흥기, 지역적 스타일시대로 구분되며 1940년대 이후 지금까지 지역적 스타일 양탄자시대에 해당한다. 즉 현재 Navajo인들은 거주 지역에 따라 스타일, 색상, 염색 방법, 디자인이 서로 다른 양탄자를 생산하며 대표적인 것으로는 Crystal, Chinle. Wide Ruin, Two Grey Hills, Tees Nos Pos. Ganado, Storm Pattern 양탄자의 일곱 가지를 들 수 있다.

This study aims to discuss the paradigm shift of the right to know and to analyze the government 3.0 policies of the Park Gun-Hae's administration. The study analyzes the preceding researches on the rights to know and freedom of information. It also defines the concept of the right to know in both broad and narrow senses. Furthermore, the history of people's right to know is analyzed and divided into three different stages. Then, the outcomes and limitations of government 3.0 during Park Gun-Hae's administration are explored. As a result, the study discusses the dangers and the future tasks of government 3.0 in terms of quality, gathering, and security of public information.

본 연구에서는 역사기록서 분석을 통해 조선왕조시대 산불방지정책을 분석하였다. 조선왕조시대 산불방지정책은 크게 예방분야와 민생안정에 관한 정책으로 구분할 수 있었고 산불예방분야에서는 산불발생가능지역과 산불보호대상지역으로 구분하여 예방정책을 시행하였다. 산불발생가능지역으로는 화전경작 산림지역, 강무장 등 사냥터, 봉수대 주변 산림지역, 병해충 구제를 위한 입화 가능지역이며 왕실묘 주변, 사고(史庫), 소나무 육림을 위한 산림인 금산 또는 봉산, 도성 숲은 산불보호대상지역에 포함되어 산불방지정책을 시행하였다. 민생안정에 관한 정책에서는 산불피해지역 백성을 위로하고 산불피해지 복구를 위해 어사를 파견하여 구휼토록 정책을 펼쳤다. 특히, 산불예방정책 시행을 위반하여 산불을 발생시킨 죄에 대해서는 엄하게 책임을 물어 귀양에서부터 사형에 이르는 처벌을 내렸다. 결론적으로 조선왕조시대에도 산불의 심각성으로 인해 조정 및 지방관서 등에서 여러 방지정책들이 시행되었다는 것을 알 수 있다.

스마트시대는 전 산업분야, 더 나아가 사회 전반에 IT가 활용, 재생산되어 인류 삶의 질을 보다 향상시키는 시대로 정의할 수 있다. 이를 위한 기술(스마트 기술)의 혁신은 타산업과의 융합은 물론, IT산업발전을 위한 총체적(holistic)접근이 요구되며, 단기적이고 금전적인 성과를 지향하기 보다는 비금전적(non-financial)이며, 사회성과 등 미래 성과를 지향하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 본고에서는 스마트시대 기술 진화방향을 생태계(CPND) 활성화 차원에서 조망하고, 혁신을 위한 R&D 전략을 기술도메인의 발굴 및 선택을 위한 기획전략, 효과적 성과창출을 위한 수행전략 그리고 효율성 제고를 위한 성과 활용전략으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 즉, 미래 스마트시대에 부합하는 기술혁신을 견인하기 위해서는 물리적 공간/아날로그적 형식에서 가상(Virtual) 공간/디지털 형식으로, 폐쇄적 플랫폼에서 개방형 플랫폼으로, 음성/데이터중심에서 지능화된 디바이스로, 대인통신에서 사물통신으로 진화하는 메가트렌드를 고려하여, 지향점에 따른 차별적 기획체계 구축, 다양한 가치생성방식의 활용, 성과극대화형 R&D 수행방식 수립, 그리고 특허경영과 같은 활용체계 구축 등의 R&D 전략이 필요함을 제시하였다.

"더 빠르고 더 싸게 서비스를 제공한다". 새로운 밀레니엄 시대를 앞둔 정보통신업체들이 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 풀어야 할 화두는 이미 던져졌다. 무한경쟁 시대를 맞아 전세계 정보통신 기업들은 치밀하고 발빠르게 새로운 밀레니엄을 기다리고 있다. 세계 각국은 90년대 들어 지식정보사회의 핵심 하부 구조인 초고속 정보통신망의 구축과 활용을 위해 범국가적인 정책을 수립 시행하고 있다. 값싸고 빠른 정보통신망의 이용이 정보화를 촉진하는 지름길이라는데 누구도 이의를 제기하지 않고 있다. 우리나라도 지난 95년 만들어진 초고속 정보통신 기반구축 종합추진계획을 시작으로 초고속 정보통신망 구축을 위해 많은 노력을 기울여온 것이 최근 결실을 보고 있다. 초고속 정보통신서비스 시대가 본격적으로 열리면서 유. 무선 영역구분이 없어지는 등 새로운 변화의 시대를 맞고 있다.

방산보안은 방위산업과 관련된 보안으로 방위산업의 발전에 따라 방산보안의 정의도 변화되어왔다. 우리나라 방위산업은 1970년대에 본격적으로 육성되었고 방산보안은 군사기밀을 취급하며 방산물자를 생산하는 방위산업체의 보안으로 정의되어왔다. 최근 무기체계 및 핵심기술의 국제공동연구개발에 따른 도입 기술의 보호가 필요하고, 선진국 수준에 이른 국방과학기술을 이용한 방산물자의 수출이 증가하면서 방위산업기술을 보호하기 위한 방위산업기술보호법이 제정되었다. 방산보안의 역사를 살펴볼 때 큰 전환점이 도래하는 것이며 방산보안 시대를 구분하고 각 시대의 특징을 정리해보는 것이 의미가 있다. 본 논문에서는 방위산업기술보호법 제정 이후를 방산보안 2.0 시대로 규정하고, 시대 별 주요 특징을 비교하며 향후 발전방향을 고찰하였다.
