On the analysis of the regional organizations of coast guards in USA, Japan and BK, the ideal organization of area coast guard of Korea is proposed. It is composed of three area coast guards in West, South and East sea and special units in order to carry out missions and to response requirements and needs in the maritime fields in object oriented way. The proposed regional organization can be actualized as the model of development by improving the listed tasks.

KHNP's shared growth activities are based on such public good. Reflecting the characteristics of a comprehensive energy company, a high-tech plant company, and a leading company for shared growth, it presents strategies to link performance indicators with its partners and implements various measures. Key tasks include maintaining the nuclear power plant ecosystem, improving management conditions for partner companies, strengthening future capabilities of the nuclear power plant industry, and supporting a virtuous cycle of regional development. This is made by reflecting the specificity of nuclear power generation as much as possible, and is designed to reflect the spirit of shared growth through win-win and cooperation in order to solve the challenges of the times while considering the characteristics as much as possible as possible. KHNP's shared growth activities can be said to be the practice of the spirit of the times(Zeitgeist). The spirit of the times given to us now is that companies should strive for sustainable growth as social air. KHNP has been striving to establish a creative and leading shared growth ecosystem. In particular, considering the positions of partners, it has been promoting continuous system improvement to establish a fair trade culture and deregulation. In addition, it has continuously discovered and implemented new customized support projects that are effective for partner companies and local communities. To this end, efforts have been made for shared growth through organic collaboration with partners and stakeholders. As detailed tasks, it also presents fostering new markets and new industries, maintaining supply chains, and emergency support for COVID-19 to maintain the nuclear power plant ecosystem. This reflects the social public good after the recent COVID-19 incident. In order to improve the management conditions of partner companies, productivity improvement, human resources enhancement, and customized funding are being implemented as detailed tasks. This is a plan to practice win-win growth with partner companies emphasized by corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ISO 26000 while being faithful to the main job. Until now, ESG management has focused on the environmental field to cope with the catastrophe of climate change. According to KHNP is presenting a public enterprise-type model in the environmental field. In order to strengthen the future capabilities of the nuclear power plant industry as a state-of-the-art energy company, it has set tasks to attract investment from partner companies, localization and new technologies R&D, and commercialization of innovative technologies. This is an effort to develop advanced nuclear power plant technology as a concrete practical measure of eco-friendly development. Meanwhile, the EU is preparing a social taxonomy to focus on the social sector, another important axis in ESG management, following the Green Taxonomy, a classification system in the environmental sector. KHNP includes enhancing local vitality, increasing income for the underprivileged, and overcoming the COVID-19 crisis as part of its shared growth activities, which is a representative social taxonomy field. The draft social taxonomy being promoted by the EU was announced in July, and the contents promoted by KHNP are consistent with this, leading the practice of social taxonomy

The purpose of this study is to search how to improvement methods of rail freight by understanding the problems and the evasion reasons in coping with various case of logistics environment and to enhance competitiveness of rail freight. So we examined improvement of in the productivity in the rail container transport, and possibility for Modal shift in Korea railway, we have done a survey among the shiffer and multimodal transport operators in Korea. Data were analyzed using quantitative method.

우리나라 방염 작업복의 역사는 매우 짧다. 외국의 선진 사례에 비교하여 전기아크에 대한 보호구기준 및 제도가 미비한 현실에서 한전이 국내 최초로 방염 작업복을 전직원에게 도입하면서 난연성 작업복의 중요도와 개인 안전에 대한 인식이 새롭게 자리매기고 있다. 한전 방염 작업복의 현주소는 한국을 대표할 뿐만 아니라 세계적 수준에 도달하였으나, 몇가지 풀어야 할 과제를 안고 있다. 디자인을 좀 더 발전시켜 시대적 흐름에 부합하는 좀더 기능적이고도 세련된 작업복의 구현이 그것이다. 이를 위한 원단 및 디자인 개발을 위한 다양한 시도는 앞으로도 꾸준히 계속될 것이다.

The purpose of this paper is "A Study on the Establishment of Distribution and Logistics System in the unified Korea". The main conclusion of this paper are as follows : North and South Korea shall conjunctionally foster the exchange and cooperation area and operate the joint pilot project to combine distribution and logistics system. To solve the problems of the maritime affairs, Fisheries, and international logistics, the cooperative agreement between North and South Korea will be needed to protect and develop of shipping, aviation and shipbuilding industry. Unification of two Koreas must be prepared as stage by stage ; ${\cdot}$Stage1(preparation period) : initiation of peace area. ${\cdot}$Stage2(development period) : forming the exchange and cooperation area ${\cdot}$Stage3(settlement period) : establishing peace belt on border area. After the unification, two Koreas must plan and undertake the construction of the distribution and logistics infrastructures, establishment of SCM system through Network and the connection to China through railway and road Network.

It is changing to the 4^th Industrial Revolution rapidly as the information age through the Internet is changing, and it is rapidly changing to the era of the IoT using all things. In education, with the change to the Internet of Things, interest in education for the 4th Industrial Revolution is increasing. It is necessary to change from NetPBL method using Internet to T-PBL using Triz. In this paper, we focus on the task-based learning (T-PBL) method using Triz and examine the necessity and importance of its use. We propose a teaching model using Triz as a tool for T-PBL. Triz is being used as a tool to solve problems in creative ways. We will design a model applying Triz to the blockchain system security class related to the IoT.

This paper focuses on the usability of smart healthcare based on the development of Information and Communication Technology(ICT), briefly introduces concepts and the current status related to smart healthcare, and discusses strategies and future tasks in the field of mental health welfare in the COVID-19 era. This paper first introduces the smart healthcare programs of the National Mental Health Center and the Seoul Mental Health Welfare Center. Second, we introduce various smart healthcare programs used in Germany, China, the U.S., and Australia, review the actual examples, and examine both public and private responsiveness. Finally, we examine the possibility of using smart healthcare in the mental health social work system in South Korea and examine future tasks and implications. This paper would contribute to the growth of world-class mental health social work services.

Drones, which were first developed for the military use, have been widely applied in various industrial fields through the rapid development of element technology. Following this trend, the marine industry has started to utilize drones for maintenance and inspection purposes, especially, in Europe. To extend the use of drones in the marine industry, this paper first discusses the necessity of drones for the marine use by presenting problems related to maintenance and inspection works on ships and offshore plants. In addition, the technical levels of advanced countries where drones have been commercialized already in the marine industry are mentioned. Furthermore, technical challenges that must be solved are explained in preparation for a drone era in the marine industry. Lastly, the potential growth of the drone market in the marine industry is considered.

오늘날의 수원은 도청소재지로서, 서울의 인접도시로서, 수도권의 주요도시로서 다양한 가치를 가지고 존재하고 있다. 이 땅의 어느 곳에나 먼 옛날부터 여러가지 사연들을 가지고 사람들이 살아왔겠지만, 수원은 200년전 어떠한 사연으로 여기에 사람들이 모여 살게 되었고, 도시의 구조는 어떻게 구성되었으며, 오늘까지 어떻게 지내왔는가 하는 것이 다른 도시보다 정확하게 기록되어 있는 드문 도시로서 그 탄생과 성장의 역사를 후손들이 들추어 볼 수 있어, 많은 사람들의 관심을 끌어 왔다. 더구나 1997년에는 유네스코 인류문화유산으로 수원의 화성이 등록되면서 다시 성곽이라는 물리적 요소와 200년이라는 세월 속에 이루어진 공간과 역사는 이 도시의 존재가치와 앞으로 걸어가야 할 길을 진지하게 모색하도록 하였다. 조선조말에 접어들면서 이 땅에서 우리 나름대로 근대의 싹이 돋아 나오던 시절, 새로운 바람이 지식인들과 통치자들 사이에 일어, 수원에 계획도시를 건설하였다. 새로운 사회와 체제를 시도하고 이에 대한 도전을 찬찬히 진행하면서 이 도시의 형상을 갖추어 갔다. 중앙으로부터 시작된 개혁과 변화는 큰 힘을 얻지 못하였고 정조 이후의 수원은 서울과 지방을 잇는 통과도시로서만 역할을 하였다. 근대화하는 과정에서는 농업기술개발의 중심지로서, 산업화 과정에서는 섬유ㆍ전자산업의 본산으로서 도시의 세를 넓혀 나갔다. 최근 들어 우리들의 삶이 문화에 눈을 돌릴 정도로 성숙해져서 이 고장의 정체성에 대해 논하고 많은 사람들이 찾아내려는 노력을 하고 있다. 일상생활과 상관없던 시민들이 생각하고, 새로 맞는 또한 세기에는 화성과 맞먹는 이 시대의 수원다움을 만들어 나가야 하는 것이 이 시대를 사는 사람들의 과제일 것이다. 숱한 과제가 건축사들에게 주어져 있지만 언제나 힘겨운 것이었고 시원한 답을 만들지 못하였다. 그만큼 우리는 눈을 늦게 떴고, 그러는 사이에 도시는 풀어내기 어려운 상태로 변화되어 갔다. '건축사'의 기획 시리즈 수원편을 통하여 지나온 과거를 정리하고 현재의 모습을 살펴보고, 이제부터 우리가 해야 할 일들에 대하여 생각해 보았다.
