The Impact of Nomad Physical Activity Through Online Videos of Active Seniors on Physical Self-Perception and Successful Aging (엑티브시니어의 온라인 동영상을 통한 노마드 체육활동이 신체적자기지각과 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide academic basic data by identifying the effects of active seniors' online video physical activity on physical self-perception and successful aging. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 10 active seniors in D city were selected, and after receiving consent to participate in online video physical activity, it was divided into pre and post, and from March 14 to April 22, 2022, Kakao Talk group chat was opened to watch online physical activity videos during the 12th session, download 2 videos a week, and exercise from Monday to Friday. To solve the research problem, frequency analysis and paired t-test were conducted using the SPSS Ver20.0 statistical program. As a result, first, as a result of analyzing the pre- and post-tests of physical self-perception through physical activity of active seniors, all of face satisfaction, body satisfaction, change in physical strength, and change in disease increased on average. Second, as a result of pre- and post-analysis of active seniors' successful aging through physical activity, acceptance of others, orientation toward self-fulfillment, self-acceptance, and satisfaction with children increased, but autonomous life and active participation in life decreased. Through these results, in the COVID-19 period, when activities were restricted due to social distancing, active seniors' online video physical activity has a positive effect on physical self-perception and successful aging, and various programs that can be active on their own should be developed in the future.

  • 시니어를 위한 메디컬 가상현실 서비스 개발을 목표로 하고 있으며, 시니어가 쉽고 안전하게 체험할 수 있는 가상현실 콘텐츠를 제작하는 것이 주된 목표이다. 본 연구의 최종 목표로는 체험에 집중하기 위한 환경을 조성하기 위해 안전시스템 구축 및 가족/친구와의 연결을 통한 소통 서비스를 개발한다. 시니어를 대상으로 가상현실 체험을 제공할 때 컨트롤러를 쥐고 상호작용을 해야하는 부분을 핸드트래킹 기술을 연구하여 컨트롤러 없이 물리적으로 양손을 자유롭게 하면서 피로감을 줄이는 것은 물론, 주변의 물건을 내려치거나 컨트롤러를 놓쳐 사고로 이어질 소지도 없애 체험에 집중하게 할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고 체험 중 신체에 이상현상이 나타날 경우 즉시 이를 알릴 수 있도록 콘텐츠 내에서 특정 제스쳐나 긴급 버튼을 통하여 체험시 발생할 돌발상황에 대한 대비를 위해 별도의 앱을 개발하고 체험과 상시 연결하여 체험중인 상황을 관제할 수 있도록 시스템을 구축하고, 알림을 통해 조기에 즉각 대처할 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 몸이 불편하거나 요양원 거주등으로 인해 사회적 단절의 해소를 위해 별도의 앱을 통해 체험중인 콘텐츠와 연결이 가능하도록 설계하고 상호간에 아바타를 통한 감정 표현 및 음성 채팅을 할 수 있게 하여 소통을 할 수 있는 서비스 개발하고자 한다.

고령친화 AI음성 O2O 서비스의 서비스가치가 태도와 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 한국은 2025년 전체 인구 중 65세 이상 인구가 20%을 상회하는 초고령 사회 진입이 전망되면서 노화수준에 맞는 고령친화적인 제품서비스 공급이 요구된다. 특히 시니어 소비자가 사용하기 편리한 인터페이스를 갖춘 서비스가 필요하다. 이에 시니어들은 노화(aging)에 대한 문제의식에 비용을 지불하며 젊은 소비자들과 유사한 소비행태를 보이고, 노화 수준별 건강 유지 및 건강 불안, 돌봄 공백, 사회적 고립 증가 등 사회문제가 복합적으로 심화되면서 고령친화적인 스마트한 Aging Service 공급이 요구된다. 이러한 시기와 맞물려 with코로나시대 시니어 소비자가 사용하기 편리한 인터페이스를 갖는 제품·서비스로 4차 산업혁명의 중심인 AI(Artificial Intelligence)와 정보통신 기술의 노력이 가시화되고 있다. 따라서 IT 기술에 덧입혀 시니어들의 욕구에 부합하는 AI 음성인식 기능을 탑재한 제품 및 서비스가 향후 고령친화산업 성장을 주도할 것으로 전망된다. 이에 본 연구는 '고령친화 AI 음성 O2O 서비스'의 서비스 가치가 태도와 이용의도에 영향을 미치는가를 분석하기 위해 선행이론을 토대로 전문가 델파이 방법을 통해 고령친화 AI 음성 O2O 서비스의 정의를 도출하고 실증분석으로 '고령친화 AI 음성 O2O 서비스'의 서비스가치(상황기반 제공성, 즉시연결성, 위치정확성)와 태도 및 이용의도간의 인과관계를 조사하기 위해 본 연구를 진행하였다.

A Study on the Effect of Senior's Entrepreneurial Competency on Entrepreneurial Intention: Focused on the Moderating Effect of Social Support (시니어의 창업역량이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구: 사회적지지 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • In the age of aging society and the difficulties of reemployment environment, senior entrepreneur is increasing as an alternative to solve individual economic problems. However, the survival rate is very low after establishment. This study is a study on the effect of senior's entrepreneurial competency on entrepreneurial intention, and analyzed the relationship between entrepreneurial competency, experience, funding competency, marketing competency, and social support and entrepreneurial intention. For this purpose, we surveyed the potential founders of seniors and used a total of 433 copies. The results of the study are as follows. First, the higher the entrepreneurial competency, in other words, the higher the individual experience, financing competency, and marketing competency, the higher the entrepreneurial intention. Second, social support did not show a significant relationship between entrepreneurial competency and entrepreneurial intention. Based on the results of this study, the following implications were derived. For a successful senior entrepreneur, it is necessary to strengthen the entrepreneurial competency and start the business, and in order to cultivate these entrepreneurial competency, entrepreneurial education is needed more widely.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the education program developed to raise the potential of entrepreneurial capabilities of senior citizens under the supervision of SMBA and investigate the effects of educational contents and environment on program satisfaction and entrepreneurial intention. The sample of this study was composed of 44 trainees who participated in the education program implemented by H University. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires and analyzed employing paired-sample t-test and path analysis techniques. The study found that the program was effective in strengthening the potential of entrepreneurial capabilities of senior citizens and that educational content and environment had positive effects on program satisfaction, which in turn, positively impacted on entrepreneurial intention. The practical implications of the findings were discussed and the future directions for research were suggested.

  • This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of CRM on the management performance of senior club market type senior job business. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the economic income creation of senior club market type senior job project. The results of this study are as follows: First, as a result of verifying the difference in management performance according to sociodemographic characteristics, there was a difference in age, academic background, and monthly average income. Second, the contact service and communication of senior club market type senior job business had a positive effect on the management performance. Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions are made. First, the database(DB) should be constructed reflecting the personal characteristics of consumers and the big data and artificial intelligence analysis should be utilized. Second, education using Internet environment such as YouTube and ZOOM should be strengthened and communication management should be strengthened based on information collected through customer monitoring.

The Structural Relationship among Trust on Simulation Golf Lesson Program, Golf Passion and Psychological Happiness of Active Senior (액티브시니어의 골프 시뮬레이션 레슨프로그램 신뢰와 골프열정 및 심리적 행복감의 관계)

  • This study verified the relationships between trust of simulation golf lesson programs, golf passion, and psychological happiness of active seniors. The subjects of study were adults from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do. For data processing, this study conducted frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, correlation, and structure equation modeling. The results were as follows: First, trust of simulation golf lesson programs had no influence on golf passion (p>.05). Second, trust of simulation golf lesson program had no influence on psychological happiness (p>.05). Third, golf passion (harmonious passion) had a positive influence on psychological happiness (p<.05). However, golf passion (obsessive passion) had no influence on psychological happiness (p>.05).

Continuance Use Intention of Kiosk Services: The Mediating Role of Satisfaction (외식업체 키오스크의 지속 이용 의도에 대한 연구: 만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • In the food market, kiosks are rapidly expanding. The kiosk improves the in-store consumer experience and economic prosperity of businesses. This research explores the continuance use intention of kiosks via a post-acceptance model with four antecedent variables: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, confirmation, and satisfaction. An online survey was conducted with 420 senior consumers, aged 50-70, who have experienced kiosk services. This study used SPSS 25.0 for descriptive analysis and Amos 23.0 for confirmatory factor anlysis, structural equation analysis, and mediate the effect of the bootstrapping method. The following results were obtained. First, perceived usefulness and confirmation significantly influenced satisfaction with kiosks. Second, perceived usefulness and satisfaction significantly influenced continuance use intention. Third, satisfaction mediated the relationship between perceived usefulness and continuance use intention. Fourth, satisfaction mediated the relationship between confirmation and continuance use intention. These findings enhanced the understanding of seniors' attitude and response to kiosk services.

  • This research analyzed the influencing relationship between directors' leadership and employees' turnover intention in senior clubs. This also verified mediating effect of organizational commitment. A survey of 297 employees in Chungcheong and Daejean was conducted. The analysis result is that the effect of directors' leadership on employees' turnover intention and the mediating effect of organizational commitment are significant. For reducing employees' turnover intention, the following measures are needed. To advance directors' leadership, the attitude of supporting the dedication and growth of the workers, the creation of a cooperative atmosphere among the workers, and the development and operation of human-centered leadership education and programs are needed. To promote employees' orgnanizational commitment, job allocation considering competence/characteristics, support for professionalism improvement, granting authority and responsibility necessary for job performance, and preparing appropriate compensation and promotion system is required.

  • This study checks how the beauty service selection attributes of active seniors affect service satisfaction and whether there is a moderating effect of store familiarity between the beauty service selection attributes and service satisfaction and presents related implications. The survey for the study was conducted directly from October 10 to October 15, 2021, and a total of 188 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the beauty service selection attributes of active seniors were divided into four factors: expertise, image, service, and facility, and all of these factors were found to affect satisfaction. In addition, it was confirmed that familiarity had a moderating effect in the relationship between beauty service selection attributes and satisfaction. Therefore, it is considered important to properly manage the services, facilities, and images of beauty services while maintaining high familiarity with active seniors.
