최근 인터넷은 전 세계적으로 대중화되고 다양한 분야에서 많이 응용되고 있다. 특히 인터넷을 이용한 Telerobot 시스템의 연구가 활발히 진행되면서, 인터넷상에서의 네트워크 상태나 대역폭에 따른 시간지연 문제가 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 이는 조작자가 의도하는 데로 이동로봇을 제어하기 위해 반드시 해결되어야할 문제이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 원격지의 조작자가 지시하는 데로의 원활한 주행을 위하여 이동로봇에 전송되는 명령에 신간정보를 함께 보냄으로써, 이를 수신한 이동로봇이 지연시간을 계산하여 시간지연에 따른 경로오차를 보상하거나, 이전의 경로를 이용하여 앞으로의 경로를 예측함으로써 이동로봇이 적절한 경로를 주행할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다.

We examined if intergenerational proximity might be associated with upstream financial transfer from adult children to older parents, and whether adult child gender might moderate the association. We considered siblings' proximity to parents, as well as that of the adult child. Prior work conducted in the US and other countries has suggested that children living further from parents might provide financial support to compensate for instrumental support provided more by siblings living closer to parents. Data were drawn from the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing (2014). Our analytic sample consisted of older adults 60+ and their children aged 35 and 55. None of the children co-resided with parents. Parental households consisted of either widowed individuals or married couples. For within-family analyses, fixed effects and random effects regression models were estimated. Results suggest first, sons living within a 30-minute distance, or within an hour to two-hour distance provided more monetary support to married parents compared to daughters. Second, contrary to existing findings, greater financial assistance was provided by sons and daughters when no children lived within an hour distance from their parents. For widowed parents living alone, intergenerational proximity was not associated with the amount of financial transfer from adult children.

그동안 야심찬 원전 건설 정책을 추진해온 중국이 후쿠시마 원전 사고 이후 숨고르기를 하고 있는 상태이다. 중국의 정책 입안자들은 이러한 시간적 여유를 통해 원자력 정책을 보다 세밀하게 수립할 수 있게 되고, 그럴 경우 앞으로 중국에서 건설되는 원전의 안전성은 이전보다 훨씬 강화될 것이다.

프로젝트는 비행 청소년과도 같아서 만약 부모가 세심히 주의를 기울이면 모범적으로 행동하고 부모가 등을 돌리고 돌아선 순간 불량한 행동을 한다. 이처럼 정보시스템 프로젝트는 그 관리 여부에 따라 성공여부가 결정된다. 현재 많은 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트가 완료이전에 중단되며 1/3이상의 프로젝트가 예산과 마감 시간을 넘기고 있다. 이 글에서는 나날이 복잡해지는 프로젝트 기술 요건과 많아지는 의뢰인의 요구 사항에 대해 모색해 보고자 한다.

문제해결을 위해서는 제일 중요한 것이 사항의 심각성을 빨리 인식해야 한다는 것과 시간 관리를 철저히 해야 한다는 것이다. 심각성을 인식하는 순간부터 2000년 이전까지의 어떤 방법으로 해결할것인가, 어떤 툴을 이용해서 해결할거라는 생각을 버리고 우리 조직이 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해서 문제를 해결하기 위한 과정에 대한 계획을 세우고, 과정을 진행하면서도 피드백을 통해서 철저하게 관리를 해야 한다는 것이다.

2000년 문제의 특징은 문제의 정체는 확실히 모두 알고 있고, 기술적으로도 또한 어려운 것이 아니다. 시간이 한정되어 있고, 스케쥴의 지연이나 연기가 허용되지 않고, 2000년이 되기 이전에도 문제가 발생할 소지가 있다. 이는 정보시스템만의 문제가 아니고 전 어플리케이션 자산에 대해 대응할 필요가 있다. 현재 문제없이 가동되고 있는 어플리케이션도 확인이 필요하고, 확인 테스트가 꼭 필요하다.

이미 도래하고 있는 정보화사회에 있어서 다양한 멀티미디에 XDTLS 서비스를 가입자에게 제공하기 위해서는 가입자망의 광대역화가 핵심적인 부분을 차지한다. 그러나 가입자망의 광대역화에는 많은 시간과 막대한 비용을 필요로 한다. 따라서 FTTH(Fiber to the Home)가 일반화되기 이전까지 가장 경제적인 가입자망의 광대역화 방안의 하나로 고려되고 있는 ADSL/HDSL 장치의 전송기술 개요와 선로환경 및 향후 전망에대하여 검토하여 보았다.

The purpose of this study is to verify information spillover effects using returns of macroeconomic variables and hotel leisure stock index daily data from January 4, 2000 to December 30, 2015. The findings and implications of the research can be summarized as follows. First, based on time-varying AR(1)-GARCH(1,1) models no evidence of statistically significant conditional mean and volatility spillover effects from returns of macroeconomic variables on the hotel leisure stock index was observed. In addition, no evidence of price volatility spillover from macroeconomic variables on the hotel leisure market was observed. Second, it was discovered that there exists a significantly negative relationship between the return of ER and hotel leisure stock prices, but a positive relationship between the KOSPI and hotel leisure stock prices. Finally, the study also found that was a significantly positive relationship between the volatility of DUB and hotel leisure market, and an adversely negative relationship between the volatility of ER and hotel leisure market. The results of this study are expected to contribute by providing useful information for investment strategies, as well as for risk management for investors and managers.

In this paper, we propose an efficient and simple fair queueing algorithm, called Minimum Possible Virtual Start Time Fair Queueing (MPSFQ), which has O(1) complexity for the virtual time computation while it has good delay and fairness properties. The key idea of MPSFQ is that it has an easy system virtual time recalibration method while it follows a rate-proportional property. MPSFQ algorithm recalibrates system virtual time to the minimum possible virtual start time of all backlogged sessions. We will show our algorithm has good delay and fairness properties by analysis.
