Analysis on the Initial Effect of Meister High School Policy on Labor Market (마이스터고 정책의 초기 노동시장 효과 분석)

  • This study analyzes the initial effect of meister high school policy on labor market by DID based on the fact that most of the meister high schools that had its first graduates in 2013 were not newly established but assigned by government. We estimated employment and real hourly wages as quantitative measures and intent to remain in labor market as qualitative one. The results shows that, the meister high school policy increased the employment rate but didn't do real hourly wages and intent to remain. Therefore, meister high school policy can be assessed to be successful in short-term only in quantitative aspects. The study has its contribution as the first study of estimating the net effect of the policy.

  • 고효율 실리콘 이종접합 태양전지 제작을 위한 요소기술 중 a-Si:H/c-Si 간의 계면 안정화는 태양전지 효율에 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 n-type 결정질 실리콘 기판을 사용하여, 소수전하들의 재결합을 방지하고, 계면 안정화를 실행하는 방안으로 실리콘 기판 습식 세정을 수행하였다. 반도체 공정에서 일반적으로 알려진 RCA 세정기법에 HF 세정을 마지막공정으로 추가하여 자연 산화막과 기타 불순물을 더욱 효과적으로 제거할 수 있도록 실험을 진행하였다. 마지막 공정으로 추가된 HF 세정에 의한 a-Si:H/c-Si 계면 안정화 효과를 관찰하기 위하여 HF농도와 HF 세정시간에 따른 소수반송자 수명을 측정하였다. 또한 HF 세정 이후 공정의 영향을 확인하기 위하여 PE-CVD법으로 a-Si:H 박막 증착 이전 실리콘 기판의 온도와 상온에서 머무는 시간에 따른 a-Si:H/c-Si 계면안정화 특성을 분석하였다. 본 실험을 통해 HF세정공정이 계면특성에 미치는 영향을 확인하였으며 실리콘 기판 습식 세정이 이종접합태양전지 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

  • This paper presents a new demixing method that separates each source from a stereo sound mixture. Under the W-Disjoint Orthogonal assumption in DUET(Degenerate Unmixing Estimation Technique) algorithm. The proposed method is mainly processed in time-frequency domain by using windowed-fourier transform. In this paper there are two main contributions: a weighted mask by panning index distances and a binary mask by comparing each channel value. The former has tender demixing characteristic, and the latter has stronger demixing characteristic. In experimental results, we will show that both masks produce more robust demixing than the existing demixing methods do.

  • A Bluetooth ad hoc network can be formed by interconnecting piconets into scatternet. Many algorithms of scatternet formation have been proposed so far. However, these have a problem that takes a long time to reform scatternet, especially for the case of master moving out. In this paper we propose a Fast-Recovery algorithm. which aims at reducing the time of scatternet reformation owing to master moving out. In the algorithm, we select a slave with the weigh similar to its master as Sub-Master from a piconet device table created by the master When a master leaves its piconet is detected by its slaves, the Sub-Master becomes the new master of the piconet instead of the old and directly connect to other slaves and bridge(s) through piconet device table in page state.

  • This paper presents a simple method to estimate short-circuit power dissipation for static CMOS logic circuits. Short-circuit current expression is derived by accurately interpolating peak points of actual current curves which is influenced by the gate-to-drain coupling capacitance. It is shown through simulations that the proposed technique yields better accuracy than previous methods when signal transition time and/or load capacitance decreases, which is a characteristic of the present technological evolution. The proposed analytical expressions can be easily applied in such applications as power estimation even when the current expression is changed.

  • The frequency-dependent characteristics of the finline have previously been analyzed using several frequency domain approaches. But the time domain TLM method presented in this paper is another independent approaches for obtaining frequency domain results for finline. The structure analysed with this algorithm is unilateral finline in WR-62 waveguide enclosures and the symmetrical condensed node based on the properties of Huygen's scattering model is used. From the TLM results, the frequency-dependent scattering parameters of a unilateral finline have been calculated by Fourier transform of the time domain data. The numerical results are in good agreements with other paper, thus demonstrating the validity and usefulness of the proposed method.

  • 그 동안 개발된 시뮬레이터들은 주로 단안 정보에 기초한 것들이 대부분이었고, 양안 정보를 제공하더라도 사용자의 움직임을 반영하지 못하였다. 양안정보를 제공하지 못하는 시뮬레이터는 게임으로써는 재미에 한계가 있고, 훈련 도구로써 실제 수행에 도움을 주기 어렵다. 본 연구는 사용자의 움직임을 고려한 양안 정보를 제공하는 외야수 뜬 공 잡기 가상 현실 시뮬레이터를 개발하여 이러한 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 토대를 마련하였다. 그리고 양안 정보 제공의 중요성과 개발된 시뮬레이터의 타당성 및 유용성을 검증하기 위해 본 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 공의 위치 판단 과제를 실시하였다. 양안 시차가 주어진 조건과 주어지지 않은 조건 각각에 두 집단 구성원들을 무선적으로 배치하여 정답률과 반응 시간을 측정하였다. 숙련자들은 양안시차가 주어진 조건에서 더 좋은 수행을 보인 반면, 일반인들은 양안시차가 주어지지 않은 조건에서 더 좋은 수행을 보였다. 이는 뜬 공 잡기 상황에서 양안정보가 숙련자들에게는 유용하지만 비숙련자들에게는 그렇지 않았음을 보여준다. 또한 숙련자들이 정답률과 반응 시간 모두에서 일반인들보다 더 좋은 수행을 보였고 이는 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 이와 같은 가상 현실 시뮬레이터는 양안 정보를 제공함으로써 이전의 시뮬레이터들보다 게임이나 훈련 도구로 사용함에 있어 더 효과적이다. 또한 인간의 운동 수행에 관련된 연구를 하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

  • For low complexity encoder, the parity bit transmission through a feedback channel is an essential part of DVC. But feedback channel-based parity bit control is a major cause for the high decoding time latency. In this paper, we propose a fast distributed video decoding by parity bit request estimation using rate-distortion model. Through computer simulations, it is shown that the proposed method can achieve complexity reduction compared to other methods.

  • In this paper. determination method of turn-off angle in the SRM drives is proposed to maintain the high torque at a any turn-on angle, which is realized by using selHuning control method, During the sampling time. a number of P pulses from encoder are checked by using one-chip microprocessor. and compared with pre-checked a number of pulses A After calculating difference between two data, the turn-off angle moves forward or backward direction by the self-tuning m method, As repeating such process, the optimal turn-off angle is determined and the maximum torque is maintained T Though experiments, it is observed that motor speed is almost maintained if turn-off angle is adjusted automatically by s selHuning method when turn-ηn angle is changed.

  • In this paper, we present an algorithm based on particle filter to determine the state of human movement. We calculate speed from consecutive positioning data with time, latitude and longitude. The speed values are averaged with previous speed values and thus act as basis for particle filter. We use the fact that human speed distribution follows exponential distribution approximately. An algorithm based on particle filter has been developed and utilized. Human movement state are probabilistically described in this research, and the probability is to determine whether a person is in moving state or in stable state. The experimental results are provided in various ways.
