In this paper, we develop an application service of user authentication system using context awareness technology. The proposed security printer system service is applying 'NFC(Near Field Communication) technology', 'authentication system using communication with server, according to context awareness to application system. Our system extracts several context-awareness elements that happen through the user's printing with server communication. The proposed system property elements contain as print time, number of printing and name of document, etc. based on working memory operation as DB. This proposed system provide with context-awareness weight algorithm and analyzes the service which decides success or failure of user's printing. The develop app service is formed and applied when approved user who gets request. Approved user according to these context awareness tech will be provided with final service after authenticating again for the certain NFC card to reader. This results cab be contributed an authentication service based on context awareness weight algorithm and improved performance of management service in secure service applications.

Recently Standards Developments Organizations (SDO$\_S$) in the field of Information and Communication recognize that "More new and more complex standards should be developed in shorter time". To cope with this challenge they try to construct Standards Information Cooperation Network (SICN) or Electronic Document Handling (EDH) systems for efficient standards development process. This paper presents the design and implementation of an Extranet based Web system dedicated to effective on-line standards making environments. The system, which is called SICN (Standards Information Cooperation Network), is a workflow-based network application created with a view to fostering faster standards development with functionalities such as an electronic signature mechanism, electronic voting, comment gathering and dynamic links for ready retrieval of standards information stored in a database. This paper also describes the concept of a VSDO (Virtual Standards Development Organization) that supports all the features needed by the relevant standards making bodies to carry out their activities in dynamic on-line environments.ironments.

Lately the increase of unemployment and freeters, the use of mobile applications for part-time jobs has been increasing. This study identifies the problems of mobile job applications and focuses on domestic applications: 'Albamon' and 'Albachunkuk'. By conducting surveys and in-depth interviews based on Peter Morville's Honeycomb model. The usability assessment, the proposed improvement results are as follows: First, unhealthy establishments and overlapping job blocking filters should be further strengthened. Second, a design to tailor to the 20s age group, who are the main user of the application, is needed. Third, a fully customized part-time job listing is needed for users on the application landing page. Fourth, the application requires verification procedures for the document preparation regarding work contracts and reporting of employers. This study hopes to add to the improvement of job-seeking application services in Korea.

International financial crises of the mid-l990s are widely perceived as the trigger that prompted recognition of the need for a new data quality management by the OECD, IMF, Eurostat and individual statistical agency. The official statistics improvements schedule in Korea was launched in 1996 as part of a broader internationally-agreed-upon initiative to strengthen transparency and promote good governance practices. These new initiatives are based on the Total Quality Management(TQM) movement and other management frameworks broadening the concept of quality beyond the traditional statistician's concepts of data quality. This paper aims to evaluate the statistics quality of Land Price Index. Evauation Method is the National Statistical Office's Data Quality Management System which focus on accuracy, timeliness, relevance, accessibility, comparability, serviceability, efficiency.

This study focuses on user experience of Ant Insurance Platform(insurance product of Alibaba) and provides insights and improvement advises based on the survey conducted. Given that insurance claim is the most controversial part during the whole process, it is essential to conduct corresponding research from users' prospective. Some Chinese users between their 20's and 40's, who are major users of mobile insurance platforms, were selected as a sample group. Questionaire survey, which was made based on measurement items from Information systems success model, as well as in-depth interview was conducted within the group. According to the result, health, among all kinds, is the most difficult insurance to claim, which was mainly cause by security and information concerns. In order to enhance security, more options should be given to users. As for information, complains should be delt carefully and transparently. This study is expected to be used as referential material for mobile insurance platforms and user experience of insurance claims.

In the case of weapon systems used by the military, defense standards are applied for economical and efficient procurement, management, and maintenance. Defense specifications are documents describing procedures and methods for determining whether technical requirements for products and services are consistent and apply to the production of weapon systems, quality assurance, and configuration management. Software is also subject to defense specifications, and is documented and managed in the same way as other defense specifications. Sometimes it happened to be standardized without some(or all) software. In this case, a competitive contract is impossible and it may affect the quality of weapon systems because the manufacturer arbitrarily changes the software without prior approval. So, software standardization is required, but it is very difficult to verify for firmware installed in hardware. This paper proposed a verification method for g software standardization, and we expect it will contribute to the efficient production and quality assurance of weapon systems.

Recently, people's interest in marine leisure has been increasing, and research and development on leisure boats are actively being carried out to pioneer overseas markets. These days, the materials used for leisure boats are fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) and aluminum alloy. However, FRP is hygroscopic and causes environmental problems, and aluminum alloy has high thermal conductivity and fire susceptibility. Therefore, titanium alloy is being adopted as a material for leisure boats instead. In this study, hull thicknesses and design pressures were calculated while considering dynamic effects for titanium boats. Four sets of rules and regulations were used: ISO 12215-5, RINA Pleasure Yacht, LR Special Service Craft, and KR High-speed Light Craft. The maximum bottom slamming loads were in the order of ISO, KR, LR, and RINA, and the required hull thicknesses were in the same order. This research might be helpful for understanding the rules, regulations, and overseas export of leisure boats.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze leading brands of the scooter-sharing system market of Korea, KICKGOING and Lime, in terms of user experience, and to suggest the improvement direction of the applications and scooters of those two services. The assessment was conducted in such a way that the experimental group using scooter-sharing system over a certain frequency would choose the specific service they use most frequently, and complete a questionnaire: based on the reorganized version of the Peter Morville's Honeycomb Model. Based on the results of the experiment, We drew a conclusion that the services need to add navigation features in the application, to provide more simple procedures for reporting breakdown or accident and browsing insurance information, and to improve the user and pedestrian safety levels by gamification, et cetera. We expect this study to help the fast-growing smart mobility market and scooter-sharing systems that represent the market develop into a user-centered way.

This study examines the paradigm shift in vocational training with the introduction of remote training, which has been conducted fragmentarily by project, to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. It analyzes the operation's problems and limitations by dividing the remote training process from assessment to budget execution by subject, stage, and procedure. Additionally, it collects various stakeholders' opinions to propose improvement plans for the vocational training support system to effectively respond to the paradigm shift in vocational training in the digital and non-face-to-face era. The study assumes that the assessment of training institutions and the training process should be innovated in a way that can accommodate the direction of vocational training in the digital and non-face-to-face era instead of focusing on traditional collective training. Based on this premise, it suggests ways to enhance the pre-approval screening system and the training institution assessment system.

This study is meaningful in that it presents specific user experience improvement measures to promote donation participation by analyzing in-depth the MZ generation's donation platform user experience. Through this, we can identify key elements that promote donation behavior and improve the platform based on this to encourage donation participation among the MZ generation. The research results emphasized that the MZ generation values transparency and reliability, and prefers simple donation procedures and automatic transfer functions. Additionally, it was revealed that visual elements and experiential activities play an important role in strengthening donation motivation. These research results provide important implications for non-profit organizations and can contribute to revitalizing the donation culture and encouraging more people to continuously participate in donations. Furthermore, it is significant in that it provides important implications for creating a better environment in which non-profit organizations can realize social responsibility and contribute to the development of the community by improving the user experience of donation platforms.
