Positive Study of How Green Zones in the City Effect the Relief of Micro-Climate Control (도시녹지가 미기상조절에 미치는 실증적 연구)

  • This study observed the temperature and humidity within the green zone to understand the effect that land coverage and the structure of forests have on the relief of micro-climate control. Based on this set of data, this study interpreted, through the regression analysis, the relevance of land coverage of the green zone with temperature and distribution of humidity, as well as the amount of green with the relief of microclimate control. The results of the study demonstrated that high temperature regions were formed in barren areas, and low temperature regions in forests or near the water. In particular, low temperature was found in areas covered with tall and small trees, the water surrounded by forests and areas enclosing small rivers. Furthermore, mechanisms causing low temperature were, among others, the ratio of land coverage (forest, grassland, water). In fact, the temperature reduction effect varied in accordance with the types and ratios of the land coverage. Humidity also showed a close correlation with the distribution of temperature high temperature areas had low humidity and low temperature areas had high humidity. Such a phenomenon.

  • 양봉사란 겨울철에 꿀벌의 월동에 적합하도록 환기와 온도 및 습도환경조절이 가능한 건물을 지칭하는 것이다. 양봉사를 이용하여 월동할 경우 노동력의 절감, 식량 소모량의 감소 및 월동기간 중 폐사율의 감소 등의 효과가 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 현재 국내 양봉가의 대부분은 실외월동을 하고 있는 실정이며, 일부 상온 실내월동을 실시하고 있으나 저온양봉사를 이용한 월동은 실시된 적이 없으며, 이에 관한 연구는 전혀 수행되지 않은 실정이다. (중략)

  • This study was conducted to establish the ventilation fan operation schedule to be able to provide satisfactory environment for colonies in thc wintering honey bee house. The simulation and practical measuring test were conducted to verify the applicability of an existing simulation program to thc calculation of inside thermal environment condition of the house, and the environment control performance was compared between the two types of fan operation schedule to find the proper schedule. It was concluded that the program could be used to design thc materials of the enclosure and the fan operation schedule and decide the number of accommodation hives. Inside temperature of bee house controlled by the fan operation schedule B was lower than the schedule A under the similar high outside temperature condition. In the presence of the high outside temperature condition, inside air temperature of bee house could be decreased by changing fan operation schedule A to schedule B. The humidity variation in bee house controlled by the tan operation of schedule B was smaller than that by schedule A. These results indicated that the schedule B was superior in the aspect of the environment control performance.

  • This research tried to analyze the effects of ecological materials 'hwang-toh (yellow soil)' on indoor environments. For this purpose, two full scale mock-ups were constructed: one with silk wall paper, which is generally used for indoor finishing and the other with hwang-toh, which is the ecological material for wall finishing. Comparison and performance evaluations were conducted, and the effects of hwang-toh finishing on a humid indoor environment were verified. Through this research, it was verified that a hwang-toh plaster finish is effective in maintaining the comfort of an indoor environment.

  • This study aims to evaluate the humidity control performance of low-priced generic ceramic panels that are used to control humidity. Temperature and humidity are monitored by using 'Living Lab' and the change of indoor relative humidity is measured and analyzed. According to the results of the study, the indoor relative humidity of rooms installed with ceramic panels was found to be low compared to that of living rooms by 2.2%RH (test period) and 3.2%RH (daily). In the case of maximum relative humidity, rooms installed with ceramic panels were found to be low by 6.9%RH. The results are attributable to the humidity absorption of ceramic panels. Accordingly, future ceramic panels need the improvement of performance and an appropriate construction area should be derived depending on indoor space.
