GaN 스트라이프 구조의 정상 부분에 Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition(MOCVD) 방법에 의해 선택적으로 결정 성장된 마이크로 크기의 AlGaN 어레이 구조의 성장과 그 특성에 관해 연구하였다. AlGaN 어레이 구조의 형태 변화가 선택 성장을 위한 노출 면적에 의존한다는 것을 확인하였다. 상대적으로 넓게 노출 된 성장 영역 위에서 선택 성장된 AlGaN 어레이 구조는 기판 위의 GaN 스트라이프와 유사한 규칙적인 모양을 가지는 반면 상대적으로 좁게 노출된 영역 위에서 선택 성장 된 AlGaN 어레이 구조는 불규칙한 모양을 가진다. 한편, Al 조성비가 증가함에 따라 AlGaN 어레이 미세 구조에 대한 고유 포논 진동수도 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만 상대적으로 높은 Al 조성비에서는 고유 포논 진동수는 AlGaN 구조와 그 아래의 GaN 스트라이프 사이의 큰 격자상수 차이와 선택적 결정 성장 과정 동안의 결정면 방향의 변화에 의해 강한 tensile strain으로 인해 다시 감소하는 경향을 보임을 확인하였다.

경남농업기술원 화훼육종연구소에서 1997년부터 교배조합 육성을 위하여 국내의 재배농가와 종묘업체로부터 유전자원을 수집한 후, 2000년부터 2006년에 걸쳐 교배 및 계통선발육종을 하였다. 2006년부터 2008년까지 3회의 특성검정을 거쳐서 호접란 신품종 '옐로우 크림'을 개발하였다. '옐로우 크림'은 황색스트라이프 대륜계 꽃을 가진 품종으로 설판은 적색을 띤다. 꽃 크기가 10.3 cm 이상이 될 정도로 꽃이 큰 편이며 대비품종에 비해 화형은 둥글고 립이 붉으며 꽃잎의 모양이 반원형으로 아름다운 모양을 가지고 있다. 또한 꽃배열도 우수하며 꽃수도 많은 편이다. 엽색은 연한 녹색이며 생육속도도 빠르고 재배하기가 용이하다. 평균 꽃 수명 또한 55일 이상으로 길다. 소수의 품종만이 시장에 나와 있는 황색 스트라이프 계통의 신품종으로서 국내외 시장에서 기호도가 높을 것으로 판단된다.

주문형 비디오 시스템에서 저장되는 영화들의 다중 액세스를 지원하기 위해 영화들은 비디오 서버의 다수의 디스크에 걸쳐 스트라이프되고, 비디오 서버의 디스크 배열들간의 부하 불균형을 피할 뿐만 아니라 저장 공간과 장치 대역폭을 최대로 이용하기 위하여 영화의 블록들은 디스크 배열에 신중히 배치되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 영화의 인기도를 고려한 동적 디스크 스트라이핑에 기초하는 그룹교대 라운드로빈이라는 영화 배치 방법을 제안하고, 그것의 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 평가한다.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of clothing style and mixtures of stripe pattern direction, width, and coloration of an upper garment. The experimental materials made for this study are a set of stimuli and response scale(The 7-Point semantic). The subjects were 480 female undergraduate students in Seoul, Busan, Gyung-nam. The 80 stimuli which were variously incorporated with clothing styles and stipe patterns were assessed by the students. The following contents summarizes the results of the research. Impression factors of the stimuli consists of the 5 dimensions(Attractiveness, Show, Activity, Clearness, mildness). Amon these, the Attractiveness and Show dimensions proved to be more important. The clothing style and pattern direction indicated main effect in attractiveness and activity dimension. The pattern coloration showed a significant effect in dimensions except attractiveness and clearness. The pattern width had a significant effect only in the activity. Significant interaction effects of each clothing clause were found in the attractiveness, activity and clearness, but Show and mildness had no significant interaction effect. This research, as the 06 S/S, F/W trend, is a meaningful study in that it handled in the form of expression the stripe pattern used unrestrictedly in the casual wear or the formal wear by a fashion keyword.

This study is about the strife patterns in modern fashion and the characteristics inherent in them. The study was aimed at offering the basic materials to develop the creative design that can show various visual expression effects. In terms of method, the study was led by the analysis of documents; domestic and foreign fashion, collection magazines etc were used to analyze the strife patterns in modern fashion. According to the findings, the study used the rearrangement of the strife patterns at the same intervals, the arrangement of different strife patterns within one single item, the hybrid arrangement of strife patterns and different patterns, and the use of strife patterns for a certain part of clothing for the purse of emphasis or decoration. First, the characteristics inherent in such strife patterns showed clear simplicity using the same repetition of simple lines or the two colors of black and white. Second, strife patterns changed silhouettes by causing optical illusion, and showed the rhythm effects, such as swelling, wave or movement by distorting and controlling lines or forms. Third, based on irregular intervals or multi-strife, the concept of unclear disharmony and inconsistency was shown with the beauty of hybridharmony by blending various strife patterns with each other, or strife patterns with different patterns, and thus expressing composite images.

This study aims to characterize the effect of different combinations of chromatic-achromatic colors and 1:2:3 area-ratio variation of stripe necktie, and gender on the image of male wearer. The experimental materials developed for this study are a set of stimuli and response scales. The stimuli consist of 84 color pictures manipulated with every combination of 12 different colors and 7 different area-ratio. The 7-point scale designed for visual evaluation of image formation included 26 bipolar adjectives. The subjects were 2016 undergraduate students in Gyeongnam, Seoul, Busan, and Daegu areas. The results of this study were as follows. The analyses of images of male wearer in terms of combinations of chromatic-achromatic colors and I :2:3 area-ratio variation of oblique stripe necktie reveal that the concerned factors are of five characteristic dimensions of youth-activity, ability, attractiveness, appeal, and warmness. In addition, it has been found that individual images of male wearer are affected by observer's gender as well as combinations of chromatic-achromatic colors and 1:2:3 area-ratio variation of stripe neckties and that those images vary with every combination of each factor. The study results are highly expected to be used as useful sources in developing necktie designs.

Stripe has been one of the all-time favorite fabric patterns so far and the usages have been widely applied of nearly everything ranging from everyday dress to interior fabrics. As the times change, patterns of this simple geometrical design have gradually become varied. Many effects of stripe patterns have allowed the patterns to be used in fabrics for fashion design and the patterns are considered fit for expressing individual characteristics. By studying theoretical background on categories of stripe patterns and the characteristics as a design and by researching the trends and properties exhibited in the modern fabric design, this paper will seek the potential of stripe patterns for design of a modern sense and the directions to express the patterns as a value-added design. This research was conducted through literature, books published at home and abroad, research papers and photographs on stripe patterns. Domestic magazines, web research, and photographs published since 2000 were studied for an analysis of the trends and characteristics of stripe patterns displayed in the modern fabric design. As the results, this research will explain the tendencies of stripe patterns on the modern fabric designs divided into several ways: simple and restrained modernity, active and sporty property, mannishness putting practicality forward-emerging as the status of women rises, and femininity emphasizing elegant women. The characteristics of the Plastic are categorized simplicity, rhythmicality, and Mixing of patterns.

This study analyzed the difference between 2D image and 3D virtual clothing images based on stripe arrangement to obtain fundamental data for slim appearance. First, the slimming effect according to the three types of stripe ratio was examined. Subsequently, the slimming effects of seven types of one-piece dress designs according to the stripe location were analyzed. Subjective ranking was evaluated. The width items and radius of curvature were measured for the image's respective parts. Consequently, in 2D image and 3D virtual clothing images, the one with the narrowest stripe ratio was evaluated as the slimmest; however, the conditions for the slimming effect were different. In the seven one-piece dress designs, a difference was apparent in the ranking of the 2D image and 3D virtual clothing images. In the 3D virtual clothing image, arranging the stripes on the entire garment proved inefficient. The stripes were curved according to the curvature of the human body, creating an optical illusion that differed from that of the 2D image.

SSD는 고성능 저전력 스토리지 시스템으로 각광받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SSD를 사용한 RAID 장치의 성능을 분석하는 연구를 수행하였다. 하드웨어 RAID 5 시스템에서 SSD의 개수, 스트라이프 크기, 리퀘스트 크기, NCQ의 값을 변화시키며 임의 읽기/쓰기 동작의 성능을 분석하였다. 실험 결과를 바탕으로 본 논문에서는 패리티를 기반으로 한 RAID 5 시스템에서 임의 쓰기 성능의 문제점을 보여주고, RAID 5 시스템의 구성에 대한 재고가 필요함을 보인다.

오픈스택(OpenStack)을 이용한 클라우드 서비스가 점차 확산되어가면서 수많은 가상 자원들을 생성하고 생성된 가상 자원들의 라이프사이클을 관리하는 오케스트레이션 기능의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본고에서는 오픈스택 진영에서 템플릿 기반의 오케스트레이션 서비스를 담당하고 있는 Heat의 기본구조와 함께 Heat에서 정의하고 있는 HOT(Heat Orchestration Template) 템플릿의 구성 요소와 주요 특징을 정리하고 템플릿 간에 참조 관계를 설명하는 Nested Stack 개념을 소개한다.
