Fabrication of Micropattern by Microcontact Printing (미세접촉인쇄기법을 이용한 미세패턴 제작)

  • In this work, we developed a high resolution printing technique based on transferring a pattern from a PDMS stamp to a Pd and Au substrate by microcontact printing Also, we fabricated various 2D metallic and polymeric nano patterns with the feature resolution of sub-micrometer scale by using the method of microcontact printing (${\mu}$CP) based on soft lithography. Silicon masters for the micro molding were made by e-beam lithography. Composite poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) molds were composed of a thin, hard layer supported by soft PDMS layer. From this work, it is certificated that composite PDMS mold and undercutting technique play an important role in the generation of a clear SAM nanopattern on Pd and Au substrate.

  • Microcontact printing (uCP) of alkanethiols on gold was the first representative of soft-lithography processes. This is an attempt to enhance the accuracy of classical to a precision comparable with optical lithography, creating a low-cost, large-area, and high-resolution patterning process. Microcontact printing relies on replication of a pattered PDMS stamp from a master to form an elastic stamp that can be inked with a SAM solution(monolayer -forming ink) using either immersion inking or contact inking. The inked PDMS stamp is then used to print a pattern that selectively protects the gold substrate during the subsequent etch.

  • Background & Objective : Rejuvenate treatment with oriental medicine is popular these days. However, there are few reports about it. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of derma stamp treatment. Derma stamp is a new clinical equipment for Microneedle System. Methods : Restrospective study was conducted. Ten patients were treated for 5 weeks. Follow-up was performed after the treatment with Janus facial analysis system. Satisfaction degree was asked from the patients. Results and Conclusions : Derma stamp treatment was good for skin aging problems like pore, wrinkle, spot, sebum and porphyrin. Especially oily type had better effect than dry type.

  • 1996년 Chou 등이 개발한 가열방식의 나노임프린트 리소그래피(nanoimprint lithography, NIL)은 선폭 100nm 이하의 나노구조물을 경제적으로 제작할 수 있는 대표적인 나노패턴닝(nano-patterning) 공정으로 많은 기대가 모아지고 있으나, 열변형에 의해 다층정렬이 어렵다는 점과, 점도가 큰 레지스트(resist)를 임프린트하기 위해서는 고압(∼30 bar)이 필요하다 점 등의 문제점이 있다. 이를 해결할 수 있는 방법으로 UV 나노임프린트 리소그래피(ultraviolet nanoimprint lithography, UV-NIL)를 들 수 있다.(중략)

  • The end-to-end service clock recovery is a critical issue in providing constandt bit rate service through ATM network. The Synchronous Residual Time Stamp(SRTS) algorithm is used to recovery the source clock using time stamp of transmitter. In thispaper, we propose a Differential Residual Time Stamp (DRTS) transmission mechanism to effectively deliver the timing information of source clock in SRTS algorithm. The RTS transmission method simple in its hardware. From the results of field trial of DS3 rate interactive video communication system through B-ISDN testbed, it can be identified that DRTS method is superior to the RTS method.

  • This paper describes a novel method for fabricating large area metallic stamp with high aspect ratio micro intaglio features. Micro machined brass master with pillar and larger width groove patterns were electroformed to form inverse structures on the large area metallic stamp. This enabled large area metallic stamp with fine micro high aspect ratio micro intaglio features which were small width groove patterns and quadrilateral hole patterns that cannot be fabricated by direct micro machining process. Fabricated large area metallic stamp with high aspect ratio micro intaglio features was measured and analyzed.

  • 콘텐츠는 다양한 문화적인 특징을 내포하고 있으며, 어떤 환경이건 그 지역의 문화를 콘텐츠로 하고 있다. 이러한 문화적 콘텐츠는 우리생활에 영향을 끼친다. 본 연구는 부산 해양관광지를 중심으로 해양도시의 자연환경을 활용한 특색 있는 감성 문화 콘텐츠의 발전 가능성에 대해 고찰하고, 해변에서의 여가활동 증진에 새로운 디자인 시스템으로 도움이 되고자 하는 연구이다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 감성문화에 대해 알아보았으며, 감성문화사례를 통해 각 지역의 특색을 느낄 수 있는 '테마길', '지역성이 반영된 스탬프 투어' 등이 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 과제에서는 부산 해양관광지를 중심으로 현장조사를 통한 분석과정을 이행할 것이며, '길'이라는 테마에 대한 분석과 평가를 통하여, 그에 대응 하는 문화적인 콘텐츠로의 연계방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

  • In this paper, we propose a practical authentication system based on Wireless Body Area Networks(WBAN) for U-healthcare medical information environments. The proposed authentication system is based on symmetric cryptosystem such as AES and is designed to not only provide security such as data secrecy, data authentication, data integrity, but also prevent replay attack by adopting timestamp technique and perform secure authentication between sensor node, master node, base-station, and medical server.

  • 본 논문에서는 IP 망을 통한 다윈 스트리밍 미디어 전송 서비스에서 압축된 미디어를 RTP 패킷화하여 전송할 때 RTP 패킷의 헤더에 기록될 타임스탬프 (timestamp) 정보로부터 유도해 낼 수 있는 Normal Play Time 정보를 활용하여 비디오와 오디오 간에 미디어 동기화 지원 방법을 제안한다. 모의실험을 통해 제안된 미디어 동기화 알고리듬을 적용함으로써 서로 다른 미디어 간에 정확한 동기화가 제공됨을 확인할 수 있었다.
