3차원 동작분석장치를 이름한 하지동작 연구 (A Study on Walking Movements for Skirt Patterns with 3D Motion Analysis System)

  • 본 연구는 동작분석장치를 이용하여 하지동작분석을 시도함으로서 실제 동작 시 적응 할 수 있는 의복설계를 위한 기초 자료로서 하지부 실루엣 변화의 특성을 밝히고자 하였다. 대퇴돌기점을 기준으로 본 하지동작의 진행방향 이동과 상향 방향이동을 살펴보았는데 보행유형에 따라 여유량이 특히 요구되는 부위가 각기 다르며, 부위별 필요 여유 량도 각기 다르다는 것을 알 수 있었으며 , 이러한 보행유형 별 스커트 실루엣의 특징은 기능복 설계 시 고려되어야 하겠다. 평지보행 시는 발목부위가 전면방향보다 후면방향으로 이동의 범위가 크므로 트임이나 주름이 뒷면에 있는 것이 적합하고, 계단승강이나 버스승강의 경우 무릎전면에 여유량이 필요하므로 주름이나 트임을 앞쪽에 주는 것이 바람직하며 그 길이는 대퇴돌기점 높이정도에서 시작하여야 하고 무릎아래에 있는 앞트임은 하지동작에 도움이 되지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

크랭크 오프셋 엔진의 마찰 특성 : 이론적 고찰 (The Friction Characteristics of Crank Offset Engine : Theoretical Investigation)

  • This paper reports on the effects of crankshaft offset on the engine friction. The effects of crank offset are investigated through the theoretical analysis. In this study, the mathematical models are presented fer evaluationg the friction level of each engine parts. Crank offset influences on the side force acted on the piston pin and sliding speed of piston. Crank offset is very effective to reduce the piston skirt friction. With application of crank offset, total engine friction decreases at low engine speed, but that increase as engine speed increases.

임부용 기본스커트 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Basic Pattern Design for a Pregnant Woman)

  • The purpose of this study was to make suitabl skirts pattern for pregnant woman on the basis of their physical characteristics. 9 women who were 3,5,8 and 10 months pregnant were measured using Martin's anthropometric instrument on 12 items and sliding gauge on 4 items. The measures were analyzed statistically. Skirts pattern was developed based on the measurements of the essential items for skirts construction. The sensory evaluation was applied to estimate fittness and comfort in Rim's method skirt pattern. The items which showed a remarkable and significant increase were anterior waist circumference, anterior waist height and abdominal circumference. The anterior part of waist and abdorminal sections projected forward gradually. According to statistical analysis on the questionnaire, all the items showed significant difference between the new and the Rim's method skirts pattern with the new pattern having higher scores.

  • To reduce the exterior noise level of EMU, there are several ways have been evaluated. The noise sources for the exterior noise level are the traction motor, driving gear and wheel/rail rolling noise. In this article, the ways to mitigate the noise issue for EMU have been investigated and especially the way to protect the noise radiation from the bogie area and wheel/rail rolling noise. The way to evaluate the effect of the side skirt has been reviewed. To install the side skirt, the interface between the side skirt and the carbody and bogie should be examined and the acoustic design of the side skirt will be evaluated.

  • The aim of this paper is to investigate the friction characteristics of piston assembly, which composed of ring pack and piston skirt. The friction force of piston assembly was measured by using the movable liner in the single cylinder engine, and the various parameters were tested. The friction force was suddenly increased at the expansion stroke due to higher cylinder pressure. The viscous friction was dominant at the mid stroke, but the boundary friction was dominant at the top and bottom dead centers. Through the experiment, we could validate previous theoretical study, and confirm that th e radial clearance and ring tension were very effective to reduce friction loss of piston assembly.

  • The purpose of this study is to find how to be formed the wet film thickness during the low friction coating process for a piston skirt with application to the theory of screen printing. In other words, the general expressions predicting the pressure under a blade and the volume of coating fluid passing through the blade edge are derived. Using these expressions, the coating thickness on a piston skirt during a sample blade coating process can be quantitatively assessed.

  • 움직임에 따른 변형을 실시간으로 처리하는 것은 가상 현실이나 게임 제작 분야에서 절실히 요구되고 있다. 반면에 캐릭터 등이 착용한 스커트나 바지 등과 같이, 복잡한 변형 특성을 가지는 옷감의 변혁은 캐릭터의 움직임에 따른 변형을 원하는 시간 내에 자연스럽게 생성하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 많은 수의 이산점을 필요로 하는 복잡한 변형을, 실시간적 처리를 고려하여 다단계로 시뮬레이션하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 방향을 가진 표면 요소로 기본 frame을 구성하여 이들의 시뮬레이션 결과로 비교적 사실적인 표면 전체의 실루엣을 얻고, 이를 세분화시킴으로써 움직임에 따른 세부적인 변형을 생성한다. 기존의 시뮬레이션 중심의 계층적 방법과는 달리, 변형된 기본 프레임의 유한 요소간에 작용하는 움직임과 위상 관계를 기하학적으로 해석함으로써, 움직임에 따른 표면의 세부적인 모양을 얻어 낼 수 있다. 본 논문의 결과로 캐릭터의 돌발적인 움직임에도 안정적이면서 그럴 듯한 움직임을 생성하며, 움직임에 따른 자연스러운 모양을 실시간에 생성할 수 있다.

  • In this study, using the general expressions predicting the pressure under a blade and the volume of coating fluid passing through the blade edge, it is predicted the change of the coating wet film thickness related with various parameters determining the characteristics of this blade coating process. Using the results of this research, it can be found the optimized coating wet film thickness taking into account the parameters related with various coating process on various metal surfaces will be able to be predicted.

가정과 실습의 효율화를 위한 학습자료 개발에 관한 연구 - 고등학교 의생활 영역의 스커트 만들기를 중심으로 - (The Rearch for the development of practice material in Home Economics)

  • The Purpose of this study is to enhance the efficiency of clothing-making units in the textbook of Home Economics for the high school students. I handed out a research paper with several questions to 75 teachers and 87 students to find out the realities of the education. There are several problems of making clothes at class: lack of time, appropriate equipment and efficient learning material. To solve these problems. I made a half-sized skirt kit utilizing OPTI Tex. a type of CAD in fashion design and copied it by silkscreen. and let the students use it. Both of the teachers and students showed positive response to the newly made kit of my own. saying that \"it is very handy to prepare and it\`s very helpful to figure out how to make skirt. \" Using the kit. we could reduce the time to make clothes by about 60 % and do well in the classroom without any sewing machines.

  • The aim of this paper is to investigate the friction characteristics of piston assembly. The friction of piston assembly is composed of ring pack and skirt friction. In this paper, the theoretical models of piston ring pack and piston skirt were presented. The mixed lubrication theory was considered to calculate friction force of piston ring and skirt. from the results, most of friction in piston assembly occurred at the piston ring park. The piston assembly usually showed hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics. but the top and bottom dead centers showed mixed lubrication characteristics. The piston skirt was much affected by radial clearance and load, but ring was significantly influenced by ring tension.
