Influences Information Privacy Concerns and Personal Innovation of Smartphone-based Shopping Mall on Usefulness, Ease-of-Use and Satisfaction (스마트폰 기반 쇼핑몰에 대한 정보프라이버시 염려와 개인적 혁신성이 유용성과 사용편이성 및 만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed information privacy concerns and personal innovation influences effects of perceived usefulness, ease-of-use and satisfaction for a smartphone-based shopping mall, using technology acceptance model. For empirical analysis, the structural equation modeling analysis method was used. The results are as follows. First, information privacy concern is the usefulness of smartphone-based shopping mall has significantly negative, but did not affect the ease of use. Second, personal innovation is the usefulness and ease of use smartphone-based shopping mall have significant positive effect. Third, ease of use smartphone-based shopping mall is usefulness and satisfaction have significant positive influence. Finally, the usefulness of use of the shopping mall based smartphone significant satisfaction in positively influencing.

  • 스마트폰의 대중화로 사용자들의 상위 욕구를 충족시켜주는 개인화된 서비스의 다양한 어플리케이션들은 사용자에게 편의를 제공하여 생활을 향상시킨다는 점을 하나의 전제로 하고 있으나, 이를 구성하는 주된 역할을 수행할 서비스들의 요구사항을 부합시키는 스마트폰 성능이 현 기술에 적응적으로 대응하기에는 한계가 있다. 기존 3D VWS는 온라인 의류 쇼핑몰을 위한 시스템으로 사용자에게 의류 착용후의 모습을 제공하여 쇼핑몰 업무의 효율성 및 의류반품비용의 절감과 더불어 쇼핑몰 이용자에게 만족을 주어, 전반적인 온라인 쇼핑몰 이익 상승을 기대할 수 있게 한다. 하지만 3D VWS는 초고속 인터넷환경과 고사양 컴퓨터에서 원활한 서비스가 가능하기 때문에 스마트폰 환경에 이를 수용하고 동작시키기 위해서는 극복해야 할 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해서 본고에서는 2D 이미지 확대/축소를 통하여 사용자에게 의류 착용후의 모습을 간접적으로 제공하는 2D VWS를 이용하여 스마트폰 기반 VWS 연구의 초석을 다지는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

Usability Improvement Method of Shopping Mall based on Smartphone (스마트폰 기반 쇼핑몰의 사용성 향상 기법)

  • Following the increase in the supply of smartphones and the increase in the use of wireless Internet, the online shopping environment is also changing into mobile shopping. However, the domestic mobile shopping services fall short of people's expectations compared to desktop Internet shopping malls. These are mainly due to the restricted screen size and inconvenient data entry of mobile devices, the slow Internet speed, and other restrictive conditions. Accordingly, in this paper, the usability of three main domestic mobile shopping malls was evaluated using a heuristic evaluation method. The factors that must be considered when producing a mobile website, the consideration for the mobile users, and the main functions of a shopping mall, were considered to define an evaluation form. The results of the evaluation were then analyzed to propose the problems of mobile shopping malls and the directions for their improvement.

  • As the number of smart phone user is increasing, the on-line shopping malls are actively taking part in mobile market, and accelerating the competition of mobile shopping market. This is a reflection of mobile shopping market growing as huge market. This thesis deals with the growth of mobile market and mobile shopping mall application regarding the clothings which occupy high ratio in mobile market. This study aims to improve customer satisfaction based on more specific customer information, and to increase the satisfaction of both company and customer by lowering the return rate.

  • 스마트폰을 이용하여 인터넷 검색, SNS 및 VOD의 이용률이 증가함에 따라 스마트폰에서 제공하는 VOD 및 멀티미디어 서비스에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히 사용자의 위치를 기반으로 사용자에게서 유용한 정보를 추론하고 이에 맞은 비디오를 제공하는 위치기반 VOD 서비스에 대한 관심도 역시 상당히 높다. 그러나 사용자들이 도로 또는 거리가 아닌 지하철, 쇼핑몰 등의 건물 내부에 있을 때에는 GPS를 사용할 수 없기 때문에 기존의 위치기반 VOD 시스템은 작동을 하지 못한다. 본 논문은 스마트폰 센서를 이용하여 사용자의 걸음 수와 진행 방향을 판정하고, 이를 바탕으로 사용자의 위치를 판정함으로 옥내위치기반 VOD 서비스가 가능한 스마트폰용 앱을 설계하고 구현한다.

  • Purchase of clothes has recently picked up pace at mobile fashion shopping malls. One of the biggest weak points is that consumers can't coordinate clothes. Since individuals increasingly want to make coordination, a fashion coordination system to satisfy the demand should be developed. As the technology of digital clothing which is about reproducing dresses using computer graphic has been activated in the fashion industry, many changes in consumers' life patterns and interests in fashion shopping malls are taking place. Some consumers are increasingly more keenly interested in shopping on the Internet and Smart phones than in offline stores. This study was conducted to understand production of iPhone-based augmented reality fashion fitting contents which is suitable for Koreans' body shape. This system is about designing and materializing UI(User Interface), an augmented reality fitting system, so that users can confirm if they look nice with those fashion items using Smart phones. A new fashion shopping method satisfying user convenience was suggested using the materialized system.

  • In 2011, more than 2000 million smartphone users are in our country. As a result, consumer demand have been developed for a variety of applications, especially in the information service-related applications that combine location-based services and augmented reality in addition to related information for the virtual reality of things are rapidly increased. This paper analysed location-based services and augmented reality technology as related research and designed and implemented the system that provides the same environment as if the user is shopping and purchasing the items in the real world and offers the information characterizing the real situation combines location-based service and augmented reality which provides with an excellent reality in the smart phone environment. The proposed system in this paper is excellent in mobility, scalability and reality as a result of analysis of functions and services compared to web-based systems and has advantages to apply for the suitable system in ubiqutous environment which can be used in anytime and anywhere.

  • 스마트폰의 확산과 함께 소비자들의 소비 환경과 행태가 변화하면서 기업은 온라인과 오프라인을 연계하는 O2O 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 기존의 O2O 서비스는 제품 정보를 기반으로 온라인 쇼핑을 제공하고 있으나 온 오프라인 매장 간의 연동에 한계가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 온라인 쇼핑몰, 오프라인 매장을 통합하여 상품에 대한 정보 제공과 제품 판매 서비스를 제공하기 위해 스마트 피팅 시스템을 활용한 O2O 연계시스템을 제안한다.

Distributed evacuation guide system based on positioning information of passengers in the subway station (승객 위치정보 기반 지하철 분산대피 안내 시스템)

  • In this paper, a distributed evacuation system based on the positioning information of subway passengers is proposed. Recently, the subway station is becoming complicated by combining with shopping malls, and movie theaters. Compared to the increasing complexity of subway stations, evacuation systems are less complex. Subway passengers in each cell were estimated to use the access point in the subway cells and statistics information. The evacuation route is provided through a direction indicator and push alarm of a smart phone based on estimated the number of passengers and exit information of the subway station. Based on this schemes, a quick and safe evacuation system of subway passengers was proposed. The number of connection passengers was estimated using AP with OpenWrt embedded OS installed. The average error rate of the number of passenger was confirmed to be 15%, 17% and 23% at the confidence parameter of $1{\sigma}$, $2{\sigma}$, and $3{\sigma}$, respectively, through a simulation. The possibility of the system through a simple experiment was examined.

  • Because of the spread of smartphones due to the development of information and communication technology, online shopping mall services can be used on computers and mobile devices. As a result, the number of users using the online shopping mall service increases rapidly, and the types of products traded are also growing. Therefore, to maximize profits, companies need to provide information that may interest users. To this end, the recommendation system presents necessary information or products to the user based on the user's past behavioral data or behavioral purchase records. Representative overseas companies that currently provide recommendation services include Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. These companies support users' purchase decisions by recommending products to users using ratings, purchase records, and clickstream data that users give to the items. In addition, users refer to the ratings left by other users about the product before buying a product. Most users tend to provide ratings only to products they are satisfied with, and the higher the rating, the higher the purchase intention. And recently, e-commerce sites have provided users with the ability to vote on whether product reviews are helpful. Through this, the user makes a purchase decision by referring to reviews and ratings of products judged to be beneficial. Therefore, in this study, the correlation between the product rating and the helpful information of the review is identified. The valuable data of the evaluation is reflected in the recommendation system to check the recommendation performance. In addition, we want to compare the results of skipping all the ratings in the traditional collaborative filtering technique with the recommended performance results that reflect only the 4 and 5 ratings. For this purpose, electronic product data collected from Amazon was used in this study, and the experimental results confirmed a correlation between ratings and review usefulness information. In addition, as a result of comparing the recommendation performance by reflecting all the ratings and only the 4 and 5 points in the recommendation system, the recommendation performance of remembering only the 4 and 5 points in the recommendation system was higher. In addition, as a result of reflecting review usefulness information in the recommendation system, it was confirmed that the more valuable the review, the higher the recommendation performance. Therefore, these experimental results are expected to improve the performance of personalized recommendation services in the future and provide implications for e-commerce sites.
